At big bazar diamond plza mall i had the worst experience of my life as the executive dealing at the exchange counter i. E. Customer service desk, misbehaved wid me & my wife like anything. Have been a very valued customer of big bazar. But after this behaviour i wl discontinue. His name is pradhan paul. M attaching a pic f his & expect a stern action & aplogy frm him.

I am purchased India gate mini mogra rice but it's taste is in rough quality. And not smelling like any other basmati / Arwa sonachur
When cooked it tastes are like other rices not that what I purchased ...
My mom went to kstar mall- Food bazaar on Friday
And while billing one item was extra which she doesnt even uses, which some one might have kept in the basket . While checking the bill duing exit they blamed her for stealing it and forcing to pay for the same . They immensely insulted her in front of everybody without any proof

    I was shopped on 9th aug 2019 from big bazaar, mdr mall, chandrapur, at that time salesman told me, "u will received difference of selling price and future pay price in ur future pay account and also u will get 20% cash back i[censored] purchase above 3000 rs. And also same offer clearly mentioned on products tag.

    But i didn't received difference cash back in future pay account. When i did complaint they told me that offer is ended from 9 aug.
    But still big bazaar uses tag of this offer and making customer fool.

      We went in sunday to purchase stuff from big bazaar, jadavpur, orbit mall and till date the deliveries are not being done..in today's fast world where customers have numerous options, do you think it is justified anyways

      Besides yesterday we called the store, they did not replied properly and told they will get back to us on the status within 5 minutes and till now we are waiting for the call

      This is just unbelievable

      Though we used to purchase from bb guwahati when we were posted their and everytime we used to get deliveries the same day...

      So this seems mere an issue of particular store

      But this deteriorates the overall image

        The app and the customer service attached to it is absolutely terrible and are of no use whatsoever. I bought items for rs 2500 from udupi bb today and tries to credit my fp account. It showed failed thrice and then finally i paid and exited. Suddenly, all the failed became success and my account got debited 4100 rs which got transferred to my fp app and now they refuse to refund or transfer that money back to my account even though it was clearly a mistake from the apps side. If they keep working like this, they will lose a customer
        Never going to a bb again. As a student, how the company and their customer representatives behaved was extremely demeaning and disappointing. Expected much better from such a so called 'experienced' company.

          Hi,
          My experience is based on the purchases made at big bazaar outlet in the bokaro mall (Bokaro steel city), jharkhand.
          Usually at the counter after paying for all purchases, we wish to have carry bags for transportation like at any other stores.
          There are many stores who do not charge for carry bags (With the store’s brand name) and are offered free (Which makes sense as we are already buying their products).
          This is also a regulation under government body that levying charges on the carry bag and endorsing its brand on it is not legal. (I can provide articles if needed where a renowned retail chain was recently fined for doing same).
          Also the rate of these carry bags varies between 15, 20 and 25 depending on the occasion/ festival days.
          Now being a regular and responsible customer, can you kindly provide an answer to why this is being followed in this outlet and no action has been taken under your jurisdiction.

            Hi,

            I did the purchasing on 10th august 2019 at dlf mall of india, big bazaar for rs. 6049/- having tin - 16/80853.
            The cashier has updated incorrect mobile number in the bill. Cashier also realized that he entered the incorrect mobile no, he immediately called his manager mr. Navrangi singh, who assured me that the problem will be resolved next day.

            I have made number of trips to this big bazaar and met number of managers including mr. Navrangi singh. All are communicating that it will be done next day.

            Please rectify my problem as the managers of the big bazaar store in the dlf mall seems helpless.

            I want the number to be corrected so that i have the future pay cashback in the correct account.

              I purchased goods of rs. 6152.93 on 13/08/2019. They didn't advice me to payment through paytm, then you got cashback. As i was unaware i paid through card. When i asked about paytm cashback of rs. 1200/- as advertisement shown everywhere. They told me i should pay through paytm. I told cancel the payment & let me payment through paytm. They denied. They didn't supported me. By this way loss of rs. 1200/- (Paytm cashback) bear by me. Do the needful.

                Had been to bb pondy bazar around 11.45am today.
                It was full of people with only two counters operational
                And one fast counter 5items only.
                Seeing the rush i picked only 5 items. Went to that counter, the sales girl refused to bill seeing 500₹ note in my hand ₹122 was my bill amoubt
                She insisted that i give₹22 change.
                I gave, then she started billing, then insisted on 100₹ note
                I didn't have the note hence couldn't give
                She insisted rudely
                I told her to keep the stuff
                Then stomping her feet and muttering tamil bad words she left the counter threw my change of 400 at me.
                Please note consumers r not beggars
                I for one will never step into bb again
                And so will my friends and relatives

                    Hello team,

                    This is to bring to your notice about the barbaric, arrogant and unprofessional behaviour of the store manager Mr. Kishan Rajput, Big Bazaar store Vasai. Take this from a customer and a management intern, who was positioned here for a project, the store will die due to this one man, who makes everyone's life here hell. I am a management student and was positioned here for a project and let me tell you explicitly, I am never coming back, neither to learn nor as a customer.

                    This man doesn't allow the employees to speak to each other! What sort of autocracy is this! As a customer he is arrogant, rude and has no sense of selling.
                    I was insulted, talked to inappropriately and made to feel like a piece of ### here.

                    This man goes round saying, "My store, my rules". Wonder what Big Bazaar owner has to say about this. No wonder the adjacent Dmart is picking up pace and people ( both customers and employees) are leaving.

                      This is a complaint regarding the store guide staff at big bazar, opp. Ksrtc, kottayam at around 6.15pm on 12.08.2019. After purchase, we were collecting our bags from the baggage counter, and then, this store guide staff was shouting at us in local language to clear off the counter. His words were too rude and embarassing that, we were badly humiliated before other customers and staffs. The whole incident made a bad remark on big bazaar's customer service, and our shopping went completely dissatisfied.
                      Take necessary actions inorder to avoid such unpleasant situations in future.

                          I purchased rice (30 kg.) on 7th august and the big bazaar agreed to deliver it at home by 8th august. After 3 days i've contacted the delivery person and he assured to deliver rice by next day but he failed. Today, 12th august, i contacted the big bazaar support center and the executive told me to get the rice by myself as big bazaar is busy in offer period till 15th august. The big bazaar is far from my home and it will cost me additional money and time to get it myself. Please do needful.

                            I was standing in queue for around more than an hour to pay my bills at big bazaar greater noida (Venice mall).
                            I was trying to utilize paytm cashback deal. I added the required amount on paytm wallet then eventually your system got hanged and the person sitting om counter run away.
                            Then i went to another counter and my bill via different card.

                            I will never ever recommend anyone to purchase from big bazaar.

                              Pune hinjewadi phase1 | bigbazar employees has 0% professionalism. They dont consider customer time.. Please tell them to say atleast once before closing the counter bcz we are not fool that we wait foe our turn n they simply say we are closing counter before any prior notification.
                              After complaining at feedback counter they are saying feed the form and put in the box... That was the # reply by bigbazar employees... Very disappointed and not desided to go again in bigbazar if my consult will not counter.

                                Hi team,

                                I did big bazaar shopping yesterday and at the time of billing the billing person told me that there is a offer on paytm. The offer is if we pay by paytm on doing shopping of 3000 we'll get rs.600 cashback. So we did the same. We had done shopping of more than 6000 so he split the bill under[protected], which is appreciable. But that time mistakenly the offered item got split up and separated in different bills and because of that we were unable to avail big bazaar offer. Like we had offer of 'wild stone deo' with offer buy 2 get 1 and same thing happened with cold drinks, we bought 6 cold drinks to avail buy 2 get 1 offer two times.. But unfortunately that cold drinks got split in 4 and 2 then again we failed to avail the offer. Can you please help us to avail these offers back...

                                  The grievance/ problem occured on 30/7/19 when went to easy day store lado sarai new delhi with store code 7321. I purchased some items as i was checking some items in the stores i came to billing counter and started with my billing.
                                  Then all of a sudden store incharge “started shouting at me with loud noise and said to me jo tumne dettol ka sanitizer uthaya hain rack se or apni pocket mein rakha hain uski bhi billing karvao”. I replied softly “mene koi item nahi uthaya apne camera ki recording check karlo”. Then he said “achha jao”.
                                  He insulted me just like that and said me “chor” in front of other people. The name of the person was mr deepak.
                                  I think these type of people should first be taught manners by the organization who are taking them in their channel as they have no manners at all how to talk to their daily customers.
                                  This person/ store incharge mr deepak who is present in morning shift does not allow to get my membership punched from the during the billing which is generally done by mr joovraj in morning for which he says your card is not of our store “dhyan rakhna yahan se banvalo card”. It has happened on several occassions.
                                  I have four membersip cards in my family is it wrong for me to use those cards at other store?

                                  I request that strict action may be taken in this regard against the concerned person mr deepak who is responsible as this is serious lapse of customer respect and clearly shows the inappropriate & bad thinking of store incharge/ manager in morning shift & revert back to me in the above mentioned matter as early as possible and because of such people like mr deepak & their doings the chain of stores of easy day outlet comes in bad light.

                                    Today (10.08.2019) we have purchased clothes and groceries from bigbazar phoenix market city, chennai, we have purchased clothes on buy 2 get 1 offer and buy 1 get 2 offer,, but during the billing they have billed all the clothes separately, which causes 2000 rs loss for me, the item which i purchased on offer but you have billed everything separately, i need my money back, i have attached the invoice number, and bill,, please check and help me to get my back,

                                      Hello its jeevan j khadde. I booked my advance ticket from nashik to latur of12th aug 2019 so for ticket conformation i am continuesly calling to mahamarg bus stand but i think they all are on leave no one was receiving my call or may be they all are neglecting my call. Can they explain me whats the exact reason for avoiding people and i knows very well that all the staff was not bad but if my ticket was cancel by any reason then only mahamarg bus stop office staff responsible for that and if the afternoon time is only for sleeping then no problem enjoy your sleep.

                                        Hello team,

                                        I purchased a cupboard from home town sreebhumi alcove on 29/7/19 which was promised to be delivered today 10/8/19. Surprisingly we received a message on my phone today morning that the order is on hold as they are not able to reach me over the phone. I understand that is not true because we gave an alternate number with the primary one and everyone in this world can reach us over the two numbers except home town. It might be possible they are not able to reach us on one number but cannot be possible on both because two different numbers are on two different networks and we and others could reach those numbers. We are a couple who are both working. We had to take a leave today for the delivery. But as the delivery has been rescheduled, we will not be able to stay back as we are travelling and requested home town to cancel my order and refund my money. Now they don't want to do that as well. So as a customer, i just have 2 options. One the product needs to be delivered today or cancel the order as i will not be able to take the delivery for my travel. If home town is saying they have called me on both the numbers and not able to reach me, i need proof. I need their call list details and number of times they have called me on both the numbers with the time and the duration. I request you to please look into it.
