I am Ankush Kataria, resident of Kataria Niwas, Ward No 3, Mudki district Ferozepur
I ussually go to Easy day, Faridkot for shopping the basic amenities for my house. Today and yesterday i came to shop here and at the time of billing they themselves charged me for carry bag and didn’t even asked me for that.
Seeing which i told them about the rulling of Consumer Forum, chandigarh regarding this issue only wherein forum had cleared that this is a unfair trade practice as if a consumer is coming to buy from any store and have bought something from that store it is obvious that he will have to carry it in some bag and it is for the seller to provide that as he is the one who is selling thing to the buyer and its his duty to provide carry bag to the borrower, but they ignored me by saying the rulling of consumer forum, chandigarh or other district does not apply to us and you will have to pay this amount failing which you can take your article out with your bare hands, i felt very bad
I had shoped for about Rs. 752 from them today and yesterday i shoped for approx Rs 1200 from them, i ussually shop from them yet they are even charging me for carry bag which is for them to provide as it is obvious to the seller that i cant take the thing out with my bare hands i will need something to carry and they are taking the undue advantage of this fact and are charging a huge amount of Rs. 7 or Rs 6 per carry bag from every customer despite the clear cut rulling of various consumer forums which a contempt of Court for which they need to be prosecuted.
I had no other alter remedy just to approch this Consumer Portal for the redressal of my grieviance, so Kindly appropriate legal action be taken against them as per law, as they are leving this huge amount just for carry bag from hundreds of consumers daily which is a total unfair trade practice on their part.
The address of the seller is Easy day, faridkot, Punjab which a unit of Future Group retailers.

    Big Bazaar is charging unnecessary cost for cotton carry bag which are clearly prohibitted under Plastic Waste (Management and Handling) Rules, 2011. Thus consumer are not liable to pay any such cost. When I asked them the reason person on billing desk he said that everyone is paying and if I do not want to pay then no problem. You may carry the items in your hands!

      Subject : complaint for assaulting customer and his family at your premises publicly on 15.9.2018 at big bazaar (Main road –ranchi).

      Sir,

      I would like to take this opportunity to bring one deadly incident to your notice as it belong to safety concern of me and my family members which has been conducted in your premises on 15.9.2018 during shopping, by your respectable staff members which was very deadly and not acceptable at any circumstances.

      Please arrange to note that your respective staff has done full pure “gundagardi” with me and my family (Wife and two kids –one is 4 yrs old and another is 9 yrs old) at big bazaar –main road –ranchi during shopping at 2:00 pm on 15.9.2018.

      They gathered in totality of almost more than 20 members and started threatening and physically assaulting me and my family publicly as well abused and physically harassed too, which is not at all acceptable, you can very well check with your cctv cameras.

      Afterwards assaulting for apprx more than half an hour publicly, they took me and my family to back office and informed that they took this kind of revenge and threatened as i have lodged complaints in customer care previously and they also informed that the complaints will also remain pending even i write to md also.

      I just want to know that is this the way to respond customers genuine complaint by assaulting him and his family publicly by biz bazaar /future group??

      Finally i have to make a request call to my staff/colleagues to get rid out of that deadly situation and that location of big bazaar.

      Please note that this is a complete case of security for me and my family and you need to take corrective measures within a week days and require to respond, and in case of no response at your end, i will be forced to share this deadly incident at big bazaar premises to my respective media partners for support as my safety is at full sake as well share the nuisance with other partners of supermarkets also.. So that they can avoid this kind of customer support in future.

      I hereby inform the management team of future group/big bazaar that if something goes wrong physically or mentally with me and my family, you will be held responsible for this as your employees are suspected “gundas” after this incident.

      Please note that your respectable staff member are threatening me and my family to visit big bazaar for further shopping in future as they will not allow it. So please i request your good selves to kindly look at my all previous transactions being done by my card number [protected] and [protected] al over india and i have not faced such unprofessional response from big bazaar/future group and i must have shopped from big bazaar for more than lacs costs of items.

      So in case if you also meant the same thing, may i request your good selves to refund my advance deposited money with interest!! As i am not aware that i am applicable for that or not!!.

      Requesting all your good selves to kindly look into this matter very seriously and awaiting your response and action on priority,

Big Bazaar is having WORST Customer care representatives and always MIS BEHAVES...like they are the superior one... POOOR BIG BAZAAR...and even they have not returned my Money and cheated... still pending -OCT 2019..

            I bought a shorts on 9 june 2019 and it counts in the bill but i didnt found it when arrived home. Due to rush and crowd the packer must have not packed it. I bought it from big bazaar elante mall chandigarh. What should i do now? This is really disappointing that it is the responsibility of the packer to assure that everything is packed. Is it my duty to check whether everything is at place is at place or not? The customer is already busy with the crowd passing by and billing and then this happens. Kindly recommend a solution to this.

              This has been observed that billing counters are very less and people are very few to attend the customer billing .

                I purchased potatoes from Big Bazar, Allahabad, these potatoes were already packed and were rotten. I compLained about it in their office that the packet you delivered contained some rotten potatoes (almost 50%) but they denied returning or replacing...I was compelled to regret...
                Now I have decided to launch a complaint about the same at an appropriate forum to seek the legal remedies against this misselling.

Reminder 18.. Further to subject complaints & trailing mails of complaints // complaint ticket number of KORYO 190624456555, 190619441501, 190608404872, 190614422494 // Twitter reference id 25197. Pl note, even though continues follow ups with Koryo & Future Group, yet not getting rectification from them. Nothing is resolved, we r normal citizen and Koryo / Future Group are creating lot of trouble for us. As a customer I am suffering lots due to unresolved said complaints of AC from very long period, as no action initiated from Koryo & Future Group to resolve the same. Also very upset due to provided only repeatedly new complaint ticket numbers and new extension dates for said unresolved complaints. In this regards, So did Koryo & Future Group fail to meet their commitment then or these commitments have no value? It's proven your very poor service performance and no value of customer for you. On failure of rectification, why yet not provided replacement nor process refund request ?                       You get a call from[protected], asking there is a accidental insurance newly introduced, our management will reach your home to take signature, so please give the nominee details and DOB and home address.
                      I provided the details, as they said from future bazaar and told exactly in which bigbazaar I purchased (including amount) it .
                      Please resolve this issue. Still I'm waiting for their call.

                          I have purchased household items from bigbazar vide tax invoice no [protected] dated 05/06/19 at 13.17, CH No. 370158, Juhi Singh.

                          There was a discrepancies in the invoice regarding two items
                          1. Bath Towel Dreamline MRP 399.0 there was a cash back offer of 300 but the invoice shows only Rs.200

                          2. Bandhan Hing (2*100gm) Invoice is showing Rs. 265 whereas actual offer price is rs. 235 only.

                          I contacted your customercare but could not get ant satisfactory response.
                          This is the second time it has happened to me. Earlier there was an issue related to price on the social media.

                          I request to checkback and resolve the issue on priority

                            We wanted to opt for home delivery in Big Bazzar Siliguri but the customer care did not pay a heed to our request.One official said it might take 48hrs and another one said 72 hours.No one was sure about the time within which home delivery was available. since it was our right and we have made a big purchase I as a customer was not satisfied and the behaviour wasnt accepted. Please look into the matter.

                              I shopped from Big Bazar, City Centre, Durgapur 713216 on 05.06.2019. Few grossery heavy items near amount of RS.3000 was given them to deliver to my home. But today on 7the June I got a message from them Challan Number 964117 has been dispatched and will be delivered today, after that messege again a message came in between 15 Minuits the Challan number 964117 has been delivered successfully. First of all the items were really needed to deliver to my home because of my old parents and there is no other way to shop again. Now this type of message increased my blood pressure to the peak, after checking that text message I tried all the way to contact Big Bazars customer service but their service are not open. Tell me what should I do now??

                                I live in Burdwan, West bengal.i am a regular customer of big bazar, burdwan .my shopping bills always amount to about rupees[protected]/ minimum every month.i have visited many other big bazar outlets in various places.there they allow the trolley upto the car parking.here, in Burdwan, it is not allowed.previously they used to atleast allow the trolleys upto the main entrance of the building, from where it is easier for me to pick up my shopping and take it to my car.now they simply refuse to allow me to take the trolley till the main entrance.WHY?how do they expect me to carry my HEAVY shopping till my car?

                                  RS 599 auto debited from my wallet no [protected], and still is not refunded to my wallet as I raised complain no of time for this issue since MAY.complain no FP[protected]. SO see issue deeply and solved it. As issue put no of time to future pay, but Same statement provided, amount deducted from my wallet will be refunded soon, but still no proper action taken by coustomer. So solved it as Soo as possible.

                                    I am holding big bazaar profit club card since long but on 1 june 2019 I visited mohaddipur gorakhpur branch to change the registered mobile number of said card Mr Aashif of that branch arrogantly denied to change the number. After that I approached Mr Sartaz for same thing but he told me to submit the required form and it will take 24 hours to change it.Now many days has been passed but still they have not changed my registered number. It is very sad to say that whenever big bazaar employees promote any such cards they say that they will do anything required at any time but after issuing cards they start showing their real face.

                                      I am very disappointed that the staff in big bazaar cosmos mall sanjay palace agra is absolutely rude, i'll mannered and non cooperative.
                                      The basic etiquette to help the old people and ladies with small kids is missing there. When people request the staff shows no interest in helping them. Also though it is clear that the crowd has increased still the billing counters are kept close.
                                      I request the authorities to educate there staff else the complaint will be escalated to higher authorities.

                                        I got a call from one of the executives in bigbazaar regarding tge money they have charged me for the shopping bag. They asked me the mode of payment which i said was cash so the solution they gave me was refunding me Rs.20
                                        They even said they would have refunded the amount if i had paid using my card. They had made no efforts to gain my trust back on the brand. They could have taken some other way of refunding or solving my issue.
                                        Its like doing illegal acts and then refunding the amount to cover it up and that too on their terms.
