I had purchased a complete Modular Kitchen for my house in Pune from Pantaloon Home Town belonging to Future Retail Ltd. It was to be installed at my residence at Flat B-1101, Sangria, Megapolis, Rajiv Gandhi IT Park, Phase III, Hinjewadi, Pune. The kitchen was to be made using marine ply and Douglas Pine (light shade) laminate with German make SS 304 baskets, hinges and handles as explained to them and as listed. The price demanded upfront of Rs. 2.25 lakhs was paid by RTGS/NEFT transfers on or around 18 May 2013 to Pantaloon's Home Town a/c with HDFC from my account with Axis Bank. However, in spite of several requests, the full set of Invoices were not sent to me. What was given was an Invoices No. 90103506 dated 17 June 2013 for a value of Rs. 161822/- only. It is indicative of delivery of the raw material and actual installation started much later. The job was treated by them as completed (but not signed off by me) was a few months later. The fact is that there were far too many shortcomings to treat the job as completed. I regularly followed up with them by SMS with half a dozen officials and by e mail with their in-charges. My compliant remains unattended till date. My last emial was on 14 Feb 2014. I am reproducing some extracts from that letter for your reference: "A long wait is one thing, but loaded and finally confronted months later, with shoddy work, is surely not a trait expected of a patient person. Moreover, the whole set of Invoice and receipt has to date not been provided. The tenant was handed over two invoices (2 copies each) for less than half the value. I would appreciate if the full set of Invoice for full value paid is provided to me. However, as explained on phone, despite your assurance and those of everyone involved from Pantaloon/Future Group (Ms Sneha, Hemant, Rajesh, Ajay Nair, Somen), the Kitchen Work for which I had paid in full even before Pantaloon staff had spent a penny, remains incomplete and not executed to my expectation or assurances given. I am attaching some pics taken a fortnight back when I got the opportunity to visit Pune to see the work for the first time. On an overall basis, the look and feel of a high cost kitchen is missing. I invite you to my Mumbai house and see if you can get anyone in the world to say that your work done less than one year back is better than the one done 7 years back by another vendor. I would wish for a full refund - ie if you have standards that high. I would also appreciate it. However, and as can be seen from the pics, the following shortcomings are there: 1) The entire outside look was required to be in one colour (Image 6). However, one entire cupboard segment is done in a lighter shade while two segments facing the kitchen have been done in white. (image 3). This is after specifically telling Ms Sneha that it is not to be white. 2) The panels are peeling off / have peeled off within a few months. (Image 8) 3) There are a few missing shelves rendering them into one shelf cupboards as against two self cupboards. (Image 7) 4) There are ugly gaps between two segments. (Image 5) 5) Two planks in different colours have been inserted between segments breaking the seamless look necessary between the segments. (image 4/photo 2) 6) the fitting of the segments is misaligned with different gaps between each other (Phot0 4) 7) There are missing water drip trays (in the segments where washed dishes are kept. 8) The curved Valance to cover the chimney has not been provided. 9) The work has not been executed to plan. The segments with glass were to abut the chimney portion on either side but have not been done so. 10) The vetrina unit is too close to the bottom allowing dust to creep in but not reachable for cleaning. It also has a segment done in white. . Once again, I request you to have a look, judge for yourself (and not go on the basis of lies from your dealing staff) and ensure this whole thing is ripped off to the extent required and repaired and completed to my satisfaction, ie of a normal customer. Alternatively, as suggested above, you may like to refund me the money and take away the segments. Look forward to a reply. " There was no response from the firm and I have resent a mail to them today. I seek your intervention to get this firm to give consumers respect and also to do quality work for which they have received money in advance.     I purchased a table from you Home town store Ambiance Mall Gurgaon Haryana. I was shown the table where table was little (little cut on edge) so i was given discount of around 5000. When the table was delivered to me with 6 chairs i saw i all six chairs are damaged. I called up the store but no one0was ready to help and then i visited the store again and met Mr.Kapil Vij who told me he will send some one to see what is the problem. He sent a person after 20 days at my home who was so rude and didn, t do any thing. Then we called Mr. Vij he was also rude on call and was not ready to help. I want to know if your services are like this i wish to replace this table with chairs and i wouldn't pay any single emi also i want my proc fee of 750 to be refunded.       Hi, I visited Big Bazar in Lake Mall In Kolkata yesterday Dated 20th May at 4:40p.m. I Purchased groceries and some house hold stuffs. Upon returning home i realized that I was missing an item and was also incorrectly billed for it too. I Have had the worst experience visiting the store. It was my first visit to the outlet and never plan to visit It again. The staff there are not polite, they are all settling and running around leaving no place for the customer to buy stuffs. The entire place is so disorganized and at the end they do incorrect billing and don, t put all the stuffs In your bag.

        My SO no. for the product(sofa set) we purchased from hometown on 4 May, 2014, is [protected].
        The expected delivery date was on 24 May, 2014 & we received only a two seater & a single sofas on that date out of which a three seater sofa has still not been delivered. Now the date for this has been shifted to 16 june, 2014 which they say as the maximum date & confirm that we will recieve it much before that. Since we have seen their utter mismanagement in their delivery of our sofa before & which they intend to give in installations but demand and expect the full money on time, ...this will not be entertained since we are not strangers not seeing the other peoples online complaints about your delivery products and worst costumer service from your company's side, , , we immediately need to know when our product will be delivered and it should be delivered AS SOON AS POSSIBLE! & now we wont entertain any futher of your false confirmations or stories about the delay of our product!

Copy of Bill attached, On 04th may, sales representative says to me that your item delivered to you on 07/05/2014. i contact on 07th may, but item was not delivered, I talked with Mr. Gunjan Bhalla (Head) Mob [protected] many times, and he promished me that my item delivered at my home on 25th May. On 25th may i contacted to Mr Bhalla, he says that your item delivered at your home tomorrow.             I purchased a energee bottle at the kandivali east store in mumbai where the cap opener for the bottle was not available, so i tried to return the bottle at the consumer help desk and was asked for the bill which was not provided to me yet. So i approached the bill counter to get a copy, where he asked me to pay the amount again. So i left the store frustrated, soon a security guard approached me and forcefully dragged me to the store again and the store supervisor threatened me of calling the police. I hope this complaint helps taking some action against the employees of that store.

              This is with respect to my Retail invoice No.0043591 Tr:70390 dated 20/03/2014 for item Milest Troly Blk 70C Qty-1 purchased from a Big Bazaar, Vanchiyoor Vilg, Malbar Cstl, M.G. Road, Pazavangadi, Trivandrum, Kerala-036 for Rs. 1565.00.The handle of the trolly Bag purchased got damaged. Being within warranty period, I approached Big Bazaar, Spazedge Mall, Sector 47, Sohna Road, Gurgaon for repair on 20th Apr 2014 and received a repair receipt in the form of gate pass.The staff informed me to come back after 3-4 days. When I went on 24th April, they told me to come on monday the 28th April.Again when I went on 28th they told me to come on 01st May.When I went on 1st may it was still not repaired...then I spoke to the Manager (mob No.[protected]) who assured me to come and collect it in 2 days time.Again after 2 days I went to the outlet only to find that the handle was not properly repaired...so I again complained to the so called Manager on 04th May and he told me he'll personally look into it and call me after 2-3 days...Now today is 26th May...and Iam yet to receive any call.This shows the customer dealing of your Shopping outlet. My only mistake was that I purchased the trolly of the Big Bazaar brand only(Milestone).Had it been of any other brand I woldn't had been so much disappointed.My only advice to my friends and other relatives would be to avoid Big Bazaar after the poor and horrible experience I had. If you from your part can do any good to keep up the reputation of your brand outlet please let me know.My contact No.[protected], [protected].

              With reference to your reply on 26th May 2014, today is 28th May 2014...Very disappointed to see that there is no response to my complaint to you...and nobody has yet contacted us till now. Thanks for your very very poor customer service. I will try my level best to escalate it to the concerned authorities.

                  once the Koryo product goes to service center in Allahabad(near Vishwamitra cinema) they start cheating the consumer.They replace the parts with old n charge heavy rates. he told my magnetron has to be replaced and the cost is Rs 2800/+service charges.I want to know if the price of magnetron is so. Last time he replaced the fuse bulb of my Microwave (KORYO)and charged Rs 600/ that too with the old one .Later I came to know the cost of bulb was around Rs 35/. He is making fool of customers and involve in cheating, Is there anyone to check his fraud ? PLEASE, help me in repairing my MICROWAVE. The BIG BAZAAR should stop marketing KORYO products if THE GOOD service is not provided.

                    Hello: This has happened in Food Bazaar, Goregaon East near Hub Mall, Mumbai stores. Today, May 21 2014, many people were standing for billing in an express queue of 10 items only row. However, the Cash register executive (lady) was allowing people to bill all items from their cart irrespective of numbers like 25, 30, 15 in this express line. What is the meaning of an express checkout then? Why other people should simply wait with 1-2 items? All the cash register lines were functional that time so no issue of a long queue. When I spoke with the store manager, he was not in a mood to attend me. Please accept this as a formal complaint.

                        Dear All, <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /> This is to bring into your notice about the inconvenience suffered by me after purchasing a Safari Suitcase from Big Bazar in GIP mall Noida (U.P). I purchased the suitcase on 27th April[protected].00 rs ) with a warranty of 3 years and confirmation that same can be returned to Big bazaar for any damages. Thereafter, when my bag got damaged I went to same store for repairing on 9th may 2014 and said that it would be repaired by 17thmay. I got a call on 18th May that suitcase has been repaired but after checking if found that it was not repaired completely but as per store manager and store person it cannot be repaired To full extent. Moreover, the Store Manager talked rudely and totally denied to provide service and neither he was ready to talk. This behavior of some persons really brings a bad name to such a reputed organization and surprises me.                           On 18.5.2014 I purchased articles worth Rs.1736/- from big bazaar (Future Retail Ltd) Cine Vishant Complex, House No.5/272/A, Marques Road, Aquem, Margoan 403601 as per retail Inv No.0324002 Laxmikant Mestri at about 20.07hrs. After purchase I paid the bill and was waiting in the shop as I couldn't get out as it was raining heavily. Not only me but many customers were stuck up like me due to the rain. Suddenly a security staff rushed to me and pulled my bag from me and demanded the bill I was shocked. He started saying In local language that some stolen article is there in the bag. I said no you check it with the bill and all the crowd started looking at me as I did steel something from there. When he checked with the bill the articles tallied with the bill then on him checking again your employees had not removed security tag from one of the tshirt purchased by me. I was really humiliated and defamed in front of all others due to act of your employees. I need apology from part of you or else I will Move legally

                            I am frequent shopper at Big Bazaar for the past 4 years at Tarnaka (Secunderabad). I am also member of the Profit club([protected]). I bought a spunk T Shirt 2 months back and must have worn it 2-3 times. I was shocked to see that it got torn in my last machine wash. I am totally upset about this as I have good opinion on Big Bazaar products but had a bad experience this time. I bought 3 spunk T shirts and the other 2 are fine. Only this one is damaged.Could you please look into this matter. Thanks Murali [protected]

                              Dear sir, I, Naresh Sharma, was going to purchase some items. One item was safed campion of 5 kg. And it had free a bucket and a mug. and some other item, from ground floor and I have gone to 2nd floor for billing but the cashier told that mug is not free with safed detergent. Then I told the cashier to go and check that mug is free or not. I am waiting for 20 to 30 mins. But he didn't reply . So I got angry because my time is wasting . Then I told one man to come with me to see that it is free or not and in the mean time the cashier told my son that"chor ek ta mug tuleneshe" then I got very much angry . and this is all the matter and the argument go long for half an hour . And my extact time wasted 2 hrs, so I request you to improve your management ... All the head staffs and other staffs talked to me in slang language... The mall was dreamplex and the address is Durgapur city centre.

                                I bought a zaccuzi bath tub from hometown ahemdabad thaltej. from mr.mukesh sales who never answers phone Call .after i purShased zaccuzi 1st ot was deliverd.very late even after ot was deliverd instalation guy did not come after me calling again and again for installATion yhey send one guy who came with Half material and then said toe.before.2 dAys of my gym opning thay parts.are missing and talked to consern department and they will send it by couriour and he will come back and install it again then till today Its been more them month no onE ce nor they send anything by couriour. after that i came tomKnow that there.is another 2 problems in zaccusi tub one its too Noise how can someone relax in this kind motor noise the pump inside makes too much noise seems there is problem in pumb or motor and other i[censored] touch metal pArts of tub when on there is electriic shock or current which meeans motor or some other part is damaged as per our electrician its not safe to use when u connect earthing wire it trips and Goes in protction mode so pls take my complain in writimg i Called many tes to custer care and tor.Mukesh sales manager and sr.manager but no action had been taken so far pls send tecnician and solve problem or else i will have to complaine in grahak suraksa dept and file complaint againts company for negligence and defective product which will injure some one or Can also kill.some one witj fault of electric shock.

                                  Dear sir, I 've been customer of big bazaar.this is nt a complaint at all but a request regarding the centre.since your centre is at Hubli and I being the resident of its twin city dharwad. And have to travel all the way to Hubli if need to buy any commodities and wouldn't be able vto make use of various offers on those particular days and wil be missing most of them so through this I would lik to request you to think about making a big bazaar outlet even at dharwad it would be of great help for 100.'s of your customers who travel to Hubli for the same.                                     I am a humble customer from Agartala who happened to shop at big bazar Agartala on 8th may 2014 at 3:15pm. I shopped for a buy 1 get 1 offer of Nissan gulab jamun. Two of the staffs, namely Sandipa and mithun, not only refused us to give the offer but also noted its price as 400 whereas availing the offer the price would have been 100, charging us an extra 300 bucks. Furthermore, upon identifying their mistakes they brutally misbehaved with me. As a regular customer of Agartala big bazar and it's well wisher, I want serious actions to be taken against those staffs for the betterment of big bazar and it's customers. Thanks, Patatri.

                                      Branch - BIG BAZAAR (FUTURE RETAIL LTD) PLOT NO 178 & 178A, PHASE- INDUSTRIAL AREA, CHANDIGARH, INDIA TEL NO[protected] TILL No- 22, Date- 15.04.14, Time- 21:47 CH- 287309, Kamal Kumar As subject states this branch has kept salespaerson who steal customer products at the billing counter. This I am saying because total items purchased & mentioned in bill was 53 & I received only 49 pieces. At the time of billing he packed 4 bags - three polythene bags & one FBB paper bag, but in bill he mentioned only 3 bags instead of 4. Salesperson kept these three bags on our trolley & kept 4th bag with him. We were very tired so trusting them didn't crosschecked things. At security also person punched the bill without counting items. Next day when I called they said they will check in cameras. After checking they accepted their mistake. I told them to deliver my parcel at home, but till date neither i have recieve call from their side nor they have delivered my parcel. I am attaching pictures for reference. Salesperson name was Kamal Kumar, please deliver my parcel & take strict action otherwise i will make complaint in customer forum . One more thing i want to put to your notice that, on that day a FINAYL bottle was broken by me by mistake, they charged me for that, so my question is that they remembered to charge me for that broken bottle but they didnt remember to give me my complete bags, take action or i will lodge complaint that you have kept thieves in your stores.
