I bought a vaccum cleaner on 21sep 2019 and when i tried to use, it has some defected parts. Then same day i called eureka forbes customer care after 4 days technician came and said that this defected part will take 20 days to came after putting order of that. So he suggested to go and replace with the store. When i went to store they said we don't have the stock, wait we'll inform you., but the didn't said how long i have to wait. I have paid for a brand new product. Why should i suffer. I want replacement as quick as possible.

    I have got a credit in my future pay app however there was no notification sent to me about the amount and expiry and when it got expired in 2 days i got a notification.

    After calling customer care agents disconnect the call or put you on long hold or supervisor doesnt log a compliant and promise call back which is not resolved

      I had purchased lakme-absolute-matte-melt-liquid-lip-color on 14th sep 2019 at big bazaar infinity mall lakme counter who's mrp cost was rs.750 she said there is discount of rs.100 so you have to pay rs.650 but its on offer of rs.299 everywhere. There is commercial on tv and also online that is available for rs.299 price and but i was unaware but when i got to know right on next day on 15th sep 2019, i went and return but they denied that offer was for last month only but there is still commercials going on. Then they refused me for discount and started giving me reasons.

        I have purchased t shirt in big bazaar chennai t-nagar branch. While paying through the upi its shows payment pending. The same day after sometimes i have paid from my another card. So i asked discussed with customer support in that branch regarding the pending payment, they told that once its credit in my account will refund or else you can purchase something for that amount. After few days in my transaction its showing debit success message. So after few days will meet the customer support and showed them that transaction debited message. But still now they didn't give me a proper answer for that.

        I have attached the transaction success screenshot

        Its actually very worst experience in my shopping life.

        I hope you that resolve my problem asap

        I lost my bill. Actually this is my 2 t shirt price (755.38) which i have missed in bigbazaar. After that taken 3 t-shirt the cost is 1, 278.38. This amount i have paid from my another credit card

          A black boat wireless bluetooth earphone is lost in the big bazaar retail shop at nagpur, it park, on 22 september around 6:00 to 6:30 pm. It was lost in the first floor of the shopping mall, near the trial room. A complaint has been registered with the staff but nothing has been done yet. Call to shop is declined. Cctv footage would do the needful but that has not been taken. Plz look into the matter and resolve the issue.

            I purchased a dining set from hometown. Order number[protected]. I keep calling and asking and they say it is in transit. Seriously, in transit since 10 days. The promised delivery date is already gone. I will escalate the matter to all possible people including ceo mahesh but this is utter harassment.                   This myghty performance water bottle is worst quality, i have bought from big bazar at atria mall worli on last week, their is smell comes from the bottle which is not disappeared after several time washing. I cannot recommend to others for this product and for big bazar.
                  Big bazar cheating consumer by saying shop for 3000 and get 300 welet point. Rubbish when i shop for 3000+ so i checked my app its shows nothing then i gone to inquiry counter he told you will get 100rs on every month till 3months. I got 100 rs in wellet that also 5days after i shop.
                  So this is the way future group loots the people.

                    Tomorrow there will be meeting with my important client so I decided to go to big bazaar and purchased the formal shirts and payed the amount but when I have reached my home then I check that plastic tag didn't removed while I was on exit point there is no beep noise on exit gate. Is this your security...?... Please tell me that what's should I do. Cancel my important meeting and lost the business or purchase new formal shirt because your store will open after 10am.

                      At big bazaar tirunelveli shop, being a regular customer of big bazaar, i felt really bad at the services of the workers who didn’t allow us to carry our own shopping bag to be carried along with us for shopping. Why is this kind of a treatment?

                        The future pay is not implemented properly as the people at the counter are not able to use it properly. I went with 150 rs in future pay wallet and they allowed me only to use 100 rs. I am a loyal customer of big bazaar for years. But today they made fun of me and turned me down.                         When I went to purchase the clothing for my kids in Big Bazaar at Thane in Koram Mall at the counter they asked me to buy the bag I told them that you were already fined it is already on Google and they were like Sir we charge for the bag if you want please pay for it.

                          For the online orde, neither i received the product nor the payment
                          And even after complaining on telephone and generating many refrence numbers
                          Big bazaar is absolutely un responsive

                          I am forced now to file a suit against big bazaar for getting my payment with interest
                          And also a cheating case against big bazaar

                          I dropped not less than 50emails and reminders but the only reply from them is that we are generating a reference number and will revert the payment

                          But even after 1year, nothing has been done

                            Bought on 10.09.2019 at 19.03hrs from big bazar, raghuleela mall, vashi. Invoice no.[protected].
                            Opened on next morning i. E. 11.09.2019 and found broken slices of bread in packet as well as it's bad smelled.
                            When checked its expiry date it was 10.9.2019 mentioned on packet.
                            It's very unethical and unprofessional practice by such a big brand.
                            It's not only cause to financial loss but health wise also.
                            Let me know why don't i go to consumer forum against such dangerous and unprofessional service of big bazar.

                              I am a regular customer and have following complaints

                              1) today the ac was not working in the store. It was highly uncomfortable. The food which require cold temperatures may get spoiled. The store manager at front desk kept blaming the metro for it. It seemed unreasonable cause this was never the case in all my other visits.
                              2) mismanagement of queues for billing: i am a well traveled citizen. World over such larger retail grocery stores would have one counter for all items to be purchased. Separate weighing of vegetables is very cumbersome for shoppers and it's almost like going to two stores instead of one. Have to be in queue twice and move items from cart twice.
                              3) the path from exit to parked cars is not mended and is always rough with stones all over. The cart can't move be smoothly in that area. Customers are paying for the parking yet such a situation of the area. Big bazaar should work with authorities or mend the floor themselves for cart to move form exit gate to the parked cars.
                              4) the open counters are either less in number on crowded days or move very slow. They move very slow even in a non crowded week day. I wonder why. The billing guys are not experienced enough and hence always stuck and looking for help. Their should be self check out for persons have less than 20items.

                              5) i see staff all around hanging out near billing with no work. They are just sitting, standing and chatting. For specific jobs like helping customer to pack items back into cart /bags after billing, there's shortage and everyone just calling them.

                                  My name is vishwanath, I've purchased a fan on 12/08/2019 in one of your stores which is located in kachiguda. The fan which I took hardly worked for one day and after that it's not even working. I was promised that I will be given a replacement within a week. It's been 22 days now I haven't received a fan nor the refund. I have lodged a complaint through your customer care even though I haven't got proper response one of your employee told me that he will be working on it and he told me to wait for 2 days, I've been waiting patiently but I haven't recieved any response, I'm fed up with this thing now and iam fully frustrated as well. Iam going to approach consumer forum, make sure this thing is fixed.

                                    I brought vegetables from big bazaar thane. They do not mention product price along with weighting barcode sticker which is a common and correct practice.
                                    As a customer i should be in a position to decide whether i want to pay that price or not.in big bazaar you can only see price of loose vegetables when you are billing and if you have a kid on hand you don't pay attention to price and get royally looted. I paid 130 rs for red and yellow pepper which is available for rs. 75-80 in market and rs. 91 for mere 140 gm of broccoli.

                                    It's highly unethical to keep customer unaware of price there by keeping them in the dark

                                      I ordered gas oven kit from big bazar db mall bhopal on 14th august and its been a month my product not delivered yet. They are just making us fool every week by saying we will deliver within a week. Very bad service highly dissappointed with their delivery services. Every week their members are calling me and saying we ate sorry but will deliver it soon. Which kind of service you people are serving not professional at all.

                                        I purchased a trolley bag from BigBazar (Store code: 5538)Kundalahalli Bangalore location, they have delivery option so givevto to deliver to my house, thay provides me a challan where challan no is : 1192513. In which iy mention that my product will deliver within 09.09.2019 in between 2pm to 7pm. After not delivering the product on time i rised a complaint where complain no is : BB[protected].
                                        From CUSTOMER CARE they told it will deliver within 10pm with priority. Now tell me who is responsible for this. Tomorrow i have to travel. I m depending on that. I need proper reply from higher authority else will put a mail to consumer cort.
