Was shopping from big bazaar online, chose to pay using future pay, amount got debited from my sbi account and the order was not placed nor its shown in the future pay wallet

      Hi sir,
      I had booked for an order using bigbazaar app on 25/08/2021 at 10:08 am and paid Rs 545.50..But unfortunately the products were not available at the store and the order was cancelled...they told me that the amount will be credited within 7 working days ..now it is almost 30 days and while calling the customer care they are telling that the complaint has been transferred to higher priority group and the refund will be reflected within 1 hour .they are repeating the same dialogue for the past 20 days...I demand an immediate redressal of the complaint along with a compensation of Rs 25000 for the dispute.

            Long since following up for the cashback of Rs.1100 for loading Rs.10000 but cashback not being credited

            FP & BBPC offer showing on future pay app on 30-7 after midnight

            7-8-21 talked Gurcharan and was promised that refund of Rs.10000 would be processed to source card account within 24 hours

            I had loaded my wallet on 31-7-21 morning with Rs.10000 to get Rs.11100 seeing the offer after midnight on the app but never got the additional Rs.1100 so had complained to future pay on 3-8-21 to refund to my source account via BB[protected] and was told that it would be done but today is 11-9-21 but I don’t find anything was done.Please either get refund processed to my source account or get Rs. 1100 added since Rs.10000 is not a small amount to be added.I would like to avail future offers.

            Today talked to Jagjeet and again was told by him and senior executive Sahil that the resolution would be done but I have my doubts since it is the same thing told to me everytime since last 45 days.Lots of complaints were made through FP app too but the same reply attached herewith is received everytime.Can anybody wait for so long?
            We hold 4 BBPC cards since 2010 and are old and privileged customers still this is the response.The wallet offers are being offered again and again but these people won’t listen to my request.Had I deposited my money into bank woukd have got atleast 2.5% in savings but these people won’t understand.
            Future group needs of follow up with no results at all.
            My FP wallet is linked to my BBPC card still the story.

              Beware!! Looting peoples money,
              Almost 20 days passed,
              On 18th Aug, two failed transactions are done due to technical error through sbi debit card in pos machine at bigbazar sealdah store, only one transaction of Rs 1699 is refunded, other one of same amount is still missing, complained several times, mailed u 10 times, your executive called me on 26th aug, even today on 8th september, my money is not returned.Shame on your services, will never buy again anthing from you, even never advise anyone to shop with you, if my money is not revsersed back soon.

                This is for the second time i am trying to raise the complaint, really very disappointing with the online services.

                i have made a transaction on future pay wallet of 1074 rs to, future retail limited on sep 6th 2021, time : 2.44 pm

                this transaction was done to complete my order in big bazaar order, to make the wallet add so i can place the order.

                However my account is not showing any order updated but its asking me to pay again.

                Kindly confirm my order.

                Very disappointing last time also i faced the same issue, i ordered a lot of things but only 50% of my order was delivered.

                  After payment of 10000 at a time to join profit club membership, the terms of which was to credit ₹1000 every month in my account for purchases. But this month, on 1st Sept, although ₹1000 has been credited in my account but my balance is showing, ₹750. How is this possible, when I have not purchased any item this month.
                  Even after my complaint three days before, nobody is interested to resolve the issue, best known to the management. Really frustrating in some situations.
                  Although, having the complaint resolution section, no step has been taken by the management team until the same has been published in Twitter. It also absurd, that after accepting consumer's money, they feel it privileged to set up their own terms without any knowledge or consent of the member.

                      I have invested Rs.5000/- in the year 2019 under Big Bazaar profit club. Now when I checked the future pay app it is showing my card valid has expired. i was unable to use the card as I have settled in UAE and due to a pandemic situation all the flights are stopped service to India. So I requested the Big bazaar team to settle it to my bank account directly without visiting their office in India. Accordingly, the Big bazaar team has informed me that they have initiated the refund amount of RS. 3800/- after deducting their charges. However, till now I didn't receive the amount in my account. I have submitted all the verification documents, cancelled cheque copy etc on 04th August 2021.

                      My card number is[protected]. The request number is BB[protected]. Awaiting a favourable response in these regards.

                        I placed an order via the Future pay app. I have made my payment successfully via net banking on 15th August 2021 and the money (2078) got debited from my account.
                        After some time the order got cancelled successfully on the same day. But the money is not credited back to my account it's already 13 days over. I called 7 times. every time the customer care is saying 24 hrs more.

                        Please let me know when do I get the money credited back to my account.

                                It is regarding the order no[protected] ordered on big bazaar app. I made purchase of 4071.98 rupees. I paid through three EGV of 2000 each. I thought the rest will be in my egv balance. But not they took all 6000 rupees. This doesn't happens in any other egv I use like flipkart, Amazon, myntra, lifestyle etc. Moreover there was no such warning on their app. I even could not find any terms and conditions about egv on their app. I complaint about it to big bazaar. But they refused to listen. I told them to provide me products worth that money i[censored] are not willing to refund. But they didn't agree on that even.

                                If they don't refund my money, I am never stepping into big bazaar ever again.

                                    I ordered some groceries from the big bazaar app and paid with UPI today i.e. 20/8/21 at 8 o clock in the morning. For the next 1 hrs. the order status was awaiting payment and then after more 30 mins the order got cancelled and there is no refund. My money is now literally stolen by these guys. And when i contacted big bazaar customer care no. They said that my order is cancelled due to non receiving of money and asked me to contact my bank, but everything is fine from my bank's side. When i called them again still they don't want to take the blame on their heads and still asking me to contact my bank. And also for some reason the same order got duplicated for 3 times. They have pathetic service and a idiotic customer care infrastructure and also a garbage app. I repeat don't every buy from their app if you want your money to not to get stuck somewhere or it to get stolen by them.

                                      i purchased the safari trolley bag in the year 0f 2017, it is now damaged the wheels i have warranty card 5 years but i don't have the bill while connecting your customer care number they are not helped out me kindly share my duplicate bill waiting for long days but no one contacted me yet.
