This is regarding the service at the newly opened big bazar at solapur Maharashtra. The attendants here are very arrogant and they don't help you out at all. The clothes are not arranged properly on the hanger. You really have to search hard for the exact required size. The biilling persons are the worst. They don't regard the ones standing in the queue and take anyone breaking the queue. If you protest they just ignore. After biilling the clothes are just crumbled and put in the carry bag. I have taken the big bazar profit card of Rs.10, 000/-. I just wanted to ask if can use this card in other big bazar stores. I don't think I would go back to the big bazar store in solapur. The services in other stores like D mart in solapur are much better. I used to go big bazar in mumbai and really liked it so I took the big bazar profit card. But I fear it's a mistake I have made considering the level of service here.

This is regarding my experience @ big bazar at solapur Maharashtra, the shop maintained well, very spaces i enjoyed shopping but when i came to the billing counter, i found only 2 counter were in operation each with 3 customer in line for which i had to wait for more then 20 min, even then the counter billing person was not able to bill out the first customer, i lost my passion & ask the counter person what is the problem, he was so lest bother to even to respond even after asking him for 3 to 4 times. then at last i left the trolly with whatever i have done the shopping near the counter by oral complain at the ground floor customer care. & they too are so least bother & very casual in their approach at least they could have helped me to out with my shopped item, but No... because its not there business, its nothing loss to them any how they r been paid for the day... this happen on sunday the 20th dec 2015... not sure for my nxt visit to Big bazar...Pls trained & hired some professional to handle such situation...

    Hi, I had purchased some wall paper from Wall Paper from HomeTown, Ambience Mall Gurgaon on 28th July 2014 and had asked for delivery not before August 20th (same is also mentioned on my receipt) as there was some renovation work going on at my home. However the paper was delivered next week only and i accepted it out of courtesy, not wanting the delivery guy to come again. Now i have changed my plans to install the wallpaper but Amit, Manager at HomeTown says he cannot do it. Why should I be punished for having accepted the paper before the time i had asked for delivery? Is it not departments fault to send it before time?       Hi, This with one very ugly incident at the Big Bazaar Bangalore Malleswaram Branch premises.My Daughters ethnic wear was purchased which was tagged at 799/-There was a offer price of 399/- which was present on the stand from where this was picked up and also it was confirmed by the Apparels staff.During the billing as there were many items[close to about 42]..this item reconciliation was forgotten by me.The next day when i come and speak to the customer care..there is hardly anyone who is willing to come forward to address the issue.Some Umesh Pujari comes saying that he is the store manager[doubt very much based on his presence/appearance]he is very rude to ladies and does not have the courtesy to address the concerns.He wastes 40mns as he does not have value for a customers time and then walks away pretending to talk on his mobile.Now some piece of Prabhakaran/Prathibharan comes in the scene..acting as the big boss of the Malleswaram Big Bazaar.Pathetic Attitude, Irresponsible behaviour, Rude Arrogance and Faded Uniform add agony to the misery as he is not willing to address the issue.Two hours past the entrance at the this store..i still have not got my legitimate money back/refund and acknowledgement of the issue.The staff have behaved very rude on this and this misbehaviour is not acceptable.Since i was getting late for the office hence i had to leave.Training both these Indecent men can be a opportunity for Big Bazaar Bangalore Malleswaram Branch.Well i have still not got my refund back and want the issue to be addressed.Let me know if any one can help on this?Regards, Priya Rai.Bangalore

        If there is anybody responsible for customer service at Big Bazaar this message is for him/her: Today on 23 August 2014 at around 1:30 pm i was making a payment for my purchases at Big Bazaar at Indrapuram store. I was the only when at the counter, making my payment when another customer came up from front and stood beside me (on my right side). Since, I was making the payment and entering my debit card pin - i asked the other customer to stand away since i needed to enter my debit card number. But the arrogant customer instead of heeding to my request starting saying stuff like you should get a separate sealed counter made for yourself and other abusive stuff. The counter lady being timid just kept quiet instead of asking this man to step aside. I asked the manager to come but the lady manager also just chose to be a mute spectator - not even once did she ask this man to keep quiet or state the fact that he was wrong and that he should have waited for my transaction to get over. There was not much rush at the store and there were so many other customer service people around but all kept mute just watching the show. I felt so insulted and humiliated that I have decided not to visit ANY big bazaar from now onwards. Still, I am writing this email hoping that you guys come up with a policy that if a customer misbehaves at the counter does not come in the queue or does not wait for the previous customer to complete his transaction such customers will be dealt with strictness. There should be a clear demarcation so that people can enter their debit card pins safely. Until this happens however i will not be visiting any Big Bazaar in future.

          On 20th Aug of 2014, we purchased Kohinoor everyday Basmati rice(2 kg) in Big Bazaar of Tiruppur .The introductory offer says the price of 1kg rice is Rs.80. But in the bill we found they charged Rs.194 instead of 160.And for moong dhal(2.004 kg) they billed 230.46 instead of Rs.218. For Tamarind loose(1.038kg) they billed 145.32 instead of Rs.140.For chana dhal(1.008 kg) they billedRs64.51 instead of 54.For chana kabuli(2.014kg) they billed Rs.171.19 instead of Rs.165.And for besan(1 kg) they billed Rs.80 instead of Rs.76.

            Sir I visited big bazaar on 17 th aug with my family. After sometime when my wife checked her purse to her utter surprise she found that purse was cut with knife which indeed is serious issue in context to the people s security who visit big bazaar, that knife and other such instruments are gone un noticed despite security check up. In this incident I lost a mobile and around 800 rs, which is not a big issue. What surprised me the most was the behavior and etiquettes of of your staff. Their audacity enough to refused to examine the cctv footage to catch the concerned person. But biggest shock came when the staff members found that the cctv of suspected region was not working. Future group has earn a lot of name and especially its venture big bazaar and if such incidents continue to happen, one can be sure of defamation. since a lot of terror strikes have happened in the recent past we can such sluggish and careless behavior o[censored]r staff is causing a serious threat to large number of people who visit big bazaar . looking forward to hearing from you in the matter with the expectation of strict action to check such incidents.               Misbehaviour at Cash Counter by Ranjit Gogoi on 20/8/14 while billing. on a bill of Rs.140.00, I had tendered Rs.500 note, but he refused to accept and asked for change or go to a shop where change is available. Shocking rude and unfriendly threatening behaviour. I will think twice before visiting any Big Bazaar outlet next time. Train your rude staff how to talk and behave with customers . Worst experience possible where after purchasing, I am told by the cash counter man to go to a different shop. Is this the way customers are treated at Future Group outlets?

              Hello Priya from Future Group... You itself t=know the what is going on in BIG Bazaar, , , then why your wasting time and money of ordinary people where u will not provide solution until he/she dies...

              Only one solution is People should be more aware when they go for Big Shopping Mall... Twice the thrice time they have to check the Bill and product before they pay for sum product of bill or before reliving the place...

                I am a regular customer of Big Bazar (Saltlake, Kolkata), I have purchased 2 no.of sarees amounting Rs. 2245/- and a Sensodine Toothpaste amounting Rs. 160 against vide Cash Memo No.0014784 and 0020852 respectively. I did not had my Payback card with me by that time. On asking it has been advised me to bring that card to the Customer Help Desk within 7 days to get the rewarded point. I went there for that Purpose on 18/08/2014 with my pay back card and when I asked for inclusion of rewarded points against the purchase I had made on 16/08/2014 to the person posted in the Help Desk Counter, he really misbehaved and denied my claims. He made me surprised by his irresponsibility. Being the competent authority It is my request to u please do not appoint that kind of ill-mannered personal for valued customers. Hope you will take proper necessary action.

                  I am a regular customer Of Big Bazar. Today i visited big bazar store located at bareilly (u.p) in phoenix mall.when I went for billing there was huge line for billing at all counters.There was no proper management.I was standing in a line continously for 25 minutes.This is full wasting of time and when i reached counter i saw person employed at billing was not doing his work sincerely.He was busy in telling all the people the benefits of big bazar card.when I told him u please appoint someonelse for this than he misbehaved with me.And when I went to register the complain the employees there didn't gave me register and misbehaved with me.This is very annoying condition.I cant expect such a rude behaviour of a such multi branded store.This will surely bring down the brand value of Big Bazar.Kindly revert to me on my number [protected].

                    My name - swapnil thakur Address- nanded city, sinhagad road, pune, 411041 Contact- [protected] In the last 2 months or so, i have purchased one wardrobe worth 35000, one TV wall unit worth 11000, one dining table worth 15000 and all bathroom fittings worth 7000 for my new house. The total sums up to 68000/- from Hometown, Kothrud, pune. But i am very dissapointed by the after sales support team of hometown. After the products have been assembled by the hometown team and the stuff has been loaded in the wardrobe and wall unit, the door alignment of wardrobe has changed due to poor fitting. Also the same case with wall unit. And the biggest disapointment is one of the legs of the wall unit broke when the wall unit was pushed. Are the products of HOMETOWN so fragile and is it that i made a big mistake by investing such huge amount in HOMETOWN products. The support guy has visited and informed that the bushes were not fitted properly by the fitters team. i do not understand such a goo[censored]p on new products. I want the fittings to be done urgently by HOMETOWN as there is a function in my house next week. also the hometown team has to take responsibility o[censored]nloading and loading the stuff inside the wardrobe and Wall unit as lot of time has gone in while arranging the things inside the wardrobe. I hope the issues are solved immediately and not required to take further step to get this resolved.

                      My name is swapnil thakur staying in Nanded city, sinhagad road, pune. Contact [protected]. In the last 2 months or so I have purchased wardrobe worth 34900, tv wall unit worth 15000, dining table worth 15000 and bathroom fittings worth 7000. Total sums up to 73k. But I am very disappointed with the after sales support team of hometown. The fittings are so poor that after loading the stuff in wardrobe and wall unit, the alignments of the doors have changed. Also one leg of the wall unit has broken off. The after sales support guy has checked and informed that the bushes are nor fitted properly by the fitters team. I do not understand how the leg breaks in one month . are the products of hometown so fragile. I want the support team to urgently get these issues solved as I have a function at home. Also as the stuff is loaded, hometown should take responsibility to unload and load the stuff. I hope the issues are taken care of immediately and not force me to go another step ahead on this.

                        Home Town of future group is the worst place to buy a furniture from . They never abide by their promises and delivery date.I had purchased a bed from there and was told by the sales executive that the delivery of the product will be done by August 08.2014. But the product has not been delivered till date and when I called their customer care they say that the product can be delivered only after August 17, 2014 as the product is out of stock. Don't understand if they don't have the stock, why do these people take orders and fool customers.

                          I have purchased Olay natural white 40 gm cream which r price is Rs. 89 on 7 Dec 2014. But in my bill it is Rs. 200. I have registered complain via mobile on 7 dec 2014 with complain no 7042832 but till date my problem has not resolve. So please resolve my problem as early please.

                            I purchased a LG freeze on 4 august 335 L worth rupees 36092. they delivered wrong color at home. I asked them for the color if they had in stock while purchasing so at that time they said yes they have. but after delivering wrong color when i went back to ask they said they dont have color of freeze what i wanted and now use the wrong color they delivered. i asked to refund my money becaude i didnt like that color at all on which they refused. instead they said use this 36092 amount to but other products. Why should I spend so big amount to buy unnessary things. I want my money back. The behavior and attitude of staff there was not tolerable at all. They have stopped picking up my calls. The store manger name is Shailendar and other ezone manager was Satinder.They have started igmoring me and not picking up my call.                               Today at 12 noon I went to your Big Bazaar Outlet at Vasant Square Mall where we picked up 4 small items. On the 2nd floor out of 10 stations only 3 were working rest all were closed and the queue were long keeping the festive season in mind, otherwise also the cash counters hardly work at this outlet.The cashiers are extremely slow and ill mannered.Then we went to the ground flow cash counter were out of 7-8 cash stations only 1 was working which had a long queue.

                              We went to the help desk and asked Vishal Chadha that why at 12 noon only one station is working, he said ma'am someone is coming to assist.Then I asked him again that still no one is hear, he said 'ladka chal ke ayega aur hawa mein udhkar nahe'.I want to ask you, is this the way you talk to your customer and is this the training given to them.Then i also got upset and shouted at him and abused him.But still it was over 10 mins no one came on the other counter. Then I went up to Rajesh, Manager at Big Bazaar, Vasant Square Mall and vented out my anger as I wanted the email id where I could lodge a complain but still Vishal Chadha was misbehaving with me and saying 'cameras on karo with recording, iske entry baan kardenge'.


                              Is this the treatment you give to your customers, if your staff is short why are the managers not on the cash counter to help the crowd.

                              I also work in an office in the same mall, but big bazaar cash counter customer service is slow and extremely poor.


                              Hope this behavior is not extended to other customers.

                              We went today to your bigbazaar outlet in Vasant Kunj and we were not allowed to enter the premises as the guard has been instructed by Vishal and Rajesh not to let us enter Big Bazaar. This is extremely insulting for any person or women to face this. Im also in the service industry and we also go to big malls and have had disagreements with the customer service but have never seen such a poor customer service ever.

                              I will not share my mobile number and if you want to solve this I would like to meet at Big bazaar or give me the mobile number or board number of the concern person I have to speak with . I'am in an industry where I will try my best to reach Rajesh and Vishal's boss and get a written or verbal apology from them.

                              This is humiliating and will take it to whichever level I can cos such customer service is not acceptable. Vishal Today came and told us that 'meine aap dunno ke entry baan karwaye hai aur aap andar nahe ghus sakte'.
                              I need an apology from Big bazaar and especially from Vishal. As a Store MAnager if Rajesh could not control Vishal, I doubt his managerial skills.

                                I have done a shopping of Rs.894 from Big Bazar, Patia, Bhubaneswar, PIN-751024 on[protected] and paid the amount from my debit card. I have brought 1 packet of Surf excel quick wash worth Rs. 94 and some other items. But unfortunately the bill is made for 2 packets of Surf. Also I have taken a carry bag of my own but am also charged with Rs. 5 for the shopping carry bag also. So a total of Rs. 99 false bill is made.                                   We had booked a sofa on ?26th July with the details mentioned below. We were told the sofa will be delivered in next 3-5 days or even if there are any delays in warehouse it will be delivered and assembled by 9th Aug-14. While booking the sofa it was made very clear the delivery of the same needs to be done only on a Saturday since that's the only day me or my wife will be available. This was readily agreed on booking. However for the last 2 weeks there as not been any communication from HomeTown and on calling we are told 9th Aug delivery is not possible.The sofa is priced at Rs 60, 000 and we expect better service from HomeTown.                                     I have unfortunately placed an order from NOIDA GIP store SO number [protected] on 26th July which was promised to be delivered maximum 10 days. First I received a text on 2 Aug. that order would be delivered in 24 hours. Now maximum time has been crossed too.                                         I waseem Abdullah did shopping from central jaipur location on 16th july, 2014 under flat 50% offer scheme. I bought a urban republic jeans worth Rs 1300 and made payment via HDFC Bank Credit card . At the same time i realise that my jeans was not up to the mark and i return back to central people . They refused me to refund my money and gave me a credit note of same amount ( valid for a month). Unfortunately i lost the credit note .
