Bigbazzar, bhilai, chhattisgarh, purchse date[protected], retail inv. No. [protected], memo no. 0065932 tr: 97068, i purchased a bottle of kisan mango jam and golden havest atta 5kg along with other products. The mrp written on the jam was rs. 145/- and when i checked the bill after payment it was billed at rs. 150/-. And we purchase golden havest 129 rs but invoice for chakki fresh atta @146 rs last time also a bottle of cold drink was billed higher than mrp. As per consumer act, products cannot be sold higher than their mrp, still every time i find a item charged more than its mrp. From the last 3 times, when i checked the bill after reaching home, i found this billing discrepancy. The first time i noticed this issue, i reported it to big bazaar customers care executives bhilai chhattisgarh telephonic with branch head shivendra and they told that this might be asystem error or data entry issue but lot of customers will get affected as the cost of the product will be wrong in each customer’s bill. But instead of recording my complaint, he replied that it is very difficult procedure and he tried to convince me. N gave me assurance that they will be more careful and will correct this when i asked to correct the price in their database so that the next customers do not face this problem. But after then, this has become a regular issue and this is causing dissatisfaction regarding the big bazaar/ future group brand. I did not expect such kind of thing but now i feel big bazaar is trying to cheat people by charging items at a higher price, as people will not go back to them for this much difference and charging 15-20 rs more to each customer who buys the product will make a good amount.

    We recently visited big bazar, thakur mall in mira road. The guy name Ankit Panchal was at the cash counter. We are having ICICI supported American express card. We were very sure that all POS machines do not support American Express card qnd we told him upfront. But he was very stubborn to not understand it and kept telling us that our card was not working. After arguments of 20 minutes manager Mihir came and got another GPRS machine and swiped our card and we are done with a payment. Still Ankit is not ready to accept the fact that his machone is not supporting Amex cards. Our time wasted our energy wasted. Please do the needful.

      Received sms from big bazaar as big bazaar members exclusive... American tourister hard trolley mrp rs8500 rs.2500only user code... Till 21apr. When we approached the big bazar outlet at calicut in kerala on 20 th april they said that stock is not available. But in sms it did not mention that the offer was valid till the stock exhausts. So we were offered a service as exclusive member of big bazaar and when approached we were denied of the offer saying that stock got exhausted. We approached the store before the last date they mentioned.

        Subject : complaint for assaulting customer and his family at your premises publicly on 15.9.2018 at big bazaar (Main road –ranchi).

        Sir,

        I would like to take this opportunity to bring one deadly incident to your notice as it belong to safety concern of me and my family members which has been conducted in your premises on 15.9.2018 during shopping, by your respectable staff members which was very deadly and not acceptable at any circumstances.

        Please arrange to note that your respective staff has done full pure “gundagardi” with me and my family (Wife and two kids –one is 4 yrs old and another is 9 yrs old) at big bazaar –main road –ranchi during shopping at 2:00 pm on 15.9.2018.

        They gathered in totality of almost more than 20 members and started threatening and physically assaulting me and my family publicly as well abused and physically harassed too, which is not at all acceptable, you can very well check with your cctv cameras.

        Afterwards assaulting for apprx more than half an hour publicly, they took me and my family to back office and informed that they took this kind of revenge and threatened as i have lodged complaints in customer care previously and they also informed that the complaints will also remain pending even i write to md also.

        I just want to know that is this the way to respond customers genuine complaint by assaulting him and his family publicly by biz bazaar /future group??

        Finally i have to make a request call to my staff/colleagues to get rid out of that deadly situation and that location of big bazaar.

        Please note that this is a complete case of security for me and my family and you need to take corrective measures within a week days and require to respond, and in case of no response at your end, i will be forced to share this deadly incident at big bazaar premises to my respective media partners for support as my safety is at full sake as well share the nuisance with other partners of supermarkets also.. So that they can avoid this kind of customer support in future.

        I hereby inform the management team of future group/big bazaar that if something goes wrong physically or mentally with me and my family, you will be held responsible for this as your employees are suspected “gundas” after this incident.

        Please note that your respectable staff member are threatening me and my family to visit big bazaar for further shopping in future as they will not allow it. So please i request your good selves to kindly look at my all previous transactions being done by my card number [protected] and [protected] al over india and i have not faced such unprofessional response from big bazaar/future group and i must have shopped from big bazaar for more than lacs costs of items.

        So in case if you also meant the same thing, may i request your good selves to refund my advance deposited money with interest!! As i am not aware that i am applicable for that or not!!.

          On 14th april 2019, monday, i bought things from big bazar, of above 2000/- and they charged me rupees 18 for the bag separately!!
          I got to know today that you cannot be charged for the bag which contain there brand name written on it!!!
          So my only complaint is how they charged me for the bag on which there brand name has been written 'bigbazar' has written.

            This is vinay kewlani
            I paid rs 3091.48 at big bazaar, metro mall kalyan east by google pay on 17/03/2019, but money don't credited to big bazaar and debited from bank. After asking them what have the problem they said i have to pay another payment of said amount which i pay by my debit card. And in return they gave me the letter saying the amount is atomically credited in my account in 7 working days. Till now i didn't receive any amount. When i called to big bazaar they said they don't have any information about this thing and said to complain in bank and they can resolve this issue, bank of baroda gave me the details that said amount is credited to beneficiary account

              One of fbb in lucknow at kapoorthal a security guard names kamlesh (Not sure but he is handling baggage counter)
              Few days before i was given a trouser for alterations in a carry bags, yesterday they back me in a hand without carry bags, i was asking the same with one of staff he refused to, again the same security guard came and told me 'ni milega jo karna hai kr liye' i asked him complaint book the they give me a rough book tolding that this is the complaint book, after with discussion cashier of 1fst floor acted above this beacuse store manage refused to give complaints book.

                  In big bazar which is located in tarnaka, hyderabad today i. E on 18.04.19 i faced a issue in the mens clothing department with the manager named ajay where he failed to remove the offers kept without stock, wrong offers and wasted my time instead being apologize he was arrogant and behaved badly with his manner he failed to be as a manager.

                  Wih his unprofesionalism, lack of proper guidance to his subordinates regarding the offers kept, without knowning about the offer details, without checking the validity period of the offers, without taking proper care in removing the offer mentioned after the completion of stocks, the manager was completely denied by his duty.

                  Iam very much suprised that having a very reputed name to bigbazar how they are recruiting the employees without the minimum knowledge about the product and offers kept and placing the person as a manager without having any qualities of a manager to guide or to explain or to apologize for his mistakes.
                  It was a very bad experience with the manager instead apologizing for his mistake being rude and arrogant.
                  I request the big bazar team to take action on the manager so that the same be not repeated again and customers dont waste their time in fake or wrong offers placed due to lack of the duty of the manager and big bazar not lose its fame and reputation because of the unprofessional manager

                    I went to one of the big bazaar outlets on 16/04/2019 located in bangalore, bannerghatta road (Lower ground floor of royal meenakshi mall) i found expired pizza (Heat n eat) are kept inside the freezer and complained to their employees. They said you don't take it, we just kept it inside as there is no other place to keep it, such an irresponsible answer. I still purchased items worth 1170/- (Invoice number:[protected]) and to my surprise i was cheated though i was checking expiry date in every product before adding it to my basket. They mix and keep expired items with fresh stock. Nov'2018 and jan 2019 dated toned milk packets were mixed with march 2019 milk packets, i found this only after reaching home. Big cheating by bigbazaar outlets!

                      The staff has full goonda gardi, even their spouse they think they have all sorts of rights being staff. This lady staff was getting her bag billed from the cash counter operating for food. The issue was not getting billed, the issue was she accompanied by her husband, the manager and the cashier were chit chatting and taking their own sweet time with customer waiting in the queue. The question is customers are not allowed to use counters for general billing... Like you cannot bill grocery at the clothes counter if you do not have any clothes to purchase, you cannot bill clothes or grocery at food counter if you are not purchasing food items... But the staff has the privilege to bill at any counter with customers kept waiting in line. Why should the staff do purchase on their working hours, on top of that they have the audacity to tell the customer that we can bill anywhere anytime. This is terrible and feel this sort if rowdism should not be supported in system. Would want the lady, the manager who was the main person behind this and the cashier to know about customer service. I am sure big bazaar won't be affected me not being their customer, but no issues i have other better options.

                          Today i pulrchased some items from big bazar (Future retail ltd.) sewa grand mall sarai faridabad for rs. 682 vide memo 0001267 of 17/04/2019 and i asked them for a carry bag they charge rs.8 for that. I today read in nbt that chandigarh consumer forum has panelise bata ltd. For charging carry bag. So please help me. Every time when we purchase from big bazar etc they charge for carry bag.

                            I had billed 1ton ac on 5th of april, from your store at dhanbad,
                            That time sale staff say's within a week they will deliver the product at home address. But still i am not received product,
                            Further i got a message on 07th of april from big bazaar that your product delivered your challan no. - 826306. When i meet with this message to your store due to close of the product that msg was delivered. Right now i had return from your store with sadness now they said wait for more 7 to 8 days, kindly justify me how can i wait for a long if its passed over 15 days till now... They also marked there stamp as paid and delivered on the bill asking for the reason they said it's mandatory...

                            It's humble request to you please refund my billing amount and suggest for the same.
                            Today itself. I am very much disappointed with the service of your store...

                              Dear Sir,
                              on 24/01/2019 I have purchased the following item under capital goods.
                              1. KORYO REFRIGERATOR model KDR2100S3F

                              But unfortunately one problem I found in refrigerator as the water does not comming to tray and the whole water is pouring outside. So, I made one complain to customer care with service ticket No.[protected] on 12/04/2019. Since nobody attended, I got assistance from Bigbazar Kharagpur and he gave phone No. of one Technician namely SUMIT (Phone No. [protected]) but he has told me that he cannot come if directed by customer care. Anyway, I made second complian then the Technician Sumit told me that he will be going immediately. But he did not come nor any response from customer care received except one message by SMS regarding service ticket No. Today on 16/04/2019 when I made 3rd complain, I came to know that the Technician Sumit made a report that work has been completed. I was astonished. I contacted Sumit. Then he told me that the extra money needed to attend. I contacted customer care again. and then again The Technician. Then Sumit told me that as it is 20 k.m. away from Bigbazar Kharagpur he will not go and killometerwise extra money needed in addition to other charges.
                              I am totally dissatisfied with the behavior and I want to return the refrigerator if not repaired. I also change my mind in purchasing ac from a koryo company whose customer care service is so bad and really the day was bad in which I purchased so many items from Koryo.

                                  I bought 3 products from hometown (Bangalore, marathalli branch), a queen size bed, a mattes for the same and a sofa cum bed in exchange of few old furniture. It was promised to us that the old furniture will be picked a day before the delivery date which is 14th and 15th was the delivery date. They picked all our old furniture yesterday leaving us with nothing to sleep on. For a night we adjusted as we promised them earlier, but they informed that they are not delivering the furniture we bought and instead gave us a date of 17th. We are 4 members at home right now and no bed to sleep on. We seek action against false promises and not delivering our orders on time.

                                    My complaint is wrong way pramoting product.. Today from big bazaar - palava, baught a dozen brown [protected]@64/6pc pack. Firstly the rack it's self not displayed mrp on visible form, secondly mentioned 29/ as big letter informed discount limited to 2 pack on future card on v.. Small letter, hoping discount paid by their card. But later when checked found its for future pay app and offered returning.. But this is nothing but in ethical pramoting & confuse, collect, costumers mony.. I hope there r many consumers r prayed for their many products & get target this way... I had do used to visit their competitor.. A name with 4th letter, they r very professional & strate on pricing & pramoting, we can trust fully shopping possible & don't expect these kind of traps there.

                                      Visited big bazaar paras down town square zirakpur punjab. They are still charging for carry bags which have their name printed on it on ground that it is refundable.
                                      We took the matter with the complaint desk they insisted that they are doing nothing wrong as their carry bags are refundable whereas other companies don't refund. Who will go to their outlet just to return the bags? Will he not incur other expenses like petrol/ parking charges? Or will they also refund other expenses incurred just for returning carry bags. It is a routine that judgments in cases like these are reported in newspapers still they have not mended their ways.
                                      This is a grave violation of consumer rights strict legal action should be taken against them.

                                        On 7th may i have booked koryo (Future group brand) 6.2 automatic washing machine from e-zone (Future group). On 8th it got delivered but broken/faulty/rusted piece (Pfa images).

                                        Product is lying in my home as it is it was delivered. I want a either refund or replacement for this.

                                        Their team is simply passing the time, please help.

                                        In picture you can clearly find the rust inside the drum, how pathetic it is.

                                        Still its not resolved, neither replaced nor refunded.
                                        Prestige 1200 watts induction cook stove cost Rs. 1362.00 for future pay app users in Big Bazaar, dehradun. I have the app, and mentioned this to the saleswoman. But while billing they over charged me Rs. 1816.00 after I gave them my registered number. I have been overcharged. What can be done now? Can I get the balance amount back? Please help.
