    Company name : hometown (Jmd megapolis, sector 48, sohna road, gurgaon)
    My bank name : yes bank

    - i purchased curtains from hometown but one of curtain was defected and we saw the defect just after billing but the problem is we already paid the amount and the amount had been deducted from my bank account. I request the home town staff to replace that curtain but they had only one piece at that time so that we request to refund our payment. At that time they gave us void sale + sale slip and told us to get the refund within 5 working days but after 5 days, when i complaint for not receiving the amount then they told me, you will get in 15 days but till now i haven't received my money back and when i again compaint then they told me to wait for 45 days to get my money back. I don't know what is going on at their end and the staff were act like very irresponsible and i visited multiple times at their store which is on sohna road in jmd megapolis but the employee who is taking care of all commercial issues, he is on leave for 10 days and no-one else is their to taking care of this type customer issue.

      I bought a top and use it only twice. And the back of the dress started to loose the cotton.. I did not expect this. My 499 rs is wasted.. I always appreciated the big bazar product.. But this time really very disappointed.. I will never going to buy anything from fbb. I spent 3 to 4 k in every 2 to 3 months at fbb.. Seriously such a bad quality product i have ever seen...

        On 7th i purchased for rs.3043.. At the exit where bill & items were checking... I missed one shirt & 2 hankey sets... After going home while i was checking i observed shirt & hankey sets are missing... I immediately called to bigbazar and lodged complaint... Till know the problem is not solved.. I will see 2 more days and lodge complaint in consumer forum...

          I have complained to future pay for refund of my money rs. 5000.00 from future pay central wallet on 18/03/2019.
          Customer care assure me to refund of my money within 3working day. But money not refunded to my account.
          After that i am calling daily to customer care executive of future pay for my money and they assure me to refund is in process and will process till next day. I am daily calling customer care executive from 18th march to till today and every day they told that refund is in process and money will transfer within 24 hours, but till now money not refund to my account.
          I have e-mailed also to customer care 4 ti5 times but only auto reply answer came for your complain is in process but they not resolve my issue.
          Till now more that 2 weeks passed but money not refund by future pay central wallet.
          So request you to please do the needful so that my money rs. 5000.00 will refund by future pay central wallet.

          More than 3 weeks completed and i have follow up daily. They mailed me also that they resolve my issue. But till now money not received in my account.
          I have follow up daily with costner care executives but daily they said they already resolve the issue and money will refund by 24hours daily... Till now money not refund.

            Purchased forbes trendy wet and dry DX vacume cleaner o[censored]rekha forbs company on[protected].the attachement provided with it is not compatible to suc water. Complaint lodged in the service center on the same day and repeated try with service center replied that. Pl contact the place where it is purchased. On 7-4-2019 Vishnu from big bazar mysore received conplaints. Proper responce not received till now. Today your devaraj asking full stiry again and disconnects the tekephone. Kindky resolve the issue immediately.

            On 2/3/2019 I had purchased some items but due to some size issue I returned it back and got credit note of amount Rs798
            And now today I went there I found that it has 1 month validity which was not told me at that time. It's like 2 day exceeded the 30 day 4/4/2019. Pls help me if any way I can use it.

              Hello,

              We bought a llyod split 1 ton inverter ac from big bazar on 2nd april 2019.
              Memo no 1233797. And a synphony diet i50 cooler on the same date.
              The cooler was with a defect and we had to call the service boy from symphony and we were promised that the installation will be done by saturday 6th april but nobody came even date.

              The ac was sold with a cash back of 5000 on my futurepay app with number [protected] even that didnt come. We ended up paying more price because of this.

              It took us more than an hour for billing and it was sold by zubair and mobin khan to us.

              This is a very reckless approach and they are just not the mediators to sell; they have some accountability or not?

              Please lodge a complaint against them and get this issue sorted asap.

                We have booked an koryo 5 star smart inverter ac on 4th april, 2019 from branch tarnaka, hyderabad, telangana.
                The ac got delivered on next day but installation is still pending it has been more than 100hrs from the date we purchased.
                Your store people promised us saying they will install the product with in 48 working days.
                There is no response from you store.
                If my issue is not resolved i will file a complaint in consumer court.
                Dont understand why you commit when you cant do it.
                You people are cheaters and fraud. Will see you in court soon.

                  Brought refrigerator from big bazaar with exchange of new whirlpool fridge. The new fridge has been delivered with no cooling gas and both companies are not cooperating which is why lots of damages has been taken

                  We were going outside of delhi and came back in the last week of march, when we switched on the fridge than we found that the fridge is not getting cool and same we had reported to whirlpool and when their representative came than it was confirmed by the engineer that the fridge is out of gas which means that the fridge was not in checked before delivered.

                  I am following both companies future capital and whirlpool but both are asking me to wait unidentified time but my question is if they got to kown the problem than why they are not delivering immediately. I am facing issue by keeping all the things in kitchen without fridge.

                  I have made a big Bazar profit club card of RS 5000/-
                  In which it has been described that you will get RS.400/- each month for 15 months and you will get all your carry bag free till card expiry.
                  I get one time free carry bag, but from second time it has been charged for carry bag why?
                  I purchased a corn flakes which had a offer buy one get one free.
                  But the customer attendant added in to two lists and it costed me for 400 rs instead of 200 rs.
                  I want a quick solution and my money back as it was your employee's fault.

                      Kindly note the issue which is repeating again and again with us. Your belgaum big bazaar food section is not making bill. Next they are making bill for only bulk buying retailer and wholesaler in. Every smart search and offer time. While your coupon is not valid on oil than also they are giving to bulk buyer.
                      Note the billing person name - sahil.
                      Every time we are facing the problem with big bazaar regarding issueing stocks and billing problem.
                      Every month i am giving 25000 to 50000/- business to big bazaar. But we are facing above issues kindly do the needful.
                      Otherwise refund me my profit plus cards balance amount, future pay amount.

                        Customer service was horrible. I had to wait for more than half an hour on the counter even after having fast bill desk i had to wait because of billing problem. And there was no good service given or any compensation to tlme. It has only harrased me and i need a strict action for this. The manager has also not responded very well for the bad service. He tells that it is not his problem it's digital problem but they should have check the printers and everything before customer comes. I don't know what do they get payment for if billing service is not good. I have never faced this much bad service in any sector. Even some of the staffs behaviour was not good accept one staff girl who was doing billing from starting. Manager behaviour was very much irresponsible.

                          You guys are the worst grocery store available in india.
                          Executives here are so pathetic.. They always lie, give fake information or do not tell the complete information to customers n sell their offers. When customers come to know that he/she has been fooled then he/she goes to manager available over there.
                          And the important point is managers are worst than anything in the world. If you go there to resolve your issue they again fool you by telling something else (Which would be exactly irrelevant than your issue).
                          Me n many other customers who goes to vishrantwadi big bazaar are facing this problem. I will wonder if big bazaar higher management can look in to this.

                            I didn't purchased the two tropicana mix 1l packs. The counter boy - swapnil mehta added the amount of 480 rs in my bill without my knowledge. He was arguing with another customer on those products and during this fight of his with another customer he added those products in my bill. This is highly unacceptable and total careless of the counter person. Need refund of that amount asap.

                              So today i went into an easy day store in sector 4. I took two packets of milk and i went to the cash countet. They have three counters in this store but there wasn't a single employee on any of these cash check out counters. There were 4 employees in the store two men two women each of them conversing amongst themselves but no manning any of the counters after 10 mins another customer came and with him another employee that customer had 4 items with him and the employee billed him out while i had been standing there for ten mins. When i talked to him about the counters and why there wasnt anybody incharge of them he got very rude and loud. He even said ki tum chode horahe ho. Whenever you visit these stores these employees think ki they are doing a charity for you by billing your groceries. Please someone tell me where can i complaint about them.

                                Today i visited at your big bazar outlet tonk road jaipur. I purchased daily uses item and groceries. At the time of selection grocery item i saw your offer on display. As per my trust i gave all item for billing and after billing i was outing from your outlet than your gaurd check my all item, suddenly i saw your invoice than i soaked that you made invoice without offer and make invoice on mrp and more than mrp.
                                I stopped and i visited at your manager desk (Can see cctv camera recording, and save today recording for future) but there is no manager i request to person for meeting to manager but he denied me and he allowance on mike, a gentleman came there he take my few item and he said manager desk person for return amount in future pay wallet, few amount returned by you and after i checked invoice than i repeat shocked because now you got more amount from mrp.
                                I purchased a bandhani hing, in invoices you charge 240 rs. But on raper prices is shown low.
                                I request him for reducing amount for return in my wallet but he denied me and said me i can't help for this he cut hing from invoice but i asked to him for cutting than he sorry and gave me second computerised invoice but he did not refund me.

                                My question is that why are you overcharging from mrp?
                                And how many invoices generated from customer for overcharging

                                Please refund my all invoice amount because i lost my time and you gave me mentally disturbed so i lost also my bike key. Than i have to take taxi to go at home. Please give solution otherwise i have to go consumer forum against your outlet.

                                  Unethical behavior by manager of big bazar gandhidham. As sensor of gate shows that something went wrong. As my 13 yrs child wear a pants which we have purchased from big bazar approx 3 months back, in which security tag was not properly taken out by their staff members at the time of purchase. We are unable to understand why they are not recognised it at the time of purchase. Now they miss behave. Even they not check their camera in which it is clear that the child came with particular pant, and the started to blame that we have stolen that pant. Sales person say that particular barcode shows pant is old. If anybody see the particular pant it is clear that pant is not brand new. But without thinking anything they blame us. We want justice for wrong allegation.

                                      I have complained to Future pay For refund of my money Rs. 5000.00 from Future pay Central wallet on 18/03/2019.
                                      Customer care assure me to refund of my money within 3working day. But money not refunded to my account.
                                      After that I am calling daily to customer care executive of future pay for my money and they assure me to refund is in process and will process till next day. I am daily calling customer care executive from 18th March to till today and every day they told that refund is in process and money will transfer within 24 hours, but till now money not refund to my account.
                                      I have e-mailed also to customer care 4 ti5 times but only auto reply answer came for your complain is in process but they not resolve my issue.
                                      Till now more that 2 weeks passed but money not refund by future pay central wallet.
                                      So request you to please do the needful so that my money Rs. 5000.00 will refund by future pay central wallet.

                                      I thing Future didn’t want to refund my money..
                                      I have called Costner care many times daily and more than 3weeks already completed and every times they tell we have refund your money but till now money not refund by future pay.

                                      Please do the needful...

                                        Don't ever go to big bazar birati. I have been a regular customer of big bazar various branches but the worst is the big bazar birati. There is a manager named mr. Mainak who has always been rude to his customer's. He opens the cartoons of the refine oil boxes (Pack of 12) and put various items inside it and allows the security guards to allow the shopkeepers to take the boxes outside, when we asked the security why is he allowing the customer to take so many cartoons that too without checking when we (Other customers) are being harassed by you not to take the cartoon outside, his clear words were "eta bar korar permission mainak sir diye che". When we insisted him to at least check the boxes he clearly refused it. When we asked mr. Mainak why is he doing such unethical thing, why is he harnessing other genuine customer's (The senior citizens, pregnant ladies, one with infants) when he is himself allowing shopkeepers to steal things from big bazar, he clearly told "apna der maal return kore din, ekhan thike kinte hobe na." when we asked him to return the money he even refused to return the money. We have taken the full video of all this. Please take action against this.

                                        I had greivenance which was booked 2 times in big bazar ambala but yet action was initiated [protected]
                                        I was buy some shirts from bigbazar chandrapur, but i was refund it but they didn't gave me refund of my money.it already 8 days completed.
                                        So please help me asap
                                        5 times raised complaint about the noise on my bed which I purchased from home town still awaiting for resolution.
