Big bazaar located at the kalkaji metro station has employed persons mainly the billers and the administrators who are cheating the customers. One such cashier duped me of rs 359.97 reward cash from my bank account. I presented him with my debit card for the payment, but without my knowledge and consent, he deducted the hard earned rs 359.97 reward cash and then befooled me by stating that i would have to pay less. I raised the issue with the store incharge and the administrator, but they too befooled me by giving one reason or the other. I then contacted big bazaar customer care who assured me of necessary help, but to my shock nothing was done except a call from the store where i was befooled again.

Today is 8th and no action taken so far. If the concerned is serious about resolving the complaint, see the photos of the duped amount of Rs 359.97, date/time of the transaction and the name of the biller Durgesh Kumar. Karan and Parveen who were the administrators only befooled me, wasted my time and did no help.

Crawling rats, rotten veggies, worm infested milk cartons are just a few horrifying glimpses of what a reputed company like Bigbazzar has to offer to its customers in terms of quality and standard.

    Abhishek maurya a staff at sales at big bazaar sigra varanasi disturbing billing and getting people known to him getting billed out of line. On asking him that this is wrong he started shouting and misbehaving that we are staff and our billing is done first.
    This is happening for the 2nd time since the last 1 month. And above all had the atrocity to say "k complain karna hai to kar do".
    We have been waiting in line for more than a hour and staff people get billing of their known ones out of turn and when questioned get abusive too.
    Please look into the issue as we being regular customers have been facing such issues at the outlet continuously.

      Today 03july i made shopping at amanora big bazar at first i gave dena bank debit card swipe twice but transaction declained then gave other bank kvgb bank debit card to swipe and transaction completed. But later from my dena bank account the amount was deducted. What i can do to get my money back. Please tell me where i need to contact for this issue to solve

        Purchased today vegetables from Big Bazar at Spazedge mall, Gurugram . The prices on most of the tags pasted at weighing counter of vegetables doesn’t match with the prices in the final bill. There are discrepancies in almost all the vegetables prices in the final bill and the tags posted at vegetable weighing counter at Big bazar, Spazedge, Gurugram.

            After shopping of goods in big bazaar... They forced me to buy packaging bags too.. For rupee 18 each.
            As requirement they forced me to buy two bags total of ruppee 36.
            I am attaching bills for bags please see he matter.

            As my knowledge retailers can't charge customers for packing bag

              Hi currently i have done shopping from big bazar they have charged me 24 rs for carry bag with their logo on it when telling them they cannot charge for carry bag they replied there is no such rule. They are charging huge amount of rs 24 just for carry bags which should be provided by retailers free of cost. Consumer forum should look into this matter and should apply penalty to such retailers.

                Yesterday I bought some food items from your store near esplanade, Kolkata. I'm using Future pay so that to take benefit of the cash back. I gave the person at the billing counter my mobile phone, with future pay app open on it. That person ask for my big Bazar card. I gave him my card and later on what I come to know from him that neither my future pay wallet balance has been used nor the additional cash back offer on my purchase are going to be added on the future pay app.
                The reason he told me that the future pay app linked with my existing no. [protected], whereas the big Bazar card is linked to my earlier no., i.e., [protected](I'm no longer using this mobile no )
                I requested him many times to use my future pay app wallet balance, and link the purchase item with my future app. But he told me he cannot do so.
                I even run to the customer care personnel at the store, but even he told me that it cannot be now linked to your future pay app.

                I'm associated with big Bazar for many days, since I was student when I use to come with my parents. Yesterday was the horrible day for me just because of my purchase experience. I'm feeling befooled by the big Bazar personnel.

                Kindly atleast link my yesterday purchase with my future pay app, linked with the no. [protected].

                    Carry bag is chargeable @18 per bag.

                    The root of this practice lies in the Plastic Waste (Management and Handling) Rules, 2011, brought out by the union ministry of environment and Forests, to provide for a regulatory frame work for management of plastic waste generated in the country.

                    This was meant to induce retailers to shift to the new standards for plastic, discourage consumers from using plastic bags, encourage them to bring their own bags and also finance plastic waste management of civic bodies.

                    However, there were two pre-conditions for such sale of carry bags. One was that it should be a plastic bag, because the rules clearly defined ‘Carry bags’ as bags made of plastic. Yet, retailers began to exploit the rules and charge even for paper and cloth bags, not mandated under the Rules.

                    The government notified certain amendments to the 2016 Rules in March 2018, it dropped the rule on consumers having to pay for the carry bag. So those retailers who shifted to non-plastic carry bags had no legal basis for asking consumers to pay for them. And even those who sold plastic bags could not do so, unless mandated by a notification from the civic authority.

                    I have been a regular customer/buyer in big bazar. And i have been paying for these clothes bag since years. That too @ 18 per bag.
                    I insist that this practice should stop right now. The bucks i have spent on bags till now may worth months of grocery.

                    Kindly act asap on this practice .

                      Purchased one dettol hand wash but it cashier charged price of 3. As it was under the category of product buy 3 and get rs 40 off. The cashier could have inform you have to take 3. But he did not say any thing but charged rs 127 in the bill. When i check aty home i found the mismatch. I would like to know the reason and refund. First of all if it has been mentioned that buy 3 and get rs 40 off, how us bar code is reading 127. Why the packets are not bundeled and why r u cheating the customer like this. It is not possible for customer to look at ur computer screen and check whether it cashier is putting the correct amount and it is not possible to remember the price.

                      Air Conditioning system is always off when i enter and the are using Coolers instead of repairing Air Conditioning sytem. Every time I ask staff why the air conditioning is not working every time they say its under maintenance.
                      I am coming here from 3 months and they always tell me the same reason.

                        Yesterday about 10:30am me and my husband went to big bazar. And after purchasing we go to counter for billing... But the attendant on counter is not properly know the process of billing. He doesn't talk with us properly. We stand their for about 3 hours for billing and he doesn't know the process to apply discount vouchers. Iam 6 month pregnent. So who is responsible for my health issue.. Is their no rules, no priority, no kindness for a pregnent lady. We stand in counter no 7 at big bazar of jharsuguda orissa. I request you to take appropriate action against the team of big bazar... This is not only for my sake but also for the sake of thousands of ladies who works and shop in their pregnancy time.

                          I have tried to make a payment at brandfactory on 23rd june and at checkout rs 500 was deducted from brandfactory payment gateway from futute pay app, but order was not placed ultimately (Transaction id[protected].
                          Since then i am trying again and again... Emailing and trying to call in their customer care number but no communication is getting established from their part.

                          Thsi need to be resolved immediately and refund of rs 500 need to be done

                            On 2nd june, 2019 i have shopped from big bazaar. As per the offer, i was eligible to receive cash back in future pay wallet, but i dint receive.

                            I have contacted future pay customer care and got the complaint raised: fp[protected].

                            I got mail that the complaint will be resolved in 5 days, but now even after 12days and lot of follow-up with the customer care, the complaint is still not resolved. Additionally, upon each call/mail customer care gives false profile to resolve it withing 48 hours but actually no resolution provided till date.

                              Doesnt hometown have a process of doing a background check or acquainting the workers with soft skills or tecahinng them how to speak to people or rather women when they come to our houses ????????

                              1st the furaniture came late (22jun) after a month of ordering (28may)
                              My new number was given then too everyone was behaving as if they dont have it even after they themselves called me on my new number ..
                              Then even after me getting a call the carpenter was sent late 3days on the 4th for assembly (26june) and he left it unarranged as well at the base of bed the floor is being exposed . What kind of a bed is this? And what king of carpenters are ul sending???

                              the carpenter that was sent came from god knows what slums . He came to OUR house and thrash talked us raiising his voice to me and my mother at OUR very home .
                              Do ul let this type of behaviour to women let by???
                              Dont ul take any actions against such huligans???
                              Do ul continue to send these men to our houses to thrash talk to us????
                              Are we buying stuff and paying youl for this?????? As its ot CHIDAMBAR CHOWGHULE’S name at stake but HOMETOWNS
                              HORRIBLE!!
                              Even after contacting mailing customer care im being asked to wait until tomorrow with this thrashy misbehaviour

                                Further to subject complaints & trailing mails of complaints // koryo complaint ticket number[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected] // twitter reference id 25197.

                                Pl note, even though continues follow ups with karyo & future group, yet not getting rectification from them. Nothing is resolved, we r normal citizen and karyo & future group are creating lot of trouble for us.
                                As a customer i am suffering lots due to unresolved said complaints of ac from very long period, as no action initiated from your end to resolve the same.
                                Also very upset due to provided only repeatedly new complaint ticket numbers and new extension dates for said unresolved complaints.
                                In this regards, so did karyo & future group fail to meet their commitment then or these commitments have no value?
                                It's proven karyo & future group very poor service performance and no value of customer for them.

                                Due to defective product and this type of very poor service after sales, as a customer i am suffering and troubling lots due to unresolved said complaints of ac from very long period, as no action initiated from karyo & future group to resolve said complaints.

                                On failure of rectification, why yet not provided replacement nor process refund request?

                                As earlier stated and repeatedly submitted complaints, newly ac is not working normally (Heavy abnormal sound coming from outer unit of ac. Also water dropping from outer ac unit. Some times also noticed abnormal sound from inner unit of ac). It's reflected defective product and and results in arised said problem. Details of complaint is available in trailing mail for further immediate needful action.

                                As a customer unable to understand why yet not any action against this type of very poor service performance?

                                Addition to above due to unresolved complaint from long time, as a customer i suffering and troubling lots. Resulted i have felt harassment & frustrated.

                                In view above, karyo & future group are failed to resolved the said complaint and yet not provided replacement nor refund against defective product delivered to the customer.

                                After sales, as a customer these type of very poor service performance is not accepted at all.

                                Herewith once again request your intervention and immediate needful corrective action to resolve said complaint at earliest.

                                Due to defective product and this type of very poor service after sales, as a customer I am suffering and troubling lots due to unresolved said complaints of AC from very long period, as no action initiated from Karyo & Future Group to resolve said complaints.

                                On failure of rectification, why yet not provided replacement nor process refund request ?

                                As earlier stated and repeatedly submitted complaints, Newly AC is not working normally (heavy abnormal sound coming from outer unit of AC. Also water dropping from outer AC Unit. Some times also noticed abnormal sound from inner unit of AC). It's reflected defective product and and results in arised said problem. Details of complaint is available in trailing mail for further immediate needful action.

                                As a customer unable to understand why yet not any action against this type of very poor service performance ?

                                Addition to above due to unresolved complaint from long time, as a customer I suffering and troubling lots. Resulted I have felt harassment & frustrated.

                                In view above, Karyo & Future Group are failed to resolved the said complaint and yet not provided replacement nor refund against defective product delivered to the customer.

                                After sales, as a customer these type of very poor service performance is not accepted at all.

                                Herewith once again request your intervention and immediate needful corrective action to resolve said complaint at earliest.

                                  You charge for the carry bag yet tge quality of bag is extremely poor. The employee putting my things in the bag had to change the bag 4 times because every bag was torn.
                                  Even at the end i had to take a bag torn af a corner. As a customer i feel cheated. O should get value for money. If i am paying for the carry bag, it should be of satisfactory quality.

You charged rs 127 instead of rs 120 as printed on the cover of the article for the third time. I have reported the above matter to your help desk several times but despite all my pleadings you have not taken any recourse rather the same was repeated on 29/05/2019 again which leads to unfair trade practice and indeed regrettable.
                                    You are hereby finally called upon to
                                    (I) redress the unfair trade practice which amounts to fraud upon the consumer for realization of huge profit,

                                      I have bought yesterday itself patanjali aloe vera kanti bathing soap. I see the products had offer buy one get one free... They were changed to old out dated smelling soaps which about to expire in next week... This is totally cheating business done by big bazaar. They show something and sell something that to almost out dated products. I want my money back or new soap. This has totally disheartened me.

                                        This is to bring to your notice that the quality of food items selling in big bazaar at Bharuch is very bad, specially milk based items, like Amul cheese, Amul Shrikhand. Today i had purchased 4 nos. of Amul Shrikhand pack of 500 gms (Rs. 95/pack) for our 20+ guests invited for family function. After surved shrikhand to guests in lunch found the taste was very bad like stale food & bad odour. Same was returned at Big bazaar & informed to customer care counter person. Also request to inform food manager regarding the issue but not replied by customer care counter person.
                                        Same kind issue i faced few months back when i found fungal in Amul Cheese Blocks purchased from Big Bazaar Bharuch. Also the cooling system in Big bazaar is not efficient.
                                        This is a very serious concern with respect to health of customer purchasing food items from big bazaar bharuch.

                                        Pl. look in to the matter & reply with actions taken for not to repeat such kind of mistakes in future.
