On 28th May'2010(7:16 pm) my wife purchased the item of Rs.499.50 from the Big Bazaar, Bagha Jatin' kolkata with her debit card(RRN.[protected]. But we found there was another transaction(POS purchase) taken place of Rs.948.30 from her account with the same debit card for some other bill(RRN.[protected] in the same day.

When we went back to that Big Bazaar and checked the merchant copy, we found the second bill was not even signed properly(just one circle drawn instead of the full sign). However, though we have explained and requested again and again,but they refused to cooperate.
I really didn't understand how is it possible to make two transaction with one debit card, where as they swapped the card once and it has been signed by the proper person(my wife) once. They didn’t want to accept this neither as a technical fault nor their own fault and they started blaming us, which is a big harassment. Also they started arguing that - its not the responsibility of the cashier to check the signature of the debit card with the merchant copy (which is against the banking law).
So, I complain against the Big Bazaar, Bagha Jatin'Kolkata and the cashier (Somenath Paul) as it was his duty to verify the signature of merchant copy as well as maintain the proper responsibility of a cashier.
There has been an illegal monitory withdrawal from our account, for which I seek your cooperation.

    Dear Sir

    I had ordered for an LCD TV (32 inch EX 300) from Big Bazaar, Kathriguppe on 16th May 2010 and had paid the full amount of Rs.32,900/-. They had promised to deliver the same on 20th May 2010. Till now I havent received my TV. Everytime I call they delay the order by 3-4 days. Finally i called today (29th May,2010) and still they say SONY has not delivered the TV to them.

    Kindly help me in this regards. Being a customer who trusts the brand, what is done right now to me is not acceptable. Please let me know what can be done from your side in resolving this issue.

      The Future Group had a Lucky draw as well as a Gift offer on collection of Stickers on purchase of goods worth every 500.Rs.The Last Day of redeeming the stickers was May 16th.Whenever we went to Big Bazar or Bangalore central the Gifts were out of stock.The Future Group needs to look into all theses complaints and make sure that our gifts are redeemed.(I have collected nearly 8 stickers at Big bazar Jayanagar 9th Block.

        We visIted BIG BAZAR, EZONE in Indrapuram Ghaziabad. The salesman offered us a competitive price for 2 split LG ACs (3star) . He even wrote the prices for us on a piece of paper.

        The same day we placed the order on the basis of the rates quoted. We were then told that the rate quoted was for 2star and not 3 star and therefore the rates would be higher. Since it was too late to go to another dealer, we decided to place the order and paid for them through bank transfer and were assured delivery the same day.

        After 2 days we were informed by someone from BIG BAZAR that they do not have stock of the LG ACs and we would have to wait. How could they take an order if they did not have the ACs.

        Three days have passed and we have not heard from BIG BAZAR (EZONE,Future Group/Home Solutions).
        We have made hundreds of calls to their offices in Ghaziabad and Mumbai. We even spoke to the All India Head in Mumbai and requested him to take up the matter. He did not even bother and in fact has stopped taking our calls.

        Dear customers, I do not want you to suffer and waste your time and money. So please do not make the mistake of EVER shopping at EZONE at BIG BAZAR, ADITYA MALL, GHAZIABAD.

          An item bought on 20th May has not been delivered till 26th May and nobody bothered to call me. I have lost hope and request all not to buy any furniture from Big Bazar
          A GNG AUSTIN CHAIR PRICE-1799/- BILL NO-0001223, DATED 24/01/2011 AFTER DISCOUNT WAS PAID BY CARD...AND THE IS BEEN CLEARED FROM BANK AC, BUT STILL NO CALL OR DELIVERY DONE TO MY PLACE...BY THE WAY WHEN WE CALL THEY PICK THE PHONE & LATER SWITCH OFF IT ...(VERY BAD)
          THE REPUTED COMPANY DOESN'T GROW LIKE THIS ...ITS MOTTO MUST BE CUSTOMERS SATISFACTION. I HAVE LOST HOPE AND SUGGEST ALL NOT TO BUY ANY FURNITURE FROM BIG BAZAAR.

            Regarding my agony after buying a Sofa from Home Town , Bangalore:

            Hi Mr. Chandra,

            Not sure if I have the right email or not, but just writing coz I am feeling so helpless with the people at your store.

            Let it be Furniture section Managers OR the sales manager. Nobody sticks to their words and nobody for sure is not customer oriented.
            I booked a Sofa on March 27th 2010 (Hometown, Marathahalli, Bangalore)and I was told that it would be delivered on 25th Apr. It got delayed with NO CALLS from anybody. I visited home town, met who said it will be delayed more… but when I approached Mr. Moorthy, he promised the delivery within a week. I get the Sofa, on 5th May 2010, with one of the single seater having diff color the other single seater and three seater. I called the furniture manager again, he says casually “We may receive another stock in 15 – 20 days we’ll see it then”, no respect for customers time even when the Sofa was delivered 10 days late. There after I called Mr. Moorthy to follow up continuously so many times, visited your store and met another manager, and they finally sent a new single seater with color mismatch again on 9th May. They took away the piece saying that they will replace again in a couple of days time. A manager from store did come in to see the color difference but nothing was done afterwards. When spoken to Mr. Moorthy, multiple times that day, he said, it would be done in a weeks time otherwise I can take my money back. Since then I stopped following up. And then they stopped caring about me.

            No called since 15 days for new 1 seater OR rectification of mismatched color. No intimations. Sofa still lying at my place. No body came to even FIT the legs. It 32000 which I paid and all I get is the ENDLESS PAIN of speaking to irresponsive people who don’t stick to their words. I missed a lot of discounts coz I bought it in a hurry. I bought it coz I needed it urgently. Offers came and gone, no body offered me any thing. Not even a sympathy and they don’t even feel that they are doing wrong. I worked in sales before and we write in contract about the penalties we’ll pay if we don’t stick to delivery date or if the delivery is wrong. What penalty are you gonna pay when you have done wrong and not even trying to rectify it. At your end, nobody cares. Just coz I have paid the money already ? MAY BE that’s how you guys work. Take customers money and deliver him whatever you want and then forget about it. If I would have had my money, I would have bought better pieces in other showrooms and saved money as well, but I went with you guys for BRAND and all I have is pain now. IT’S A huge mistake and I will definitely never recommend HOME TOWN to anybody in my known circle.

            I just request you to give me my money back (actual money no credit notes or coupons). I don’t need your SOFA, no color rectification and no FITTING done. I can find much better customer oriented showrooms every corner of Bangalore. I don’t want to buy anything from Home town ever. Don’t treat your customers like this. PLEASE.

              Home Town (Kolkata) - Nothing homely about it !

              It was an apalling experinece with Home Town Kolkata, when I had called the retail outlet over the phone ... The customer service officer Ms Sharmistha Guha has been very curt and non-compassionate in her dealings when I enquired about basic details about the bean bags available with them.

              She mentioned that the management had advised her not to provide any details over the phone and I will have to visit the store for any details.

              In the era of integrated communication with time at a premium, basic details can definately be provided over phone.

              Unfortunate experience from the house of Mr Biyani who I understand has changed the retailing industry in India ... for the good or bad ... dont know ... this experience has off course not been too good ....

              Sir/Madam

              I bought a 3 Door wardrobe from home town on[protected]. As per your rule it was delivered either on[protected] or on[protected]I can't remember exactly) to the following address - S4, 16 J.K.Mitra Road, Kolkata 700037 (My residence). On the next day when I was not at home I received a phone call and the person from the other end claimed himself as a representative of your Institution and he informed me that they had come to deliver a 3 Door wardrobe in my home (the address was same as mentioned above) and they are standing in front of my residence. I informed them that a 3 door wardrobe has already been delivered in my residence and I also informed them that I bought only one wardrobe. The person of your office told me that he is not concerned with all these matters, he have been asked to deliver a 3 door wardrobe to the written address and i.e. S4, 16 J.K.Mitra Road, Kolkata 700037 and he is bound to do so. After our telephonic conversation they had delivered another 3 door wardrobe in my flat.

              Within five to ten minutes I described the entire situation to your concerned person over telephone. He said, ” He is calling me back within a few minutes”. After some time some one rang me and said that fitter should go today and he is the person who only can say what happend.

              The next day around 8pm to 8.30pm a person came to my residence and he assembled the 3 door wardrobe and said another three cartoons were excess delivered in my flat. He rang some one and explained everything over telephone in front of me. Some of your higher authority who had called me back and said three cartoons would be collected from my residence tomorrow or day after tomorrow. I eagerly requested that person to collect the material as soon as possible because the small area of my residence was badly occupied. And remember this happened either on 12.5.2010 or on 13.05.2010. Today is 15.06.2010. Nobody came still today.

              A mail I had already sent to east.[protected]@futuregroup.in date Mon, Jun 7, 2010 at 11:33 PM, but no reply came from your end. I am going to inform you that we are suffering s troubles for one month due to your irresponsible negligence. Now I have decided to throw out the 3 cartoons from my residence if no response from your end

                Dear Friends,

                Imagine the emotions of a couple moving into their own house, with the dream of building each and every nook and corner of your house as per your imagination. This is exactly what me and my wife had in mind while we were building our kitchen which we booked from Home Town based in Ishanya Mall, Yerawada, Pune.Friends, trust me it was a horrible experience, not sure if we were the first ones to experience it.

                We had ordered a solid wood modular kitchen in January of 2009 and the last piece arrived in April of 2010, which is more than a year. Yes, thats correct, it was more than a year of distress, helplessness, wait & torture of having to see the kitchen that each and every couple so dearly desires not arriving within their SLA of 90 days.

                The initial design of the kitchen was put forward by us in January of 2009. However after a few variations in our kitchen design we had to redo one part of the kitchen for which the design of the modular kitchen was changed for one section, this change was provided immediately to them, we had made a complete downpayment at the time of booking and were told that it would arrive within a couple of months.

                Months passed and whenever we would check upon the status, the only news we used to get was the order has been placed and they were processing the request. Later we had to leave for a project assignment abroad and when we returned in September of 2009 we were finally given the kitchen we were so dearly waiting for. We had kept our house warming into the new house during October of 2009, and were really excited to finally see the kitchen set had arrived. However the pain didn't end there. While assembling the pieces, it was noticed that the changes which were suggested during the second order had not arrived and they had processed the first desgin.

                We were shattered again, at least they should have been damn sure that inspite of their mess up of not having delivered on time at least they should have been more diligent of winning the customer by getting the correct kitchen. There wasn't even a single apology for them and they ensured that the changed order would be here within a months time. But finally when the final piece arrived 2009 had passed and we received it in March of 2010.

                Friends, the only reason why I wanted to point this out was that Even though Hometown is one of the best places for new/existing homebuyers like us who would look out for designs, latest patterns, and wish to see that placed at our homes...their Kitchen section lacks professionalism and here is no emotional sentiment shown towards the customer. Their after sales service leaves a lot to be desired (once the order has been placed, the entire payment received.. they do not care). And never in this entire 1 yr 4 month wait have they called me up and tried to explain the situation on why the order is getting delayed. Its always been a one way communication. However having said all of this there have been a couple of guys who have been helpful.

                When we asked for compensation, there was only one blatant answer 'there is nothing that can be done, we have delivered the modular kithcen so the deal is closed'

                Hope, none of the new homebuyers face this emotional trauma that we have faced. It would be better if you pay half of the money during booking and pay the remaining half once the product is delivered, this way you could save your money from them eating the interest on it and have the liberty of paying the reminder once you are happy wit the service and delivery.

                It was not only with the modular kitchen, but also the wooden flooring which we ordered gave us a nightmare, Beware, please do NOT make entire down payment for any product from HOMETOWN. You will certainly end up in loss and agony.

                Hometown/Modular Kitchen — Very poor service of delivery , lack of professionalism

                I am really getting frustarted of the quality of service of Moduler Kitchen in Home Town Shopping centre at New Town Kolkata.
                We have ordered for a moduler kitechen on 8th of June 2010.After repeated calls we have received the delivery in mid week of August.Not only that, entire delivery was not completed. We have come to know from them, few of the delivery parts is still pending to deliver. Unfortunately they have not informed us for a single time this matter. We have repeatedly asked them and called them to know the status, and then came to know the actual thing. Still more than half of the work is pending. We are unable to shift my new house due to this reason only. My question is , why they have not conevyed these kind of thing during payments. They have conveyed everything will be ok , no concerns will be raised from customer side against them, but we are totally lost. I did not expect this from future groups. Home town really a bad section of delivery for future groups. Please suggest suitable solution for me. I need to escalate this to Higher management.
                The name of the Attendants are Pabitra and Jayanta from Home Town modular kitechen.
                100% agree don't get carried away by brand. They just to fool customers. Highly paid half knowledge employees play with your hard earn money.

                  I ordered a Sandisk Micro SD card of 8 GB from futurebazaar.com and when I received the delivery, I have received a USB Flash Drive instead. When I called their customer care, they say it may take upto 10 days for the wrong delivery to be picked up and only then they will file a replacement which will be replaced if they have stock.

                  And they are asking me to return the item by myself at their store, or else wait for 8-10 days.

                  This is very poor service. My order number is #[protected]

                      Even after purchasing groceries from your big bazaar outlet at kalyan on 12/5/2010 bearing following details - Bill No. T13/S3591 dt.12/5/2010, challan no. 332.

                      I have had made numerous calls to your Kalyan outlet right from the morning to night 09.30 pm yesterday. Till that time, I have been given assurances that my goods would be delivered yesterday. Unfortunately, somebody from Kalyan outlet of Big Bazaar called me up and said that they could not deliver my groceries purchased for Rs.4000/- (approx)
                      my residence since, my area is off limit for them!!!!!!!.

                      This is very outrageous for me...since I have been purchasing groceries from your kalyan outlet since last six months, and they have been delivering it to my home! I am very much disturbed and mentally agonised by third rate unprofessional behaviour from your staff working at kalyan big bazaar outlet. Throughout yesterday I have been calling them, they should have told me this in the morning itself about their inability to deliver my groceries at my home...worse, they were keeping the same for two days...fooling us, telling us all lies during the course.

                      Now, I have to go with my challan to procure my groceries at their kalyan outlet. This is very bad, unfair and disgusting. yesterday in your mail you have told me that you have forwarded my complaint to your big bazaar people in kalyan!!!!!! Looks like the effect of my complaint has not been well received by your kalyan Big bazaar.

                      Now I would request you to mail me address and contact details of your highest authority in charge of this and also mail id of Mr. Kishore Biyani to forward my complaint of such bad behaviour, unfair treatment of your customer. I am also contemplating of taking this issue with Consumer forum in Maharashtra to claim compensation.

                        i had purchased 1.5 ton Split AC Koryo Make from Big Bazaar Noida on 5th May vide Cash memo No T37/14660 For a sum of Rs 20,500/-. the AC was to be dileverd along with one 4 KVA Voltage Stabiliser of Wipro Make. The AC was deleiverd WITHOUT the Stabilser despite full payment. The AC was to be installed by them howeevr it has not been installed till 15th May despite repeated reminders and requests. The Voltage stabliser has also not been delivered till date.
                        The AC was purchased to seek comfort and solace from extreme Heat which is now touching 44 Degree Centigrade but i have not been able to get the comfort even after having spent so much money due to non provision of complete product and installation despite taking full payement.

                        I need to get a compensation for harrasment and torture in heat and financal loss to me.

                          If Your Represetitive are not able to give proper services then why they book orders, I Need My Aircondition Bcos I Have Small Child in home she is ill and require cool envirement.Please give me answer from your end.

                          koryo split ac — delivery of AC

                          I was purcased 2 koryo split 105 ton AC from alwar big bazar. Mr. sanjay Tanwar dealing man told me that AC's should be delivered with in a week taime positively.now it's 9th day today.delivery was not done.they have no proper reply that when ac's should be delivered.

                            This is in regards to the Sone Ki Chidiya (SKC) scheme being run by BIG BAZAAR chain of stores.

                            I had made purchases in their store in Chinchwad and against that they gave me SKC stickers around 12 nos and asked me if I would like to redeem the same against a list of gifts offered . This was on the 6th of May. After going through the list I informed I would like to redeem 11 stickers against a Dinner set mentioned in the list.

                            To my surprise the gift counter informed the gift is unavilable and that I can redeem it at a later date before 15th of May when the scheme gets over. Today I visited the store again and was surprised to note that the gift is still not available. After lot of efforts I was put through one Mr. Lawrence who is supposedly the store manager. On talking to him, he said the particular gift is unavilable and if I need the same I should go around the city to their various branches by myself to redeem the same. This is totally absurd as the gift should be available at the counter from which the purchases are made. I requested Mr. Lawrence to make a note in writing that as the said gift was not available by mistake of theirs, they would let me have it as and when the same is available. He refused that too saying that he is not authorised to make such committments.


                            Now the above instance clearly points out a form of planned cheating of the customers being carried out by BIG BAZAAR group. First they place well informed advertisements of their scheme to attract customers. When the customers finishes his purchases, they say the gifts mentioned in the scheme is not available, so the customer settles for some other item or looses his gift. These schemes should also be brought under the preview of MRTP ( Malafide and Restricted Trade Practices ) act so that the customer is not taken for ride in the future.

                            I would appretiate if you could forward the said mail to their head office customer cell
                            big bazaar has most of its product of sub standard quality and they ploy their schemes in such a manner that they are safe from being covered from the consumer forum & cheat the consumers under the garb of various sale schemes

                              I made a visit to the HomeTown store at Saltlake City, Kolkata and made the following purchases:
                              TV cabinet, shoe rack, Night stand on 11.04.10. The experience was a nightmare. The salesman assured us that the things would be delivered within a week, but this took 11 days. The TV cabinet & Shoe Rack were delivered on 22nd and the Night stand on 24th. The TV cabinet & shoe rack were assembeled about 5 days after delivery and the Night Stand after about a month!!(09.05.10!!). In addition to the late delivery, the person who came to assemble the furniture handled the things very carelessly and made a lot of scratches on the visible parts of the furniture. The Night stand had some of its parts missing. I've contacted the in charge at HomeTown Kolkata and he has made a couple of promises.

                              I regret for having shopped at HomeTown.PLEASE DO NOT SHOP AT HOME TOWN, be it in Bhatinda or Bangalore, Kolkata or Kochi. The service is absolutely very bad and they employ useless guys.
                              PLEASE SPREAD THE WORD.

                              That is true. I am having a similar experience. I bought a refrigerator during Diwali and was promised that it will be delivered within 2 weeks. Now after a month when I called them to know about the status they say that they do not have stock and that we will have to change our model and if price is higher we will have to pay extra. Even after threatening them to complaint to the higher levels, they did not took any actions to supply me the product that I had paid for. Home Town was a reputed brand in my mind but after this experience I would like everyone to know the truth. Better purchase things from small dealers. At least they give you the assurance of faster deliver without any hassles.

                                i am sorry to tell this but it mandatory to say. i have purchased 6 jeans 4 jeans of size 28 and 2 jeans for 32size. ihave trail a jeans for 32 it was perfect but the onather which i have picked up from the same place was mention that 32 after going to home when i was ready to use it.the other jeans went for 34 which i hav'nt cheked it in the store

                                  Sub: Misguiding the valued customer by your Jamshedpour Big Bazar staffs.

                                  Dear Sir,

                                  I would like to bring to your kind notice the following few facts with expectation that remedial measures to be taken against the staff(s) of your Jamshedpur Big Bazar:-

                                  That I am a permanent resident of Jamshedpur staying at Baradwari which is 6K.M. distance of your Big Bazar and a permanent reader of Prabhat Khabar News Daily.

                                  That after witnessing the advertisement in the above-captioned Newspaper , myself went to your shop for purchase of a SKY BAG at 11.15 hours on 03.04.2010, purchased the bag ( Xerox copies of Cash Memo and Redemption slips annexed herewith for your perusal). Myself got the usual discount applicable on that Sky Bag Product of SAFARI BRAND and the price comes out after discount Rs.2620/-only.

                                  Your staff prepared the Money Receipt/Cash memo and gave me three numbers of Redemption Slips and instructed me to go to the Ground Floor where the man deputed for giving you the Gift Voucher against these Redemption Slips. As per their benign direction myself came to the Ground Floor where the Gift Voucher is disbursed but matter of strange, myself stood there about 15-minutes but no one was there on that seat to provide me the Gift Voucher.

                                  Myself again then went to the spot from where your staff directed me to act as above. After that one staff from there and search out the person and asked him to provide me the Gift Voucher against the Redemption Slips.

                                  That out of the aforesaid three Redemption Slips one was for 1Kg Onion and 1Kg Potato for purchase of items excepting some specified of Rs,.99/- on every Wednesday for one year, another Slip is for Lucky draw and third one is for Rs.600/- ( six Gift Voucher @Rs.100/-each redeemable on purchase of fashion of Rs.300/-).

                                  But on presentation of the aforesaid Redemption slips your staff gave me the Gift Vouchers /Coupons for Onion and Potato for one year but refused me to give Gift Voucher of Rs.100/- (6Nos) and told me that this is not applicable in this purchase hence you are not entitled to get this Rs.100/- Gift Coupon/Voucher.

                                  Sir, in this connection I would like to state here that if this purchase is not comes under this POLICY why your staff given me the said Redemption Slip and especially told me that to collect the Gift Voucher of Rs.600/- from the ground floor personnel , Is not this is an EXPLOITATION with the valued customer?

                                  I, therefore, request you to please refrain your staff(s) at Big Bazar, Jamshedpur not to exploit the valued customer by this way or else in long run if this trend will continue, your Big Bazar at Jamshedpur will fall under so many Consumer cases for exploitation of valued customer and on the other hand on disclosure of these facts through local Newspaper will hamper the business of Big Bazar which is a Nationally acclaimed business house. Expect remedial action on the above matter and oblige.

                                    This is during the exchange coupons , while we purchased AC from samsung, nobody came to install it, the outdoor unit was broken and even we went to ask for an exchange but to the astonishment each unnit of them was broken, it was not replaced even we didnt get any people from samsung to install it.


                                    samr etime we bought an 4 seated dinidng table, till date its not delivered ita amont now.

                                    This kind of pathetic service is not accepted, secondly the furniture which are there in catalogue and i have seen then in Delhi, its not ac=vailable here, how can we trust BIGBAZAAR.


                                    I have to call them and selling is not what is to be done only.

                                    I have my old aunty who is suffeirng from knee problem so she purchased it and now she thought its good to buy one than to make one, and now she is well.


                                    I think i would personaly never buy any thing form BIG BAZAAR( electronics and home town).

                                    Dear Sir
                                    I have purchased a Blu-Ray Player as per the details given above, from Big Bazar, Cuttack. The product was purchased on 23rd October, 2011 (Bill details, Till No-12, Receipt No-0006879, St-4811, Ch-150905, Tr-11903). With our lot of efforts when I couldn’t use the product I had to lodge a request/complain at your toll free no. The complain no is RNA[protected], dated 24th October, 2011. But as promised when after 2 days nobody turned up I had to call up again and same assurance was given again that someone will take care of the complain.
                                    Finding no other way I had been to the retailer, Big Bazar, Cuttack to inform the same and asked them to return the product so that I can have something else which will at list work. In this regard I had a word with the sales man Mr. Subhendu (Cell No – [protected]). As per Subhendu he asked me to call him up and give him the complain no so that he will take care of the problem.
                                    But today when I am trying to contact him he is not receiving my call.
                                    So I would like to know that, is this the way LG or Future Value retail Limited respond to the problem of the customers. I have purchased something from your end & its lying idle for nearly five days.
                                    I hope someone will take the problem seriously and will try to sort it out.

                                      Saturday i.e on 24/04/2010, i had visited big bazaar located in TGIP mall,Sec-38A,Noida. Earlier also many time i had visited big bazaar. This time i had purchased item worth RS 1500/-( Time 8 PM). I had given items in 04 packet. When i opened packets i found that 08 items worth Rs 487/- were missing from the packets .I tried to call helpline no given on the bill on the same day night but no body has picked up the call. Next day morning i tried to call helpline no but the same was not picked. Mean while our maid has thrown the bill in the dustbin while cleaning the home and i could not retreive the bill but i again visited big bazaar for resolving the issue as this was surprising for me. I discuss the issue with customer care executives but they insist of bill. They said that these issues come to them regularly and they want bill thenn only they will looked into matter. I requested them to issue me duplicate bill which can be searched with the Amount of shopping i.e RS 1500/- ,timing or name of person printed on the bill i.e praveen (Counter no 10) i told to them .Further i have told that i have paid amount by Sodexo food coupons and name of items that were missing But they have not shwon any interest on my issue

                                      Big bazaar at GIP mall noida is such a flop... it cant handle a little crowd... there employees are not at all competent, specially the security people... they are aimlessly putting some random stickers on each and every item you are carrying in ur hand bag, which is such a waste of time and does not serve any purpose also
                                      this wednesday i went to get one of my item changed from the customer care, since they gave me a broken one... i got the bill with me too but these security guys they didnt let me go in... they infact said that i broke it and bought it back... which was so un athical... i am shopping for not less tha 5000 rs every month from this big bazaar since last 4-5 years... but there careless attitude has made me not to go there any more... they have lost a regular customer
                                      same with me...

                                      I buy a Johnson and Johnson baby care kit from big bazaar from GIP MALL Noida and come home after opening it I got to know the powder is missing. How shameful the people are.
                                      the Similar incident done with me, i have done purchasing worth Rs of 1600/-
                                      i brought one pack of Dabur chawanprash worth Rs. 225/- including above mention bills, with this cwanprash pack they are offring volunrty gift Honey 100 gms pack, but when i came to closer of billing Staff telling me volunrty gift was not avialable due to shortage of stock they telling me that i can collect after othere days, afet few days i went for purchasing and asked for my gift again they telling me the same excuse...i think they should not kept or sold those items which they cannot provide offers, also they should stop making fools to their customer, this incident is done recently, Big Bazar offering, on promational adds they are not fruitfull or they are totaly diffrents from the real prices & offer...this is an shamless
                                      services to their valuable customers.

                                        I made purchases of over Rs. 1500 on 10/4/2010 at Big Bazaar, Sahara Mall, MG Road, Gurgaon. The Store has advertized everywhere in the store and in news papers that a 5 kg. Ashirwad Atta pack would be given free on purchases over 1500/-. I too was given the atta pack but after coming home I checked the bill to find to my utter dismay that I had been charged Rs. 101.79 for the atta pack which was supposed to be free. The Big Bazaar store in duping and cheating people for which i am planning to report the matter to MRTP and consumer forums too.
