For shopping done on.12 aug 2019 needed a duplicate invoice.

Issue:
My purchase of rs 3074.71 done on 12 aug included some items which has additional cash back for example ariel of 3kg, fabric comfort and such other products. During the purchase of these products at store it was mentioned that the future pay wallet will be credited with specific cash back amount. But till date i have not received any additional cashback for such items.

After bringing it to notice of futurepay team, they replied me following:

"as per your below mail, we are sorry to inform you that we require original bill copy on which your mobile number is mentioned on bill for offer cashback so our backend team validate and process your cashback, without bill copy we are unable to process your cashback. Also we have mentioned in terms and condition of offer in case of any discrepancy with offer or with non-receipt of cash in wallet, it is mandatory for the customer to present a physical bill."

I am highly disappointed by such pass the responsibility type of replies.

Instead of accepting their faults, these people advicing us to keep carbon ink printed rough paper for 30 days to claim cashback.

Future pay is assumed to credit cashback on items without having any kind customers intervention. Even if invoice is needed for their internal processing then it should be managed through their partner (Big bazaar) no need to trouble customer.

    I made complaint 3 times with updating on 02.9.2019, 04.09.2019 &06.09.2019 respectively.
    Also sent copy of bills to 3 mail ID as per available online.
    However big bazar replied of 02.09.19 Complaint for requirement of copy of Bill to be sent on given mail ID which was protected in their reply hence it was useless and unable to sent on that mail ID.
    But on other 3 mail ID given on-line, bill copy sent.
    But till date no reply rec'd from big bazar and all 3 Complaints were
    Marked as Resolved by them.
    Which shows that they don't care customer complaints.
    Any body can reply me on the matter that what should be done in the matter when

      How could big bazar charge extra money for the plastic carry bag! Which are advertised one! As per the rule you're not allowed to charge money for advertised plastic carry bag, hence i had paid money many times forecfully cause i had no other option, so i[censored] don't take any action against it then i would visit consumer forum and i think u would be aware of your resent similar case in chandigarh

        I had complaint about a defective bed given to us 6 months back from the piplod, surat branch but the executives are worst in service providing and even worst at respectfully talking to the customer worst ever decision to buy from there, even they reply after 6 months that it may even take a year to solve its worse to talk with them the cheated by saying that its made of wood ply but sent the stuff made of the dust of wood

          I had bought a voucher of 3000/- from paytm but when i went to purchase at the store i was denied by the authorities as the quantity i was buying was above 6 items.
          When i asked them for any written notification they failed to provide me so.
          This happened with me at big bazar kolkata (Chinar park/rajarhat) branch.
          I had to leave all the items their and leave. I guess the voucher is also of waste now to me.
          Pathetic experience.

          Complaining about Big Bazaar Muzaffarpur, Bihar.
          They are having 7 billing counters in food section but only three counters running. When talk to floor incharge he bahaved very rudely and told only this much counters can be run. You will have to adjust and wait. Whereas queues are waiting for billing.

            Hi,

            I done shopping at big bazaar, mittal city mall, bathinda (Pb.)
            During freedom sale (10th aug to 15th aug, 2019). I made two
            Transactions as per details below:

            1) transaction of rs 1486.38 - dated 10/08/2019- memo no. 2941011,
            Mob: 9464*787

            2) transaction of rs 462 - dated 14/08/2019- memo no. 0004724, mob: 9464*787.

            All items have future pay cashback on them. But to my surprise i have
            Not received any cashback till date. I tried to follow up from
            Manager, big bazaar, mittal city mall, bathinda on 5th sep, 2019 but
            Left stunned after listening to his not so satisfactory answer.

            He gave the excuse that as you have shopped during freedom sale
            Carnival and your shopping was below rs 3000, so you're not eligible
            For any future pay cashback. When i argued that i was getting future
            Pay cashback every time and through out the year and without any
            Restriction of minimum limit, he said during the offer the said rule
            Was withdrawn and you required to shop for rs 3000 to get fp cashback.

            When i further argued that i haven't read anything like that during my
            Visit and why the same thing was not informed to customers during
            Freedom sale that shopping below rs 3000 during freedom sale carnival
            Will not invite any cashback, he simply said that we didn't receive
            Any communication from company on that to be communicated to
            Customers. Furthermore, when i inquired if any notice was pasted
            Inside the premises of big bazaar during the shopping carnival (10th
            Aug-15th aug 2019) notifying clearly to customers of same thing, and
            Insisted to share the same with me if any, he simply refused to do so
            And said they don't have anything like that.

            When i argued that how you can simply amend the rule which is active
            Throughout the year without even notifying to the customers, he get
            Irked over the same and said "hum aapki baat ka jawaab nhi de
            Skte.. Aapko nhi aana shopping karne mat aayiye aage se.. Aap ne jo
            Karna hai kar lijiye..".

            I felt ashamed as lot of customers gets accumulated by the time and
            It came as surprise to them also as how a manager of such a big brand
            Can use such a language. Big bazaar! This is what the people are
            Getting from you. Fraud in the name of cashbacks. Just google reviews
            And complaint forums and see where you people are standing. You're not
            Even rated single star in service matters. No transparent policies,
            Zero customer service, zero ethics of the employees, zero management
            At cash counters during rush hours, scam cashback system.

              Hi sir,

              I would like to take a while of yours to display the unsatisfactory interaction i had with your customer service desk persons today in kubdahalli big bazaar.
              I had brought 9 curtains yesterday for around 4600, i could not carry them so i asked the billing person if the cover could be removed. She removed it and i carried in bag.
              But my husband did not like the color or material and asked to exchange it with jute or cotton.

              So i went back to store today morning but since i had put the cover in the shop the curtains did not have cover i showed the bill, only the ground floor customer service lady was available and she was polite. She kept on calling for the 1st floor billing person none of them turned up.. I waited there for around 30 minutes, a lady came and took me and asked me take the exchange products. I selected and then came down to customer service in ground floor
              A guy came and told he will not take without bar codes. They were not at all customer friendly, i told am ready to give up 50 percent neither so that it's fair. They were continously arguing
              Is this the exhange friendly policy you promise... It was such a huge loss for me. I left the curtains at shop

                  On 2nd i visited db mall big bazaar were i done shopping amount rs 2134.57. Today when checked one product that is desi eggs amount rs 90/_ severe faulty smell from outside. I request you to send somebody at my house no 4 regal kasturi, regal town bhopal after 4 pm anyday and replace the eggs otherwise i will send the same to good inspector of locality and ask to take strict action.

                  I surprised how can big bazaar offering faulty or ducts which impacts health in a big way.

                    Hi,

                    My name is deepti. I went to shop from big bazar store at malad west infinity mall on monday 2 sep 2019.

                    I would like to report a staff misbehavior towards me at counter 1 near exit around 5:30pm. After i helped her bill my items, i moved forward to help with packing.

                    In the meantime the cashier added another item that was lying on the table. Ones noticing the same i alerted immediately saying that the item was not picked by me.

                    To that your staff started yelling at the top of her voice at me irrationally. Her behavior was very disrespectful and intimidating.

                    Such aggression is surprising by staff that too with customers.

                    My total bill was charged upto 2687.10 inr. I did get the refund of 675 inr, but such behavior is very demeaning and shows lack of tolerance.

                    I hope you would take actions for such misconduct.

                      Kindly refer to your mahabachat offer from 10.08 to 15.08.19, where 2 offers were highlighted.
                      1. Cashback rs 600/&1200/ on shopping of 3000/&6000/respectively.
                      2. Some items were highlighted with normal price & fp price ie other items which was not highlighted have normal price means no cashback on that items.
                      Accordingly we purchased on 10.08.19 for rs 6171/vide till no 5, txn no 50761, st no 2959/having following highlighted items.
                      1. Tilda rice+sugar+sunlite oil with normal price 969/fp price 775/
                      2. Tajmahal tea 2 pack for 760/ fp price 584/
                      3. Tide surf for 544/fp price 436/
                      4. Golden harvest rice for 309 (Although amt was 299/) fp price 239/
                      5. 5 following items highlighted with additional cashback of 20%/
                      2 bournvita for 410/
                      Lifebuoy handwash for 175/
                      Menthol shampoo for 450/
                      Dove soap for 530/
                      Pears soap for 530/
                      Alongwith other 26 items non highted for any offer of cash back.
                      But we have got only 200/ (Out of 1200) on 01.09.19 not of highlighted items as per details above from 1 to 5.
                      Kindly look into the matter & allow offer amount as per above in our fp wallet.

                      With reference to my Complaint posted on 02.09.2019 & 04.09.2019 no proper response is given by Big Bazar regarding less cashback given.
                      Although I sent copy of Bill as required with full details but no action is taken which shows that what is the attitude of officials of Big Bazar for their customers when we are the permanent & regular customer.
                      We thought that we should reconsider our shopping at Big Bazar in future.

                        They are least interested in following their basis SOP the staff is more interested in selling the card .The pathatic service ever.They dont value customer time, money .Even after saying that we will stop shopping from here still they were busy on selling the card to us

There was a discount of rs. 30/- on it showing in your display & also enquired from bill counter. But on bill receipt, store charged rs. 68/-. I don' t expect this thing from your reputed store.                             Transaction done at 28-october-2018. Offer mentioned for sugar + oil + atta 5kg around apx 650-685 rupees. But, they billed same normal selling price.

                            5kg sugar charged price - 216
                            Oil charged price - 466
                            Atta charged price - 202

                            Additional details:

                            I did not check it out i trusted they are big brand. Then they would do correct billing. After i received home i checked it. I found there is mistake is happen done from big bazaar side. They in-charge told me to share the paytm or phonepe number to send around 170 rupees. I told them i will go to consumer court. I forget to complaint later. I called from my mobile number: 955158 — 5095 —[protected].

                            Good morning.

                            First Time - On 28th October 2018 at (approx) 9:40 PM. I went to big bazaar and seen that Offer Price Rs. 765 (For Items 5 Litre Gold Winner + 5 Kg Pillispury Atta + 5 Kg Harvest Sugar). We decided that it is good offer and purchased the same. At the time of billing section - we have asked the person did you deduct the offer price then he told the the price will deducted automatically. After we went to home and seen that there is mistake happened.

                            They charged in bill

                            GW SUNFLR OIL JR 51 RS. (465) - 1 LITRE (1 QTY)
                            PILSBURY ATTA PP 5KG RS (202) - 5KG (1 QTY)
                            GH DAILY SUGAR 5KG RS. (218_ - 5KG (1 QTY)

                            Total Cost Charged in Bill - 885 - Actual Offer Price is - 765 (120 Rupees Extra Charged).

                              I purchased merchandise worth ₹2500. And discount is 40% on mrp. So actual price is ₹1500/- after discount but they charged 1573/- including extra 5% gst on discount price. It is fraud and when i asked to their executive, he told me that gst will be charge extra after discount. And if you have problem, then you should complain to consumer forum. So i want justice now.

                                I got the credit note against one of the article that was wrongly billed and that credit note was required to be used within one month but i reached on completion of one month (On next day) but the staff denied that it will be not utilised. I could not used it in one month as i stucked in some real emergency. I waste my conveyance charges and credit note amount as well. Very inhuman and bad from big bazaar.

                                  I purchased 1.945 kg of shimla apples from big bazaar hinjawadi on 28-8-19. The future pay price was rs. 79/kg. I was billed @ rs. 135/kg (See attached invoice) and was told that on payment thru future pay, the excess charge i. E. The difference between rs. 135/kg and rs. 79/kg will be credited to me within 24 hours.

                                    They charged for carry bag an amount of Rs.5 on which big bazaar was advertised. I asked him that there was Big bazaar advertised and that he should not charge for the cover, he was rude and if you want you take Or else carry the items like that. I told I would complain. He was like do whatever you want to do. Because I could not carry the purchased items without cover, I had to pay for the cover and take the items.

                                      Please note that After giving so calls to big bazar and koryo company, complaint of my koryo Lcd no response has been given to me from last 20 days.i have purchased koryo tv from big bazar. with in 20 days My Lcd were not starting and having panel problem. I logged an complaint through big bazar but no response from both koryo as well as big bazar then I visited to vashi big bazar because no there were no solutions for me and Customer care Mr Ahmed Pathan & Madhukar s committed me that they will be replace my LCD after koryo engineer's visit, engineer visited after 10 days of my complaint after that from last 20 days i am calling to vashi big bazar they are not receiving my phone I spoken to Ahmed and they said that they will get back to me but no any response from big bazar team.now its more than 25 days Is there anyone in big bazar who help me to sort out this problem, because with in a month tv is getting problem the and no solutions from you as well koryo, is this customer service that you are providing to customers. And for future I will never get back to big bazar because I got cheated and I'm also going to make an police complaint that faulty tv given to me and there were no solution.

                                        I bought real fruit juice orange flavour and other things tonight from bug bazaar nashik road and I found seal broken of the tetra pack. I would like to get a refund or replacement of the product. I would like a complete replacement or refund of the product or the cost which I paid. I cannot trust the brand anymore as there are recurrence of such incidences and this is my first time that i decided to post complaint about this issue. I am sure you will take an action on this immediately.
