On wednesday 27feb2019 evening my upi i'd was charged 5 times for 1 transaction coz of your cashier..

When i asked your customer service team they said i'll get a reversal in 2-3days..

Amount 1367/- debited 5times on bill numbers 87129

Icici asked to contact big bazaar but no one answered their customer care call

I need the refund for the 4 failed transaction

    Extremely dissatisfying experience. There are long queues at the billing counters. Apparel for apparel coupon usage require one bill for each apparel, resulting in huge wastage of time as well as papers. The rs 100 coupon against shirt for shirt not operative, reduces only 75 percent. 2 sets of items purchased on buy 2 get 1 condition malfunctioning. Took one hour to complete billing.

      I have purchased vip trolly bag on 20 jan 2019. But somehow the big bazaar bill is missing. So i want duplicate bill. So i went to big bazar customer care, pune where i was purchased this vip bag. I show them online transaction receipt also no return on warranty card. But it can't help. They can not give me duplicate bill recipient.
      No written on warranty card is 10|6404.

        I have buyed muscleblaze multivitamin from big bazar agra on 26/02/2019 memo no. 0007528.,, ch: 400909,, tax invoice no. [protected], i didnt notice at that time that the upper seal is close with plastic tape i think it must be for extra precaution but when i came home and opened it i found that the seal is cracked and tape is used to cover it and inner seal is broken and there are only 40 tablets in the box instead of 60, this is a pure theft, i am a regular customer of big bazar, my faith on big bazar is very much affected after this incident, how can i beleive that the products i buy from there are safe or fresh, please check this incident properly i want a full refund for this. Please take some serious step against the person who did this. I am sending the bill and box photo, please contact me on [protected] after the proper action taken against the thief because this all is done by the person working in big bazar. These employees are a shame to your reputated organisation.

          With due respect i want to state that in the month of july 2017, i
          Visited big bazaar, elante mall, chandigarh and bought some articles
          And stood for billing in the que.
          At that moment one of your sales executive come and asking me about
          For your big bazaar profit club card. He told me that if i make/buy a
          Card for rs.5000/- of our company i. E. Big bazaar, give me
          Rs.6000/- for purchasing, and he insisted me to buy one. Then i got
          Ready to make a card for rs.5000/-. Then he took me to the main
          Counter and got a card no. [protected] of rs.5000/- made/baught after
          Fulfill the formalities. When i again came to the que for payment of
          My purchasing then i came to know that only rs.500/- will be adjusted
          Against my purchasing. On asking from cashier he said only rs.500/-
          Will be adjusted on every month from your card. I asked them if i do
          Not buy in any month, then they said if you do not buy in any month
          The amount will be added on every month, you may purchase for entire
          Amount which will be added.
          I came to big bazaar time to time and purchase some articles, the
          Amount which was added i did spend. But for some months i could not go
          To the big bazaar for purchasing.
          On sunday i. E. On 03.02.2019, i visited big bazaar at elante mall,
          Chandigarh and purchased some articles, when i went to the billing
          Counter and the cashier told me that there is no balance in your card.
          On enquiring from the main counter, the executive told me that your
          Remaining rs.1600/- has been forfeited due to expiry of the card. I
          Asked him there is neither mentioned expiry date on the card nor had
          Been told by the executive on issuing the card.
          Now. It is therefore, my humble submission to kindly be awarded to refund my balance amount i. E. Rs.1600/- from bigbazaar profit club.

            My name is hashim mohammad ali and i am a future group customer (Big bazaar/brand factory). Every month i purchase groceries from sealdah big bazaar store and get some amount in future pay wallet (As per the offer) to use in next shopping. Today (28/2/2019) had a very bad experience. I have attached a photo of vicky chowdhury who denied my brother to redeem future pay wallet amount and misbehaved with him. He said mobile phone is necessary to be there in store to redeem future pay amount. My question is if the future pay wallet is secured with an otp with registered mobile number then why mobile phone is necessary at the time of purchase. I appreciate if you reply me back as soon as possible.

              Your customer executive is shameless not to get in to the complaint therefore,
              Please set up enquiry to know how your executives have handled it. Request to take most urgent panel for arrogant and shameless executives as per following:

              When i purchased the sofa i never thought that home town will supply me poorest quality of sofa. Thereafter game will start by your executives which is fraud and cheating.
              Are aware of the fact that your executiv from noida gave a call and confirmed me that my sofa will be replaced but i have pay rs.2000 for transport. It is horrible to know this that your company has become so poor that i have to pay transportation charges??
              Your company's incharge tripathy tell me that he will repair the sofa and revert back to me in next 24 hours. It is already 5 days but no response. Why are you employing your employees who are totally customer unfriendly and liars?
              I regret to inform you that your customer executive is so loyal to your company that she is ready to respond in manipulative manner without going in merit of the problem. If you do not check them, then the day is not far when she will also do fraud and cheating. It is matter of surprise that illiterate tailor of your company decides the quality of sofa without knowing a, b, c, d of the quality of sofa.
              The executive responding does not know that the sofa was replaced twice due to worst quality of sofa supplied.
              The sofa supplied on third occasion was fabricated with further poorer quality of material and upper & lower materials were of different materials which is totally wrong. Surprisingly even both upper parts of both the sofas were having different materials. Does this is known to any of your staff? This fact shall be verified from a qualified employee of your company.
              The above fact was shared with mr. Sarkar, the then i/c of ncr region who offered me to change the sofa with another design. I along with my wife visited your showroom in great india place mall but found that all sofas available at that time were of large size which my house could not have accommodated in space, however he convinced me, to carry on the sofa which will be replaced by a sofa suitable to my home space.
              Your executive claims that sofa the guarantee period is one year. How silly is to write like this without understanding the problem and background. Such employees are liability who take decision without understanding the merit of complaint.
              I was verbally told that the sofa has life guarantee contrary to declaration of your executive. Your executive could not show any guarantee clause signed by me in support of her claim.
              I had requested to your ncr i/c to visit my home and verify the facts of quality but as highly irresponsible person he choice to send a person with tailor background against my serious complaint which involves
              Poorest quality of sofa
              Replacement already done due to worst quality of sofa
              The quality is not assessed now by a proper person
              Responses are being given without knowing the issue of the problem and not taken actions in spite of seriousness.
              I as customer has undergone tremendous harassment
              I view of above you are requested to get the complaint investigated by a proper person and refund the cost of sofa

                On 25.2.2019 i purchased 1.69 kg carrots. The display price was rs 9/.
                I was billed rs 60.84.
                On 26.2.2019, i purchased 0.74 kg. The display price was rs 10/.
                The bill was rs 7.40.
                On enquiry, i am told the price of carrots was rs 9/. Per 250 gm on 25.2.2019 and rs 10/. Per kg on 26.2.2019.
                This is downright misleading and tantamount to cheating.

                  Easy day kundli, haryana branch deserves worst most customer service, executives working over there are more nerdy and taking customers precious time, things are unorganised ever since they started, how long the queue is they never bother only one counter for billing, 2 others are idle. They never take their job serious,.. Must need an action... No value for customer and their time,, very lazy executives cracking jokes and wasting time when customers rushing for billing...

                    Store - big bazaar, ambuja mall, raipur, chhattisgarh.

                    Today this store manager amit, cashier kanhaiya, and floor manager refused to apply easyday club membership card in my bill along with coupon.

                    Other big bazaar stores in the city and outside the state have no issues in this. This particular store refused to apply.

                    It was around 10.30pm or i would have called customer care regarding this.

                    The manager said we will not apply in any case if you want put the bill or you may go. So i left all the products and i left the store.

                    I also showed the previous bill of other big bazaar where the card is also applied, still they refused to put the bill.

                    I asked the question if other big bazaar does it, what's the problem? They said that they don't know about other big bazaar, they will not apply the card.

                    I also enquired regarding this previously with customer care, they said you can apply the discounts.

                    I'm totally disappointed with you all and this created a bad impact on big bazaar, because of membership we shop at big bazaar and easy day stores, and you are refusing it. You wasted my time. If this happens again i will stop visiting big bazaar.

                    Kindly take necessary actions regarding the issue

                      Today i visited big bazar diamond plaza kolkata mall store in the evening and choose three shirts of dj&c shirts. The shirts we're in display mode duly tucked up in the racks. To check both size fit and looks as i approached the trial room, i was restricted by the trial room attendant saying that trial of those shirts are not allowed and only for size fit hanging shirts of the same company is for trial. I was completely surprised and the djnc counter sales person also reiterated the same point. I had been a regular visitor and buyer of big bazar and if this future group.in other big and named shopping stores, viz., pantaloons, shopper stop, trends, etc. Never holds such views and apart from only white and light colour shirts /garments all are allowed for trial despite being high costs. None of the stores ever raised such silly and erratic statements. Immediately i dropped my wish to buy 4/5 garments today for such meaningless and unacceptable views. Going forward i would restrict myself from visiting the store. It's very painful from a store widely known to all and which is a household name.

                        Please increase the no of billing counter at big bazar inderlok delhi.
                        As a customer, i have to stand in queue for more than 30 mins. I took only 15 mins for shopping but it takes more than 30 mins.in billing.
                        Please increase the no of billing conuter in inderlok big bazar store. Its an irritating process while it takes too much time

                          Today we went to fbb kanchiguda hyderabad for shopping. We selected some formal shirts there and went for trial. But the staff over there stopped my husband saying that "we can not try the shirts as their manager does not allow beause that were new arrivals". After that when we asked for trial pieces in same pattern which we hv selected they gave us completely different shirts saying that "size to ek hi rahata he". But how can we select a shirt by trying completely different one.
                          After that we waited almost for an hour for getting trial pieces in same patteren but staff even didnot responded us.
                          We are very disappointed and hurt with the behavior of staff. Many times we shop at big bazar but we are treated like we r getting free service. We felt very insulted there.

                          This was worst experience at fbb.

                            I am a customer of big bazar. Today at 3:05, i was at the billing counter. When my pervious customer's bill conpketed, the billing assistant left the counter suddenly without informing. I had train at 3.15 pm. So i requested the next counter for my bill as i had only 1 item, but he refused to do so and told me to left my item. I did that so that i can catch my train.

                              I am a regular customer of big bazar. I guess you people really need to improve cusromer service of sree bhumi, kolkata branch. I took my groceries and it was meant to be home delivered. But still 27 days passed but still i did not get my purchased item to my delivery address. When i enquired about it they said that they will deliver it soon. Its going to be one week and it hasnt arrived yet. I did not expected this from big bazar. Very disappointed.

                                I have sent one mail to [protected]@futurepay.co.in on 16/02/19 regarding my complaint on not receiving cashback and again i sent them reminder on 18/02/19 but no response yet.

                                To my surprise, the representative who are sitting at call centres, they are just unaware of anything, they simply says "we do not access, please write us an email" because they know, no body is going to reply to us.

                                Should i escalate this matter in consumer forum?

                                I will be waiting for reply till 4 pm today and then i will raise this issue further.

                                  I have shopping fashion appliance on dated 03/02/2019 but by mistake through cash counter mob no has entered in my bill is [protected] but my actual number is [protected] so that still i have not received any cashback offer, i have also complained to customer care and he generate a ticket no. Fp[protected] dated on 06/02/2019 regarding above complain he said me share my bill details. So i am sending you bill copy of this mail attachment.
                                  After long time still i have not receive any kind of response from futurepay. While i am contacting with costumer support, they take time of 48 hrs to resolve the problem but they never short-out any time since last 15 days

                                    Sir/madam
                                    This is to inform you that i have canceled my card on 26 jan 2019, of worth rs. 5100/-. But now from that, i haven't got any refund of the same. I have visited a couple of time to the store. But they give me some silly excuses, its in process kindly wait for 15 to 20 days. At the time of purchasing the card, they have got all the modes of payment, but at the time of refund kindly wait for as long as. Even the time of purchase of card, they are in a big hurry to complete there targets, even they haven't tell any terms and condition for the same. So please help me in the same.

                                      I have brought koreyo trimmer in Big Bazaar on 7th feb19 but it was not working properly so I asked customer care to return it by giving credit note but Mr.prabhakar (manager) told me a new policy that electronics can be exchanged within 48hrs from the day of purchase. In any bill of Big Bazaar it's mentioned clearly that if product or goods are not satisfactory it can be exchanged within 15days of purchase. There is no exception for any electronic items. They use to convince us alot for buying product but once you take it they behave with you like nobody.

                                      Actually I have purchased some cloths and mommy pako pants ..I paid by future pay money of mommy pako pants bill and remaining bill I paid by my credit card .now and they are cut bills from both the side..now I want duplicate bill
