We had purchased an admiral from them on 22-3-17, they said we will receive product by 24-4-17, it was my marriage so I needed it,
But when we did not receive, we started calling them, to which they said, it is getting delayed and after calling them 5-6 times, they finally said their entire lot got cancelled so they can not deliver that product,
When we asked about our refund, they said the same day it will come,
After visiting them 4-5 times, still I have not received my money, they are saying to contact customer care, customercare people say to contact gurgaon ambience store, from where we had purchased.
It is a total harassment .

    Big bazar profit club card no. [protected] purchased from diamond plaza dum dum branch. Card has expired. Balance amount refund is denied by the branch. I was told that money will be refunded automatically to my account of money remains in card after validity period. But now, mr. Raju koley the loyality dept head is very adamant that i have to produce single account holder cancelled cheque and pan card for refund. I was not informed of any of theses conditions verbally or written about documents at time of card purchase. He is not accepting my salary account cheque as it is joint account. Also my pan card is in my maiden name. Yours is a bis organisation and such petty theft is not acceptable as it leaves the customer feeling cheated. Kindly do needful so that i get my refund without hassles.

      I have bought presto 6 seater dining table[protected] and presto dining chair set of[protected] order no [protected] and invoice no 94015978 from hometown store of mani square mall at kolkata but i am extremely disappointed to see the finishing quality of the products. Product was delivered on 28.04.2017 but the fabric on the chairs are already coming out and wooden lining on the legs of the table are also coming out. Kindly look into this on priority else i will have to take the help of consumer court.

            I have purchased 3 belts on 27 4 2015 around 4:00 pm at big baazar tarnaka, hyd. I have later realised that i purchased belts of smaller size and wish to exchange them. I have all the three products in their true shape and size along with the price tags but somehow misplaced my bill.

              A bed was ordered on 25th of march and was delivered on 26th of april. Then called for installation so finally after 6 days a man came. When opered the wrapped bed fitting some fittings were missing and broken. Finally installation again delayed and the people in hometown some "Raval" and " deepak srivastva" dint even bother to pick the call. Its my first n last shopping with hometown with such a bad sorry worst experience and would suggest u all not to go with hometown. Hopeless. 0 stars.

He use to start man handling with the customers. He use to say no one has authortiy in the company to remove me you may make complaint to any one in the company.                   Hi, i already have called big bazaar and been to the store several times. Complaint numver logged with future pay is 7141593 on 5th april 2017 and since then i have been listening to their fake promises to initiate refund in 24-48 working hours. Been waiting for the refund ever since. I don't know who to approach now or what to do, perhaps complaining to police for a fraud is the only thing left to do now.

                      I am bloody angry at the staff of kstar mall big bazaar chembur. The staff do not have courtesy to talk. There was the head Mr. Nadeem who spoke very rough. I gave him the GV and he refused to acknowledge and then when he tried to swipe it said the card is not activated and told me to pay cash or empty the contents from the bag into the trolley and leave.                         I loaded an amount of rs.2430 on 23rd january'17. And as per the ongoing offer then, you were about to refund me rs.400 (Rs.100 each month starting from the next month i. E. February). So i should have got rs.100 cashback in my future pay wallet in the month of february, march and april which you did not.

                        Now you say "we are sorry to inform you that as you have reported us late to us for you concern so we are not able to process back dated cash back amount."
                        This is april and you can never say i am late to inform you the matter. Till the month of april i should have got the cashback.

                        Now i think this is just a business action that you took to fool your customers. You did the mess and now you say you cannot process the backdated cash amount.

                        And please reopen the ticket. I don't know how can you close a ticket without the resolution. If you cannot reopen that ticket plesae create a new duplicate ticket.

                          I purchased 3+2+1 recliner sofa and a centre table from hometown in noida (The great india place) on 21-feb-2017. After numerous follow-up and several visits to the store, the item was partially delivered (3+1 sofa and centre table) on 16-arril-2017, even though it was partially delivered, they did not install the items completely and the centre table is still packed as it is.
                          There is nobody who owns any responsibility at the store and are generally very rule in dealing with the customer. I believe this is because i have made full payment in advance.

                            I received gift vouchers for HomeTown worth Rs. 15000 on Oct 20, 2016. Last date is April 20, 2017. On visiting HomeTown store on April 8, 2017 in Mantri Square, Bangalore, we were informed that the vouchers are not being applied due to an error that says these are invalid. I've been following up with store staff but they have no resolution. Also tried at Marathalli store, same response. Last date has passed now. Checked on this site as well and it said vouchers are active and to be redeemed - http://www.futurebazaar.com/showWelcome

                            How can I use these vouchers now?? It's a loss of 15K. Please resolve this issue and allow me to use these vouchers. (I've attached one voucher number for your reference - screenshot from email)

                                This is third time i am facing issues on my purchases from big bazar. All these issues are due to your staff mistakes.

                                This is 11 pm right now and writing this complain from your aditya mall store, today i purchased crockery items in bulk, when i checked all items at home, i found counter person has charged for 66 plates instead of 6. I came back to this store and currently waiting as your staff doing some process to resolve this.

                                This instance is very frustrating as i am waiting from last 30 minutes late night in your store, based on earlier instances and today instance, i am planning to stop purchasing from big bazar.

                                Please provide better training to your staff else your reputed name will be demise soon in this area.

                                I have not subscribed any service or purchased anything from big bazar but i am getting promotional sms form big bazar
                                Even i tryed sendng sms dealz no to 575758 more then 5 6 times to unsubscribe but it dosent work and i also cost me 3Rs ps sms

                                  Every day i am getting the unnecessary promotional offer SMS from big bazaar. i don't wish to receive those type of SMS alerts. So please stop it immediately. I was actived DND service on my mobile many years back. But i am receiving sms from big bazaar from past few week.

                                  I want to cut it down from your side. i don't want the solution like "sending a SMS mentioning "DEALZ NO" to 575758." I send "DEALZ NO" to 575758 but received return sms from 57575 invalid key words.

                                    I have purchased for Rs.6767.00 vide inv# 61637 Batch# 000761 today from Bigbazaar Velacherry . The billing person has forgotten to recharge my T24 mobine eventhough i reminded him in advance .

                                    the customer care in the shop could not help me. i have left the number with the billing counter . I am not sure whether it will be done. I request the concerned authorities to look into this.

                                      I had purchased Golden Harvest's Premium 1KG Suji Rava from your Big Bazaar located in Gwalior, M.P. on 14 March 2017(See screenshot for transaction details).
                                      Today i.e. on 13/4/17 I opened this Packet to use it.
                                      Upon opening I found that it contains many Worms(Ghun) in it.
                                      I cannot expect such Carelessness from such Big Brands like Future Consumer Group and Big Bazaar.

                                      I tried sending DEALZ NO to 575758 to stop getting promotional SMSs from BIG BAZAAR. Rs 3 were deducted from my balance & i got the message DEALZ is an invalid keyword.'Please stop this nonsense ?
                                      Otherwise I have to take this matter to district forum for further action.

                                        Big bazaar kandivali east branch does not accept sodexo coupons for oil and sugar. As per sodexo executive, sodexo can be used to buy any sort of food items. This branch accepts sodexo for all the other food items. Every time my mom goes to big bazaar they refuse to accept sodexo coupons for oil and sugar.

                                        Need a clarification on why is this happening?
