I placed an order on brand factory..
My order i'd is 34253...
I placed it on 22nd june..
It delivered to me on 28th june.
I kept return on the same day due to poor quality of clothes..
They came to pickup on 15th july!
From then i keep calling this brand factory customer service and they keep telling me that we will initiate with in couple of days.., with in this weekend.. I called 10tumes nearly and they gave the same answer...
I fed up...
I want the my money return and compensation too for the pain they created and loss of my money and time

      Iam one of the customer in airtel. Iam using corporate connection recently my sim was damaged in informed customer care in saligramam branch near in avm studio. They asked to we need your company new sim request in letterhead. I bring the same and submitted your branch they give new sim also she said with 48 hrs activated the sim. Iam submitted the document on friday (23/08/2019) but today (27/08/219) today i ask to same branch that lady staff talk hardly. After that i talk to other lady staff. I ask your said 48 hrs till the document keep in drawer now only she see the document other lady staff ask me sorry. She handling customer very hardly she name is surya pls take acton. Otherwise your only loosing the customer.

          Recently i placed an online order and the order id is[protected]. It was in offer buy 1 get 2 free, so i was expecting all item will be delivered on same time but they didn't deliver. 1st item got delivered before 10 days of 2nd item and while delivering 2nd item came to know 3rd item is out of stock. So they canceled the 3rd item and told we will refund 1rs for 3rd item. As i paid 1 rs for 3rd. But for me it was total divided by 3. So i asked to give the item whenever it is available or give something else otherwise i would be in loss. They didn't agree and asked to cancel all item. Bcoz the item delivered in intervals so i had used the 1st item. So they were not ready to take back their item nor refund the amount. Why they posted the item which is not in stock? Is it good way to cheat the customer fbb have decided?

            Today i am very much hurt for your cash counter number 2. Wrong behavior & approach

            My tax invoice number is - [protected]

            Today when i visited your bigbazar esplanade branch, kol-13. For shopping after shopping i visited your cash counter number 2. Timing betwin 3.45 pm to 4.00 pm

            One lady is handling that cash counter number 2

            She informed me some offers, i refused to take them, but she trying to convincing me continuesly, i asked her that just please complete my billing process and release me.
            I informed her i'm very much late for my work because of long time standing in billing line

            But she again try to give me other bigbazar offers

            Then i little angry on her and asked her why she disturbing me.

            Then she say sorry & ask my phone number.
            I give her my phone number, she informed me my number is wrong
            Again i give her my number again she said my number is wrong, after that 3 more time i give her my number every time she said my number is wrong.

            I asked her little louder is she harassing me? For not listing her offers previously.

            She just started unnecessary arguments with me, i lose my patience and report all situation to your complain dpt. They are very cooperative with me,

            They check my bill and informed me that my mentioned cash counter no.2 is operating by mr. Dubyendu bose, not by any lady

            Then they ask me that lady name, i informed them lady refused to give me her name.

            Then your complain dpt executive send one security with me for identifing that lady.

            I show security that lady he informed me ok they will take suitable action for that lady.

            Suddenly 2 to 3 other cash counter staffs starting accusing me that i abused that lady, they are charging me and saying to me why i abused a lady and so many other street talk's

            After that i just leave silently your bigbazar premises reather increasing issue...

            But i promise you all concerns (Bigbazar tm.) if you not take suitable action against that lady for her negative approach & behavior.

            Me my family members & my all contacts will never visit again your any bigbazar branches.

              Big Bazaar store located in Zirakpur (Pantaloons) charged extra 10 INR for carry bag. when I asked billing executive for the rule that they cannot charge for this but they denied and said big Bazaar always charge.

                  I had done shopping on 11th of August and from Big Bazaar Zirakpur Punjab and my bed number is 20 996 I was to receive cashback of around 1200 on grocery that had I had purchased but when I tried calling them they refuse that you won't get any cashback but at the time of purchase I had asked help desk and told me that you would receive cash back within 4 days this is a case of pure cheating

                    Dear sir/ madam,

                    I am staying at new rajinder nagar, new delhi 110060 and near by we have easy day store at double story, new rajinder nagar.

                    Your store manager was telling about many features of your easyday membership card costing 999 in which he said we will get rice, flour, spices and sahmpoo.

                    Now when i went there i was forced to take one brand of 5kg pack, unknown spices that too on mrp, and 2 brand of shampoo and no flour.

                    When i objected to this wrong information while selling the card he said these things are optional if i don't want i can leave it and he refused to listen to our complaint and took his cell phone and told his cashier to cancel our card.

                    I was not expecting this rude behaviour from this big brand.

                    1. Your sales people force customer to buy membership
                    2. They tell many false promises
                    3. When customer comes for redemption then they are forced to buy limited items that too of some other brand.

                    Why we were not given full information about 1000 rs membership card in advance and when customer asks for answer you cancel the membership with the threatening that all purchases discounts offered made through this card would be deducted first and then the balance payment would be made.

                    I demand immediate reply and action taken against your staff and if you are supporting this then it is your policy to cheat and make customers by giving them wrong information.

                    I will wait for 24 hours after that i will file complaint with goi consumer department and with delhi government shop and establishment dept.

                      I was shopping on 11-08-19. His employee said me that u can get the future pay cash back on selected product and for example I bought a dawat 5kg rice .                           On dated 14/08/19, i have visited bigbazaar located at kankariya, ahmedabad & purchased products worth rs. 6, 596/-

                          (My invoice no : [protected] & transaction no: 54060)

                          At the time of billing cashier done a mistake & he didn't applied paytm promo code where i suppose to get benefits of rs. 1200/-.

                          He told me promo code applied but cashback wasn't received so i waited at billing desk for 15 minutes & 3 times i given my mobile to him for rechecking. At the end he said its done & you will receive cash back in paytm within 24 hr.

                          On 16/8/19 cashier accepted that it was his mistake & he forgot to apply code. And told me to visit bigbazaar again, we will arrange to adjust your loss.

                          I visited bigbazaar again but instead of fulfilling their words his manager (Rahul g. Rajput) started talking arrogantly, behaved badly & given me reckless answers.

                          He told me that "you can fight with cashier, if cashier is ready to give you money from his pocket then take it or else you can do whatever you would like tk do. We don't care."

                          I also mailed to bigbazaar but till yet problem not resolved.

                            The Big Bazaar store in Palava is charging Rs.40 for one carry bag and when asked why are you charging so much the person replied they charge the same for everyone. But as per the law the retail shop should not charge for carry bags.

                                I have been purchased groceries against invoice no [protected] and goods delivered at my home as home delivery next day of my purchase but one item which is last of the invoice item PLYST Container's one lid was missing and I asked delivery boy for the same than he asked big Bazar local customer care and assured lid will be get delivered very soon but do far lid - missed item not delivered. Hope as a professional I'll get solution for the same.

                                  On august 18th, i went to big bazar outlet which is at center square mall, kochi.
                                  I bought a potato chips packet - brand - dev
                                  After coming home, we ate it and it tasted bad. When checked for the shelf life, the product has been expired.
                                  I seriously wanted to take an action against for keeping expired products. There are kids who love chips and if i had consumed it ignoring the taste, i would have got food poisoning.
                                  I condemn this seriously. I can provide photos of the bill and the product bought.
                                  How can such a reputed store be so careless?
                                  I have spent money to buy an expired product.
                                  I request a serious action and compensation for the product.

                                    I got ₹1500 worth of groceries yesterday in the evening from big bazar varanasi, gulab bagh branch. The cashier did not pack in my bags, colgate toothpaste worth ₹163 and soyabean oil worth ₹80. On confirmation he said yours have been packed in your bags and these items are not yours. On rechecking i myself found that the oil was missing from my items. On which another staff asked him and told him to keep the oil in my bags. When i came back home and rechecked my items colgate toothpaste is still missing. This kind of mistake is seemed deliberate. I request for a quick redressal, on the matter and my colgate toothpaste which i bought yesterday.

                                    We brought madhur rasgoola from big bazaar grand Central mall in seawood Station Navi Mumbai... The picture of rasgoola in the tin showed white rasgoola but when we opened the tin it had brown colour rasgoola.. And the expiry date had also not passed.. Really shocked and disappointed with what we got..

                                    I had booked the bus to virudhunagar from chennai on Monday(12th aug). The boarding point pickup time mentioned as 8:45pm. I was waiting at the pickup point from 8:15 Pm till 12:00pm but there was no sign of the bus.

                                    I am going to consumer court one or two days ...

                                      Dear sir,

                                      Myself pankaj basu and my nephew arnab basu both entered at big bazzar, jessor road, barasat, north 24 parganas, west bengal on dated 15th august 2019 at 8.15 pm and come out at 8.35 pm without purchasing anything but a diary milk cadbary kept in my shirt pocket which cadbary has given my sister to my nephew before entering at big bazzar.

                                      When i was coming out from big bazzar, the security person asked me the bill suddenly, and i shocked and asked, which bill? He told me the bill about cadbary which is kept in my pocket.
                                      I was making him understand that it is not taking from your store, it has already kept in my pocket when i was entering at big bazzar but he started to speak manner less talk and also done very misbehave with me and converse with me very rudely in presence of my 7 years old nephew.

                                      It is very prestigious matter for me as i am a regular customer and maximum staff knows me by face.

                                      I informed to security incharge mr avijit pal, and he admired my matter and asked apology.
                                      So i therefore request you to please look into the matter very seriously.

                                      It is my request and suggestion that primary action should be taken by you which is mentioned below:

                                      1. To be checked cc tv footage between 8.15 pm to 8.35 pm.
                                      2. To be make strong checking when people entering at your store.
                                      3. To be proved that cadbary was keeping in your store.
                                      4. To be trained your security staff, how to converse with gentleman.
                                      5. To be transfer from barasat big bazar store.

                                        I am writing to express my dissatisfaction about my recent purchase of a product from your retail store at big bazaar, diamond city mall, jessore road, dumdum, kolkata.
                                        It is very unfortunate for a regular customer like me to have such an experience which is so weird.
                                        I purchased two bottles of soft drinks on 14th august, 2019 which had the offer "buy 2 get 1 free" after assuring it from one of the staff employed on duty. But the cashier charged me the price of entire 3 bottles of soft drinks, which i came to know after checking the money receipt after returning home.
                                        Today, on 16th august, 2019 i again visited the store with the soft drinks bottles and the receipt and explained to the customer service desk about what had happened.
                                        But to my surprise, instead of listening to my problem and providing service, the lady in the customer service desk started misbehaving with me and said neither am i going to get any reimbursements in future pay wallet nor the given offer. When i asked to provide the phone number for customer redressal and higher redressal cell, she replied that she herself was the higher authority there and no one else.
                                        As per my knowledge the duty of csd is to safeguard the customer and address their problems but i received absolutely different treatment.

                                        I would request you to please investigate into the matter asap and reimburse me at the fastest. Or else, i will have to move with my issues to the consumer redressal forum.
