My bill amounted to 205, for the purchase made on 20th february 2019

I was told to enter the pin twice since they said the payment was not done the first time. On checking my passbook i figured my amount of 205 rupees was deducted twice. Even after making several requests to bank and big bazaar, they are not refunding the amount.

I am asking for a refund of my money, that was paid extra because of being asked to do so by their cashier.

    Dear sir my name is vishal sharma i am good custmer in future group sir maine apke brand factory am am showroom me fd karwai thi maine 15th in 20th i do not have a branch manager, but there is still a lot of money from the bank of the bank or the account of the bank has not been deducted from the branch manager i do not know what to do with the name of the person, but it does not return any of the calls back to the staff, but i do not have any staff, but i do not know if there are any products that you do not want to sell. I am sorry to say that i do not have a right attitude to staff, so my number is [protected], and i have received a request for a rating of 0 in the future, so that i have a lot of staff in the future, i'm going to call you the ultimate custaker, i have a branch manager i have not been able to get the salary 10 to 15 lakh yearly so that my fdi can be canceled.     Future Group's Fixed Deposit scheme is facing uncertainty. They had cited their Ahmedabad office as the nodal point for refund / redemption of FD amount to investors. But this office has been closed and emails / contact points are dysfunctional.

    I had made fixed deposit with Future Enterprise Limited under cumulative scheme with Rupees One Lakh only on 13.11.19 for 3 years. The FD had been matured on 01.11.22. I went to the resource point ( where I made the fixed deposit) to get information regarding maturity. But they have denied to help me out as they were clueless.
    Then I mailed to FD department, but no avail. The customer care no also is not working. There is no establishment of the company in Kolkata. I found no way to submit FD certificate copy anywhere in Kolkata. I urge to FEL Management to credit my maturity amount to my bank account immediately.

    Same thing happens with me. Interest also not received from previous one year. FD is also matured on 27th November 2022. Many mails sent to them but no response received from their side. I also went to Ahmedabad address but the office is permanently shut. Future group is now sold out to Reliance. Unable to contact future group in any way.

    If aneone has solution for where to contact and how to get back the hard earned money. Please kindly let me inform for the same.

    Then I mailed to FD department, but no response yet. The customer care no also is not working.I think we need to follow up with them by approaching there Mumbai office.     I am facing the same situation, what is our next course of action, please let me know?
    I had invested all my savings in Future Pay through multiple fixed deposits with tenure of three years. These FDs started getting matured from December 17, 2022. I didn't get any redemption. I tried to contact through the provided email id as well as customer care numbers but of no avail as those are no longer in service. I'm stuck. I don't know whom to talk to or where to go. I'll be highly obliged if I get some guidance regarding this.
    I did fd but no response and no hope. Can anyone suggest future course of action.

        Today i purchase a laptop beg and dron helicopter from your inderlok out let the beg is good but helicopter charging cable is already missing from the box, when i open it and saw the cable is missing so i go back to you mall but unfortunately that time mall is closed no issue i agin visit to you mall and told abut these type service and i wish they having a solution of this issue, if i didnt open just packed and send gift to someone what should i do with this or say him you can go to market and purchase a charging cable, its really vary negative and shame full for seller who stor his default product there to drop dawn your repo.

          We have purchased yesterday 2 frocks for baby along with some groceries from big bazaar.
          After billing and back to home we found that the magnet from the clothes is not removed. This kind of negligence is absolutely not acceptable.
          Now who is responsible to remove these magnets and also it means that sensors are not working at all.
          Bills and clothes images are attached herewith.

          Now we need to again go back to big bazaar to remove those magnets.

            On that day there was discount on parley g biscuits and maggi family pack but i have been charged with full amount when i asked your executive she said within 2 hours you will get cashback on your future pay account but it's 14th today but no cashback has been given. Why your people are not providing proper guidance to your executives and are you guys are fraud that everytime we need to get back to you for these non availability of discounts.                   I am a senior citizen retired from group a service of central government. I am a regular customer of big bazaar for the last 10 years. Initially i used to visit the outlet at abids, hyderabad and later at tarnaka, secunderabad.. On 06.03.2019 i had a bitter experience from the in charge, customer care, when i approached to renew the profit club card. If i remember correctly his name is hussain. I request you to kindly look in to this and do the needful. If no action is taken i will be constrained to publish this in the"letters to editor" columns of leading news papers.

                    I hv purchase a prestige hob dated 23/03/2018 after purchase the product i found that the function of the product is almost damage. But i not inform your organization i tk cr the product in prestige company but till date they are unable to running the firing system of the hob. Lastly i complain in jan 19 but they ignore me (Comp no kol461038). So if it is the after sale service, what can we do? We buy the product in your shop. So we tie up with a company whose service is like that. We are very much disappointed.

                      Last thursday dated 7/3/2019, we went for groceries shopping to big bazaar. When we bought everything we want and did all things like billing etc i asked manager cartoon box in which want pack my groceries, as i shoped for 20000 they have to give me that cartoon for free bit instead of giving it free he offer me to buy their big bazaaar bags at ₹18 per bag well, you know what it's ridiculous. This kind of customer support you offer? That's how your representatives will behave? I am so disappointed. Either give me compensation or i will never ever buy anythyin future from big bazaar and i will also go to consumer court.

                          Skywalk big bazaar branch cheated me in exchange scheme. They took my fridge and my tv for a amount of 3000. The scrap person said that big bazaar will issue 3000 rs vochuer and and shop for that amount. But now they saying that i need to shop for 30000 so that i can get 3000 rs offer. They didn't informed me. They given the false commitment. And i complaint to big bazaar branch and they saying they won't help me in anyway in rude manner and they not ready to give the land-line number too. This is the customer care from big bazaar.. One of the worst service. Don't trust big bazaar

Is [protected] and i had paid rs. 1000/- (Rupees one thousand only) towards membership fee at future retail limited, nilgiris franchise, 11/6, 11/7, nehuji street, poondurai main road, kollampalayam, erode - 638002. After becoming the membership on[protected], my first purchase was rice 10 kgs. And your staff told that i would get cash back facility on 5 e. M. I.. First e. M. I. Was on[protected]. Since i failed to download the future pay, i did not get the first instalment. I think for every time i will have to watch this kind of transaction. This system is not good. This money is hard earned money. I am not interested in continuing my membership and hence i request you to kindly cancel my membership and pay back the amount of rs. 1000/- immediately.

                              I brought 2 file folders from bigbazaar, each costing me ₹499.

                              However exactly the same product is of ₹ 348 + 10% additional discount, on flipkart also will be delivered to my doorstep.
                              Hence,
                              Final cost on flipkart = ₹ 314 per no.
                              Final cost at big bazaar= ₹499 per no.

                              Highly disappointed with bigbazaar

                              Selling products at almost 150% higher rates "it's a loot". With wastage of time and energy to reach at big bazaar.

                              This incident has given me good reason to advise everyone to go for flipkart or amazon rather than to go to bigbazaar and have feeling of being looted.

                                I bought the electric rice cooker april 2018 in paytm mall. With in one year product got damaged. I have contacted lot of times to koryo customer centre amd future groups. I didnt get solution till yet. Koryo service centre created the complaint id, without resolving issue complaint id has been closed. Till today i didmt get any product. If i called to koryo team those are saying issue resolved.
                                I was contacted seller (Future group) and product company, from both sides i didnt get any resolution.

                                  I recently exchanged few product and got coupons for deniem. I understand t&c are applied as per the details you have listed behind. But i don't see a any were that one coupon is applied for one product. When bring this up in the store the team is mentioning that t&c are said verbally and they are being harsh to the customer.

                                    I visited big bazaar located at exhibition road, patna dated 03rd mar 2019. I stood in billing queue and only 2 people were ahead of me in the queue but the big bazaar staff named sunil yadav, at the billing counter was doing his work very casually and after waiting for 30 mins, i intervened asking him to speed up as other people are waiting in the queue. Finally, when my turn came for billing, i told him not to bill carry bag as i already have a bag at the baggage counter. The billing staff talked to me rudely saying that then go down and do the billing there. I told him that i have already awaited for 30 mins here and now if i go down, i will have to wait again. This person was very rude and had no manner talking to a customer.

                                      On 3/3/2019 i visited big bazaar in providence mall in puducherry at 11:30 a. M, i selected shorts and went to the trial room to check the fitting, when was changing a heard a knock on the door and i ignored, the knock was repeated, i opened to see a security guard standing, he told me that one customer has forgotten his shirt and wants it.
                                      Is this how you train your staff in treating a customer? Nowhere in the world will such a kind of event happen, it was very insulting, i immediately reached your customer care desk to make a complaint and they did not even understand the nature of my complaint.
                                      At 11:45 a. M only 3 billing counters were functional and the express was closed and the staff was slower than a snail.
                                      After being insulted in the trial room this billing process was like adding salt to the wound, there was no supervisor, manager or any responsible person in the stall at such a prime time of the day.

                                        Billing done for a customer, carrying approx 10 profit club cards and 3 mobiles billing from 2.30pm till 2.55pm and multiple billing reciepts and no one even customer care and billing admin not entertained.
                                        Mr surojit was on duty accounts incharge and pointed out as billing incharge as well who was not present at time of occurance and customer complaint desk lady was too busy to talk in personal phone for over 20mins and keeping all customers waiting.
