I have purchased pedia sure 400 gms having mrp rs. 520 on which there was a discount of rs. 31.20.
I have also received a promo code[protected] for rs. 50, but at the time of billing at big bazar burdwan i have received promo code discount only but not received the already applied discount of rs. 31.20.
Is this correct???

Staff has neither helped me not clarify my bill.

I have to receive both the discounts i. E. Rs. 31.20 as well as promo code discount of rs.50
Please return extra 31.20 rupees

Brought this red velvet pastry for 90 rs. And when i opened the box after half an hour for my iftaari it was full of fungus. Regrettably i already had a bite of it before my mom realised it had fungus. Very disappointed not only for the wasted money but also as i had a bite of it and it may harm my health

    I have been a regular customer of big bazaar. Today when i visited z square big bazaar branch, the staff available at food items are not at all bothering about the customers. After waiting at process food counter i have called one staff to know the option of onion paste. When i called that person, he has told some other person to attend me. Even after waiting nearly 20minutrs, nobody was turned up. Then i went that side and observed, simply those 4 staff members were chatting with each other. When i asked why nobody was turned up, one guy was laughing who was asked to attend me by some other employee.
    When i complained to the section team leader (Mr. Kuldeep) at the section, he has also not taken the issue seriously. I asked onion paste and his says, i am the future manager in this section so its not my work after that he has told some other person to find the onion paste after that 10 second his answer is 'no'.
    Every month nearly rs.[protected], i purchase from this shop. Today i visited the said branch with an intention to purchase american tourist trollys. With this bad experience, simple i came back to my home without purchasing.
    If this type of staff working and behaves in such a way, the business will definitely be in decreasing stage.
    With this experience, i have decided not to visit any of the big bazaar branches.
    I can visit other shops where i can get good response even though the prices are high.
    The above incident happened yesterday[protected] at 9.00p. M in your z square mall big bazaar branch in kanpur city.

      There was an offer in big bazaar, in the month of april. According to that offer, shop for 3000₹ and you will get 100₹ in future pay wallet every month. I have purchased for 3000 two times so i should have receive 200₹ every month, but i haven’t received single penny in the month of may. I have shared my concern to future group and big bazaar team on 16th may but still they haven’t solved my problem and even i have given them reminders but still they are not keen to solve this issue at all. Now i’m fed up i hope this forum will help me in this case.

        Big bazar, mayur vihar extension, branch delhi-9, 1 is displaying some products for sale in their store but during billing/selling of the products the items are not showing in their billing systems/counters and we customers are not able to buy those products. While asking regarding the problems the staff of the store are showing very lazy and unprofessional attitude and request for waiting for an hour or two hour for processing of the products in their billing system. The staff of the store are very casual and always busy in gossiping and loitering among themselves instead of product promotion.

        A quick and necessary action is anticipated to prevent these laxity in customer service.

          I am arati doshi. My mobile registered with big bazzar is [protected]. I purchased koryo airconditioner 1 ton on 03.04.2019 from big bazzar, anand. I was told that invoice and guarantee card will be issued at the time of delivery of the machine. The ac is delivered and fitted since more than a month. I contacted big bazzar regularly and asked for the invoice and guarantee card but till date i am neither issued an invoice nor i am given guarantee card for the above machine. The payment was made through dena bank debit card, transaction id [protected].
          I request for immediate issue of invoice for the above machine and also be given duly signed guarantee card for the same.

            The staff of big baazar shreebhumi is nonsense person. I was standing for 50 minutes and only two people have passed the counter. The faculty is useless and talking to the customers rudely. I complained in the concerned place but nothing happened. After the complain made, the staff rudely said that now you have made a complain and i will do like this slowly and you don't have a say now. I want a strict action against him

On 20.05.2019 when we opened the bread packet we found fungus in inner central part of every bread. I have also updated the pictures of bread with bread packet and it's invoice bill. I am planning to complaint it to local fssai office and consumer forum and also food and drugs.

                  Yesterday on 18th may 2019 i have purchased some items from of big bazaar, dibrugarh, assam. The stuff fixed packed my items so i can't checked my items, but when i was open my pack at home some items was missed. Then i immediately checked my payment bill. Payment already done by me for my missed items. Missed 3 items are thick&thirsty floor & more extra large cloths. ₹567/-paid against mentioned items. Now i will not go to received again this items, because i am live in 300km different from big bazaar, dibrugarh. Please take action as soon as possible.

                    I am a regular customer of big bazar. I often visit big bazar @ agora mall. Ahmedabad. Gujarat.

                    Evry time i visit it i have to stand almost 20 min daily for billing of my goods. I barely have 5 - 6 items in my cart as i am coming daily for shopping. Every time i insisted customer service desk appoonting a billing person over express counter and thy never complained me for opening tht counter.
                    As on rush hour time it will take 30 min for billing also..
                    I talked to a customer care line on today around 8 pm also and thy told me tht thy will register my complain and i will get message regarding this.. But still i didnt git any mesaage nor replay.
                    As a customer i want you to make aware of this situation and asking for quick response of my query.

                      I went to big bazaar of sitabardi, ramdaspeth nagpur yesterday. They are fooling customers by charging rs 18 for the carry bag. I complained about this to big bazaar executive but no solution. They are branding their brand on the carrybags so they should not have to charge such huge amount of rs 18 per bag from the customers. This should stop, please take action on this sir.

                        The trust on big bazaar brand has always been there... So never cross checked the bill's ever... Not this even this time but after so many months of shopping saw the bill as wanted to declutter my purse nand this is what i saw... I bought steek canister containing 6 canisters but what i see is that i have been charged the price of two such items instead of one... I'm feeling cheated... I want my case to be seen as soon as possible...

                          Easyday membership fees is rs.999 for 1 year.
                          Accounting to membership, consumer will benefit from cashback received on purchases made from their stores.

                          But you will never receive any cashback.

                          I made a complaint via email, but no response.
                          I also called the customer care number, but still no response.

                          I visited the store from where i purchased the membership, they say we cannot do anything, if you don't receive cashbacks.

                          It's not a matter of rs.999, it's a matter of fraud with customers.

                            This is in regard to an issue which is still running as a malpractice in the big bazar stores. They are charging for the carry bags they provide us with.
                            In a similar incident in chandigarh bata was fined with rs.9000 for jus charging 3 rs from a customer. Kindly look into the matter or else we will have to move to the civil court regarding the same.

                              We purchased few garments from big bazaar and later realised that one of our garment was not un-tagged. Next day when I reached them to correct it I forgot to bring the bill but discussed the same with Security before entering the premises. Later when the cashier was not able to untag the garment he asked to exchange it. She untagged that but didn’t removed the pricing tag so the alarm buzzed again and the security whole staff behaved so rudely and unprofessionally. I was so embarrassed in front of so many people. And they didn’t changed the dress asyme to get the bills.

                              My questions are:
                              1. Why the cashier didn’t untag the garment initially?
                              2. Why the security let us go even the alarm raised during our check out? Assuming it as a false alarm.
                              3. Why the security allowed us next day to enter again without bills?
                              4. Why couldn’t they regenerated the bill from the system and resolve the issue there it self?
                              5. Who allowed them to behave unprofessional?
                              6. Who will be responsible for the damage of my image in front of so many people?

                              I will never ever visit big bazaar after this incident. Specially Palava Xperia Big Bazaar.

                                Today i was in agartala big bazar when i went to section of sweet corn what i found that the spoiled corn packets are kept with fresh packets and i asked one of the floor guy to clear but after seeing this i believe i will never purchase any food products from big bazar and thats not the end in the side shelf other food products were kept which were in more bad shape. I regularly buy my monthly and weekly hoyseholdneeds from big bazar but this pathetic.

                                    Visited 3 times in 4 days to big bazaar, manish nagar, nagpur branch, each time a. C was off and too hot to be there for 30 mins.
                                    Dont know how your employees working there for hours. Atleast put some fans if a. C bill is not affordable for you guys.

                                    I can understand a. C is off during winters or even on rainy season but off in summer that too in may. Local supermarket has better facility.

                                    I purchase JODHPUR big bazaar but counter waman wrong charge
                                    I calculated total price of the all items after coming back home as found a discrepancy in the bill. There I found the total is 850 while I payed 967 with a saving of 183 written on bill. I did not get time to check bill at the counter.
                                    Please suggest if there is any way to have remedy for this.
                                    The billing guy at cash counter told only less than 5 items are allowed to Bill after we waited at queue more than half an hour. The counter 5 at 05:10 pm 5th May 2019 Phoenix Market City Chennai.

                                      I am very unhappy with big bazaar product. I have been a regular customer but this is the second time i have received a faulty product. I did shopping at big bazaar kandivali growel mall on 11th may 2019. I purchased a myghty performance water bottle for my kid. Unfortunately it's not working at all. My son is unable to drink water from it. I paid rs279 for this silly stuff. I know without bill no one would entertain. But seeing my transaction details i would like to pursue. However suggestion to big bazaar is. Ot to cheat ot keep such products

                                      Big Bazaar - Payment of Profit club card of Big Bazaar made through paytm with scheme to get cash back of Rs.2000/- but no cash back received in paytm. Making fools of public.
                                      We are standing in a que in big bazaar jodhpur main store. N employees are saying store manager has gone home. More than 50 customers are standing in que and out of 8 only 3 counters open for the billing.if you can not handle the que just stop selling the items. Consumer is facing bcoz of it. We have our time important we r not slave

                                        I have been to many big bazar branches through out india but i never saw a employee this much rude and vulgar doesn't have any respect towards customers his attitude is soo high. I am still wondering how he is a future group employee and i think that's the reason dmart becoming more popular in vizag. The serious thing is he doesn't have any fear that the customer will file a complaints he is like those complaints will go into trash.

                                        Hi this is prabhakar.i was shopping on bigbazar ameerpet, on 30.04.2019. My shoping bill was 2501rs.i was using debit card for paying bill., but they said card was denied but i got a message your amount was debited from your account from bank..then i was using another card i was payed that amont..

                                        I have buy Fabiano 3 burner hobs but they dont working properly and i have also contact with fabiano customer care but they said fabiano service is not available in jammu
                                        As of now you must be knowing that Bata had to pay for charging for a carry bag. Still you are taking Rs.18 for a bag which have your advertisement.
                                        I bought grocery and other things for a total 2500+ and have paid 18 for a bag which comes only in 5-10?
