We had purchased an admiral from them on 22-3-17, they said we will receive product by 24-4-17, it was my marriage so I needed it,
But when we did not receive, we started calling them, to which they said, it is getting delayed and after calling them 5-6 times, they finally said their entire lot got cancelled so they can not deliver that product,
When we asked about our refund, they said the same day it will come,
After visiting them 4-5 times, still I have not received my money, they are saying to contact customer care, customercare people say to contact gurgaon ambience store, from where we had purchased.
It is a total harassment .
