Pl note, even though continues follow ups with Koryo & Future Group, yet not getting rectification from them. Nothing is resolved, we r normal citizen and Koryo / Future Group are creating lot of trouble for us.
As a customer I am suffering lots due to unresolved said complaints of AC from very long period, as no action initiated from Koryo & Future Group to resolve the same.
Also very upset due to provided only repeatedly new complaint ticket numbers and new extension dates for said unresolved complaints.
In this regards, So did Koryo & Future Group fail to meet their commitment then or these commitments have no value?
It's proven your very poor service performance and no value of customer for you.
Due to defective product and this type of very poor service after sales, as a customer I am suffering and troubling lots due to unresolved said complaints of AC from very long period, as no action initiated from Koryo & Future Group to resolve said complaints.
On failure of rectification, why yet not provided replacement nor process refund request ?
As earlier stated and repeatedly submitted complaints, Newly AC is not working normally (heavy abnormal sound coming from outer unit of AC. Also water dropping from outer AC Unit. Some times also noticed abnormal sound from inner unit of AC). It's reflected defective product and and results in arised said problem. Details of complaint is available in trailing mail for further immediate needful action.
As a customer unable to understand why yet not any action against this type of very poor service performance ?
Addition to above due to unresolved complaint from long time, as a customer I suffering and troubling lots. Resulted I have felt harassment & frustrated.
In view above, you are failed to resolved the said complaint and yet not provided replacement nor refund against defective product delivered to the customer.
After sales, as a customer these type of very poor service performance is not accepted at all.
Herewith once again request your intervention and immediate needful corrective action to resolve said complaint at earliest.
