Hi Team,

I am Sahil Gupta, resident of Bathinda Punjab (151001). I purchased an Aristocrat Bag (3 Pair Set) by 1st Jan 2020 from Big Bazar Bathinda (The Mittal Mall Store, bathinda). My Small bag broke from the lower edge & when I went to the BB store they said, we need an original bill but I do have a warranty card only as ink was erased from Bill. So now I need your help to get a duplicate bill from my warranty card as BB store will not be able to help me generate a duplicate bill, as it is one year old.

Kindly help me to provide a duplicate bill over my email ID or Address.

Today I visited store & ask him to check retention period of your data. They said we don't have data but you need to check exact date of Bill, might be we can help. Although it was their mistake to don't mention a date on warranty card but somehow I was able to manage a date & get duplicate bill from them. Still thanks for your support.

      I had purchased a casserole on 24th Oct 2021. The invoice charged was ₹129. But, the actual MRP printed on the box is only ₹99.
      Why does such big retail chains cheat customers?
      The concerned authorities should take action against the ones responsible for this.

          The issue that I have experienced was: Purchased one NIVEA after shaving lotion after opening it became only water and light fragrance mixed. paid Rs. 249/-

            I purchased a Koryo 1.5 ton 5star Ac from Big Bazaar, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad on 24.07.2019 vide invouce no.UP[protected] with 2 years extended warranty and from last year July 2020 it started giving trouble.I purchased the Ac for my father who is having breathing issues and asthma as the weather is very humid here in Ghaziabad and he cannot live without Ac. I have raised complaints of the defective ac multiple times but it is repaired temporarily and after some time again some or other problems arise.I have mailed the same to Mr.Vikas Maheshwari and requested him to either get my ac repaired properly or get it replaced or to arrange for refund cost of my ac but iam not getting any response.Even their service person Mr.Brijesh has spoken rudely and in a inmannered way with my father.Myself and my family are mentally getting disturbed because of the bad attitude of Koryo service iam much worried about health of my father and if anything happens to him only Bigbazaar and it staff should be held responsible.

                    I have ordered some items from the big bazaar online application and as per the offer at that time I should be getting cashback of ₹600 in my future pay balance, but didn't received any cashback yet. Though cashback is showing in my transaction history but actually didn't credited to my future pay balance or any other payment method. I have mailed to register complaint about the same to bigbazar couple of times but didn't received any response and it's been about 2 months since I ordered. So please look into the issue and do needful.

                      I bought a purse of "IVORA TAG" on 4th October, 2021 from the bigbazaar store located at VIP Road, Joramandir, Kolkata. After taking it home I found the product is rejected and also not cost effective. I want to return it so reached the same outlet today 6th October, 2021 but they are completely denying to take it back. But the policy of the company says I can return it.
                      The product is in the same condition as I bought it. I also have the bill for it.
                      Please help me out as I am not getting any support from the bigbazaar.

                          I placed an order on big bazaar app in the 1st week of September, 2021. I paid the amount of Rs.3999 through online transaction.But my order was not delivered. Rather the CUSTOMER care later advised to collect it from the local store. But they said they are not responsible for any such online transactions.
                          Then I again talked to the care and kept following up but no one bothered.
                          They cancelled the on 15th sept and said it will take 7 days for the refund to be initiated. I called again on 17th and another representative put in a new cancellation request...And it kept going on for a month...Each time I approach to know about the status of my refund, there will be a new guy who put in a new cancellation complaint.
                          In the last month I have almost talked to 20 representatives but they were of no help.
                          I have not yet received my money.
                          And the app is a complete ###. Its still showing my order will be delivered by 8th sept, 2021 though it has been a month.
                          This is complete harassment by such a reputed company like bigbazaar.
                          I sent multiple emails..But they dont have the basic ethics to respond to the CUSTOMER.
                          Kindly look into this.

                            I ordered grocery item from bigbazaar from 1 sep 2021 and on 2nd sep 2021 it got cancelled and there written i will get my refund on 4th sep 2021 but its not refunded yet i call them about 12 times still no reply on my refund.

                                Hope you are doing well,

                                I am customer who raised the request for grocery order online today. My order[protected] my registered email [protected]@gmail.com and phone number [protected]. My order suppose to get delivered today 02nd October 2021 at evening. I cancelled my other evening plans and I was keep waiting for order. I didn't get single call or text through regular way, not even single call or missed call or text. I tried to check the status for my order I found it has been cancelled without my knowledge and confirmation. Now I tried to reach big bazaar branch which is located at ghaziabad Uttar Pradesh in opulent mall through landline phone no one answered than I dialed 1800 number customer care. I got chance to speak ashish with pleasant tone I asked him why you guy cancelled my order without my knowledge though I was available at home and waiting call from your delivery team. He replied "if you want order pay again and place order". What kind of reply is this? I already paid ₹3700+ amount through my card ends with 2345. Now he sd wait for refund, now my concerned is why refund I didn't raised request for refund. I want my order and I have already paid for that. Your delivery guy has fault or your branch who are not able to delivered its not my fault. So I requested him to transfered to TL, supervisor, or manager but he put my call on hold more than 20 minutes and released the hold to say I can't transfered. Who am I? Am I fooled who has done mistake because I choosed big bazaar. Ashish replied I can't transfer I dnt know I can't help you . So why you guys hire this kind of agent who don't know his" job responsibilities ". Is he aware he has to help customer to resolve the queries because he is customer care agent. He provoked me many times to get angry while talking this silly things. Very poor services you have. Ver poor.
                                My concern is I want my order simple because I was available at home at whole day, my phone is working properly I didn't receive single call from delivery team. That's not my mistake if they are enjoying personally instead of doing their duty properly. It's your delivery guy fault. I dnt wanna use big bazaar in future ever so don't transfer the fund in future pay because I am not the one who raised the request for refund or return the order. If your really wanna refund so refund in my card or my first priority is simple I want my order I have already paid for that so I am not going to pay again.
