I bought a few products from big bazaar store and they charged additional amount for it. It is illegal to charge for a bag that is being for advertising the brand. I would need you to resolve my issue or else i will have take some legal action. I have bought products of approximately rs.1000 so the store is responsible to give me a bag for free at least when they are using it for promotional purposes. Why am i supposed to pay for it?

    On friday 31st may 2019 i purchased tamarind from big bazaar gaziabad opulent mall and today when i opened the packet i'm totally surprised that there is no tamarind inside only tamarind waste is packed inside. It seems that some one from your staff has eaten all tamarind and put the tamarind waste inside and put stickers at the opening of packet so customers will not know what is inside. This is totally ridiculous and cheap practice done by your staff i always purchase groceries from big bazaar but this time i'm very much disappointed. Kindly look into the matter.

    One of the staff member is too slow and rude I want strict actions to be tacken against him. I was getting late but he was still relaxed and payed no attention. It was a very bad experience and I didn't hoped this big bazaar...

      I have opted for home delivery from big bazaar - aecs layout. My challan no :- 953246. Delivery date and time is[protected]:00 to 22:00, and here i am writing this complaint at 22:30 1st june 2019.

      Why you guys promise to deliver something if you can't deliver it on time? People opt out for your delivery service because they trust you to deliver it on time as per their convenience.

We were not able to check it at the store itself as it had heavy rush as well as.. Later on, we realized that one item is missing.           I went to shop in big bazaar on 31 may 2019. On the bill we found an item "lb sl 140 pgs p06" (Net amount 225, discount 75) which looks like the two notebooks we bought but we found another item down named "itc saathi lbsl 3" (Net amount 99, discount 51).

          "saathi" is the name of the notebook so it's clearly their amount. But then what is the first product? How can they just add it to our bill.

              I did my shopping @bigbazaar, ameerpet hyd and i was charged rs. 5 for plastic carry bag with branding logo (Bigbazaar). I tried to explain about the court order and the executive at the billing desk said he is not aware of such orders and more over in replied us to carry all the items by hand if i wish not to purchase the carry bag.

              I am surprised to see how these kind of retail market chain organizations are excepted from the court of law when i fount many cases like mine in the consumer complaints panel.

              All i wanted to ask is when you make rules or laws make them happen and don't let these people to override.

                We want to exchange product worth RS.3000.When we entered we were told to take another product and go but after going to billing section only we were informed to meet customer care. After spending one hour we were informed it will take two days for approval .M.Jagan Francis in BigBazaar Tirunelveli didn't even respond properly in customer care.He took 20 minutes to inform us it will take two days for approval.We were really unhappy with the incident.We were regular customers buying 15000 worth products.

                  नमस्कार, मी संकेत वाघमारे दि.22 मे2019 रोजी मी बिग बाजार(चिंचवड) मधून खरेदी केली, त्यात मला सडलेल्या अंड्याचा ट्रे आला ज्यात अळ्या आणि किडे पडले होते, ही बाब मी दि.23 मे ला बिग बाजार कर्मचारीच्या निर्दशनास आणून दिली आणि तक्रार करून विनंती केली की त्वरीत दि.14 मे च्या बॅच चे अंडी ट्रे चे विक्री थांबवा आणि अंडी खराब का झाले आणि विकायला कशी काय ठेवली त्याची चौकशी करा.त्यांनी मला हो म्हणून आश्वासन दिले पण त्या नंतर मला दोन दिवस कोणताही संपर्क करण्यात आला नाही.जेव्हा मी स्वतः पुढाकार घेऊन पुन्हा त्या ठिकाणी जाऊन विचारपूस केली.तेव्हा मला समाधान कारक उत्तर मिळाले नाही आणि दि.14 मे च्या बॅच चे अंडी अजूनही तिथे विक्रीला होती.दोन दिवसाने मला संपर्क करून सांगण्यात आले की आम्ही यावर चौकशी करून तुम्हाला सांगतो.पण त्या नंतर पुन्हा कोणतीही माहिती मिळाली नाही.हा माझा आणि माझ्या कुटुंबाच्या आरोग्याचा प्रश्न होता.त्याची कसलीही त्वरित दखल घेतली गेली नाही.इतर ग्राहकांनाही अश्या प्रकारे खराब अंडी जाऊ शकतात याची देखील दखल घेतली गेली नाही.मला त्यांचा निष्काळजीपणा दिसला कारण त्यांना संपर्क करण्यासाठी पण वेळ न्हवता.मला मानसिक त्रास झाला आहे आणि तुमच्या दर्जे वरचा विश्वास राहिला नाही.ग्राहकांच्या आरोग्यविषयक तुम्हाला जराही काळजी नाहीये हे दिसून आले.दर्जेदार वस्तू सांगून अश्या प्रकारची दर्जाहीन वस्तू विक्री करून तुम्ही आमची फसवणूक करतात.त्यामुळे मला याची नुकसान भरपाई म्हणून दि.22 मे ला केलेली एकूण खरेदीची संपूर्ण परतफेड करावी.मी एकूण 18475 रुपये ची खरेदी केली होती ती मला परत फेड करावी.कारण ग्राहकाच्या आरोग्याला धोक्यात टाकण्याचा तुम्हाला काहीही अधिकार नाहीये.मला याचे दोन दिवसात उत्तर हवे आहे.नाहीतर मी कायदेशीर कारवाई करेल.धन्यवाद

I have purchased a vip trolly bag from big bazaar patna (Kurji) worth rs.5200.00 in april end and was told that i'll get a cashback of rs. 1200.00 in my future pay account from 6th of may and i can be used whenever i'll purchase any item from big bazaar. On 22nd may i went to big bazaar and they told me that the validity of cashback was upto 19th may.

                    Sir i was only informed about the starting date and the big bazaar representative haven't told me anything about the validity period. I've also not received any message regarding that and there was no indication about it in my future pay app. Please look into the matter as you are on one the trustworthy brand of india and i'm feeling like being cheated.

                      There was an advertisement which said fashion bonanza shop rs. 2500/- get rs. 1000/-on mens ladies kids fashion and footwear
                      So we shopped for rs.2597 vide bill no 11645 dated 28/05/2019 and then when we asked them that now give us our rs. 1000/- as mentioned in the advertisement on that they gave us 4 vouchers of rs.250/- each which we can utilise only after we make further purchase of rs. 600/- on a single product.
                      This is super duper misleading advertisement
                      So, if we total it up we actually have to shop for rs.2500/- + rs. 2400/- (I. E rs.600 on each voucher * 4 times) i. E rs. 4900/- worth of total shopping only than we can avail that rs. 1000/-
                      They misleaded us by saying shop for 2500/- it should have been shop for rs. 4900/- and get rs. 1000/-
                      I even tried calling the customer care of big bazaar the other person told me that i will have to talk to his senior but as usual whenever there is a complain the seniors are always busy i waited for 25 min but there was no response later on, i even left my contact no but they did not respond
                      Please look into this i am complaining it for misleading advertisement

                          I bought 40% off clothes my billing should be under 2800 rupay.. But the receipt i get 3125 rupees how this work.. If i bought somting then gst include on the product nothing would be adited in amount when purchasing

                            On saturday 25.05.2019 I along with my wife visited your outlet at Durgapur for purchasing a toy. After looking at the details of few toys from the description and picture on the outer cover of the boxes, one of the toys appeared to be impressive to us. I found the box was not sealed. So I opened the lid of the box to look into it descriptively. Immediately a Sales lady came rushing to us and said that we are not supposed to open the box. I told her that as the toy looked impressive we wanted to look it physically. But she was not convinced. I went to the compliant desk to note my descent so that the matter could be solved and I would be able to purchase one. The complaint assistant called some one through the address system, but no one turned up. He then told me to again go to the second floor to meet him.
                            I am really astonished with the behaviour of the assistants. They are so arrogant that they don't even bother to come down to the complain desk to listen to the complain of customers. It is really disgusting that you allow to wear the apparels while purchasing but don't allow to see the toy physically.
                            hope that you will address the issue amicably.

                              As per terms of shopping in Bigbazar, I am receiving every month cashback, but in the May month, future pay has unauthorizedly deducted 120 Rs. from my future pay wallet (snapshot of the history of the wallet is enclosed for your reference). How can they deduct past month amount in next month without doing any shopping by me? When I have tried to complain about this on 2nd week of may month to customer care, they replied to me due to a technical issue this has happened and it will be resolved within 3 days & I will get my cash back into the wallet and now more than 20days has gone still my problem has not resolved and nor I got my cash back into the future pay wallet.

                                27/05/2019 i go to big bazar branch, purulia, west bengal pin 723101 to purchase some products.in the time of billing at 9:20 pm one staff say he can't bill my product because time is over. But i wait last 35 minutes in my line. He says in bengoli language "bill habe na" i told i wait in my line why bill not done by you. He says "habe na ja karar karben jan. Jake paren bolben jan". He don't do my bill i return my home. His name abhijit.

                                  I went o big bazar to buy a gas stove. The sales executive showed me a prestige model and told me about the offer on that same. He asked me to buy big bazar vouchers on paytm and use them to buy the same that costed 4000 bucks. He told me i will get cashback of 1000 bucks because there is an offer going on and the cashback will be given in the future pay app. I dd the same and now after waiting and not getting the cashback i contacted cs they told me that there was no such offer at that time.
                                  God knows who to trust and who not. Big bazar really sucks and is cheating people big time. Need to get my money back.

                                    Bought apples from Big Bazaar and on cutting them open found them all rotten. While selecting it looked all fresh. But now on looking it seems all were stored up in a cold storage for a long period and the whole stock was rotten and bad.

                                    Keeping the rate hiked while comparing from normal outdoor vendor, i.e an outdoor vendor will give five apples for 100 whereas in Big Bazaar it was for 145 for the same quantity. So if one is buying they would expect to get good quality fruits for that rate.
                                    How could they cheat people like this and where is the food manager report on that?

                                    We bought sprite cold drink last week from big bazaar. When i opened and drank it me and my son started vomitting.. Don't buy these type of artificial things.                                       I bougt 1 pc of american tourister wheel duffle bag in your luggage loot offer from bigbazar kharagpur branch.

                                      At the time of purchase the i asked the customerservice people that if i need to change the size of the bag
                                      Then is it possible? They said yes within 7 days with a same/higher price piece.

                                      Again i asked the same question to two salespersons of luggage section and they also said the same.
                                      I selected my pieces of luggage and paid the bill.

                                      Bill date 22/5/2019 till no - 13 memo no-0011161 tr-2598 total amt-5680/-

                                      On 24/05/2019 i went back to the store to replace the wheel duffle as it was much bigger than the actual
                                      Size i needed, bb-kharagpur refused to exchange it with a smaller size.

                                      They said showing some scratches and dust marks (Which were alresdy present at the time of purchase but
                                      I ignored as i liked the product) that i've used it on road.

                                      I did'nt even stamp the warranty card so that if i need to change the piece then i wont be able to do so.

                                      This time the luggage section people were extremely rude and said go and complain anywhere nothing will happen.
                                      They won't change it.

                                      Again i spoke to csd. They only provided me the all india helpline no and email.

                                      I lodged a formal written complain at the complain book of the store.

                                      There also i did'nt get any response from anyone of the store.

                                      I'm extremely dissatisfied with bigbazar. How can you disrespect the printed commitments of exchange in your bill.

                                      You people sold a product, gave the customer a printed bill with your return policy and now refusing to fulfill them
                                      Showing it the responsibility of the product manufacturer. This is such a mean idea of cheating a customer.

                                      I need justice. Pls arrange the exchange of my product as early as possible.

                                      I got Rs 9 00 today from my account, when the money was cut off but I have not come to the wallet. Today I was so angry at the counter. my account already debited at 900 rs is deducted.
                                      it embarrassing work of future wallet.Money will not add up.
                                      please solve the issue as soon as possible

                                      I am a regular customer of your store, but sorry to say today I visited your store for purchasing of some items. At the time of my visit the behaviour of your deputed guard and Manager Mr Alam ii not good i am totally disappointed from the behaviour of your manager and guard kindly look after the matter.

                                        Guys just wanted to share an incident which happend with me today at big bazaar, vasai west. There was a offer on coke cans, 6 cans which were of 210 rs had discount of 35 rs that means it should be 175 rs after applying the discount but they charged me 199 that's 24 rs more then the discounted price so when i told the counter sales girl about it, she went and checked with her manager and removed the discount tag from coke cans and told that sir now its billed, you can claim refund by calling customer care, just imagine the offer was given by big bazaar and still they are trying to take more money from customers, just imagine how much cheating they might be doing because generally customers don't check each and every price in the bill assuming that big bazaar must have applied the discount, just imagine if 500 customers visit the store every day and each customer is cheated like this, how much amount big bazaar is earning by cheating customers? So please check the bill properly before coming out of the store.
