    I am Shilpashree. I placed an order of 49 items with BIG BASKET.com, online and have paid the whole bill money through online transfer. THey were supposed to deliver the order on Sunday (13-Nov-2016) between 7:30 - 10.00 PM. THey failed to do so stating that they had missed including my order details in their final reports.
    Upon chatting with them on Facebook on Monday (14-Nov-2016) in the morning, One lady Tialaka called me at 2:00 PM saying the order will be delivered today (14-Nov-2016) between 5:00 - 7:30 pm. THey failed to so by calling me again saying that the order will be delivered on Wednesday evening.
    THis is horrible and horrendous customer service.
    I need my money back transferred to my bank account and not to their big basket wallet. I do not want to order anythign from them anymore.

      My delivery is scheduled on 13 Nov 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM,
      But still I didnt got the delivery yet. The delivery boy from Ruby Kolkata came and called me and I waited for him around 30 min, but then without delivering, he left away. I gave the online payment yesterday only but because of this stupid big basket service, i am just saying that Big basket is the worst service provider. When I am calling the delivery boy he is not receiving the phone and just ignoring. Is this the service that you all give and advertise in TV.

        I placed an BPO[protected] on 13th Nov 2016 before 12 pm, paid online and bigbasket schedule to deliver between 7:30 pm ~ 10:00 pm same day.

        When i called customer care up at 9:00pm to check status they informed it will delivered a day after next.
        I asked why i wasn't informed about it ?(when bigbasket already has a registered email and cell number) They simply replied "sorry".

        This is really frustrating as i need to call up and ask after waiting long and then receive a reply "sorry". At the next, they started several excuses - vehicle breakdown, mobile not reachable, no adequate staff...blah blah.

          paid online for the same.it was marked as express delivery but when I did not receive it ..I checked the status and it shows delivered.I called up multiple times in big basket but got no remedy ..I am so disappointed by the service.this shows the careless attitude of the delivery person who do no deliver times for which payment has already been made.

            I order 6 product from big basket on 3oct 2016, then send me msg to delivery it on 5 of evening. Just before few hour of delivery time they call me and tell me we have only 3 thing out of 6 product you order. So I cancelled the order and tell them to refund my money. Then I receive another call on the same day and said that they deduce money from my bigbasket account wallet and I will get my money in my bank account in next 7 days.
            After 15 October 2016 I make them 9 longs call on [protected], I talk to them very politely, 4 time after long call they put me on hold and cut the call, rest 5 times they told me to resolved the problem in next 24 hr... Last call they said write a mail to us... So I write few mails ... But no reply...

              Bigg basket conducted a contest in Twitter and Facebook .which I took part and won a iphone6 .I submitted my details and they registered & Confirmed my details in twitter .they even said I'll get the phone in 20days .moreover they called to my phone no. and confirmed .after all these confirmation's. I didn't got my phone .when upon constantly poking them with questions they replied that prize is delivered .but I didn't received .they sent screenshot from Facebook. someone fraud temporarily changed his name and profile pic of his account .identical to mine .and sent the phone to His address in mumbai .after all those confirmation and steps .why did they sent to an account which never posted a entry to ther contest .when I was in touch with them in twitter. why did they sent it to a account in Facebook .even they didn't cared to ask for I'd proof .they just sent it .when I asked about all these .they behaving that am the fake one .upon submitting all the id proof n evidence that am the genuine one .they stopped responding to me and ignoring me .I worked hard to win that contest .I did all efforts but they rewarded a fraud .no steps are been taken to recover phone from the fraud .they slammed me that am the fraud and using multiple account to extract prize from them .oh my God why did this happen to me .kindly help me bring these issue to concerned people who can help me .I have all the evidence to back my side . help me somebody .plz

                I have placed an order with bigbasket on 8th november. It was supposed to be delivered by 9th nov, but it wasn't delivered.
                When i checked the order status, it shows delivered. I tried calling their customer care department 5 times, but there's no action from their side. Every time they've been saying that they'll get back in 15 mins, but never got any call from them.
                I neither received the order nor got the money refunded.
                This is the worst ever experience i had in online shopping.

                Please take an action against these kind of sites who just cheat customers in the name of serving people. They don't care for their customers at all.

                  This is ridiculous..I have had multiple order failures due to this reasons before. For this reason I have stopped ordering from you have have gone to our local superhero Delybazzar. Being such a small service provider, they deliver goods without any hassle.

                  I have been called by you complaints department couple of times and was convinced that the issues I faced earlier was sorted and if I place the order again, I will have no problems but what a shamble, Bigbasket has set me down once again.

                  What I need :

                  1) Why was the amount credited to my BB wallet ? Will that lay eggs ? I want te refund to my bank within 2 days or else I will go to he small claims court.

                  2) After I get my refund, I don't want any promotional email or any call backs from your complaints department giving me a false promise again.

                  What I will do :

                  1) I will uninstall the app from my system and never ever order from your company. Moreover I will make sure publish this story in every social media and educate people around my locality including my office colleagues not to trust you.

                  What Big Basket need :

                  1) Instead of making SRK your brand ambassador, you need to invest more no you customer service. People promising me firm Bangalore call center and people of Kolkata office making sure to break them. Zero co ordination.

                  2) I have been you customer from the initial days when you started operation in Kolkata. That point I got the delivery why not now. Are you people expanding or downsizing ??

                  3) If you are not able to provide services to these areas any more, why are we able to issue the orders. We should have been stopped from your system at the time of placing the order.

                  Big Basket, make you schemes of things right and I expect a logical response and not any canned reply which you have provided me earlier...

                    We received expiry date product (impression cheese ricotta 209 gm) (order id bmfo[protected] mumbai central... ur department promised to deliver new on today morning but no one came.. again i informed then in the evening today, they brought glucose biscuit instead of ricotta cheese... i returned the product... what the hell going on... the worst experience i had... still waiting for my product to come... i have lost 50 rupees for calling and talking to them in phonic conversation and product price is 145 rupees.

                      I've placed an order with BigBasket on 8th November to deliver on 9th November 2016. Initially I have opted for Cash on delivery option. Time slot of delivery was opted between 7.00 AM to 9.30 AM. However order was not delivered till 9.45 AM so I left for the office and called BigBasket’s call center to shift order to 10th November between 7.00 AM to 9.30 AM slots. Call center person confirmed that he has moved the order delivery to next day.

                      As India Government has announced demonetization of Rs 1000 and Rs 500 notes to avoid hiccup and in good faith I processed on line payment towards order around 11.30 AM for entire order amount.

                      In mean while around 10.00 to 11.00 AM on 9th November, BigBasket delivered entire order at my place. I was not there at home during that time and my parents accepted the order and made payment (Rs.5875) to the delivery boy.

                      Now, BigBasket team is making a false statements that delivery boy did not collected cash at the time of delivering order. If you will check the records order was delivered between 10.00 AM and 11.00 AM and I've processed online payment around 11.40 AM. No one will deliver the order without collecting cash under cash on delivery option.

                      I would appreciate if you could please look into this and get BigBasket to refund my money (Rs. 5875).

                        What kind of service is big basket offering. From the morning I am getting calls that we are arranging your order delivery. It has been thrice that I am facing this issue. Really shocked that now they have cancelled it. I need to escalate the matter now. No other online grocery sites creates so much of problem. I want to contact to Mr. Hari Menon for all the poor services but don't have any email Id in the internet, so I am now thinking to drop him a LinkedIn message.

                          Please be informed that BigBasket.com is repeatedly missing orders. Above order no. was missed today, similarly they missed yesterday's delivery too. And this is quite alarming.

                          Even they are not replying to the emails too.

                          If not delivered today. I have asked them to send their registered office address so that I can send you a written communication through speed post.

                          I asked them to arrange immediate conference call with the delivery boy through email which they does in case they have good intentions, but they have failed to arrange a callback too.

                          This is something not acceptable and I believe it's mischievous as this is happening time and again. Very sorry to inform you that I am not going to spare them, I feel they are using public money by taking the orders from consumers bank account, keeping the money in their wallet interest free for long time. They have a zero customer service and big zero customer oriented e-commerce portal.

                          I will not relent until I get the justice.

                          This is a very serious offense. And an immediate FIR will be lodged u/s 420 of IPC against BigBasket.com management. Please mind it.

                            We had ordered meat ( chicken wings and prawns) and vegetables (sweet corn, banana stem, French beans) which was delivered around 12 on 8th Nov 2016,

                            When opened, chicken was yellow and stinging very badly, prawns were stale, vegetables were too old stock and got another variety of corn instead of sweet corn

                              Delivery slot provided for today (4.11.16) between 9:30 am to 12:00 pm. however received a call at 12:35 pm that the order is cancelled due to heavy traffic. the order has been scheduled for tomorrow between 7:30 pm to 10:00 pm.
                              I am totally disappointed by cancelling the order and delaying it by one day, also not informing in advance about delaying the delivery. such delay is not the first time by bigbasket, it has once happened in the past.

                              In future i will not place order with bigbasket and move over to other vendor. i will not be able to recommend bigbasket to others.

                                Dear customer head,

                                I would like to draw your kind attention that the bigbasket delivered the above mentioned order today i. E. 02.11.2016 at my residence c-83 to my family.

                                On checking of the goods delivered, it comes to my knowledge that one of item i. E. "mother dairy cream" has already been expired. "best before120days from manufacture" mentioned on the packet & manufacture date damaged shows as 07/2016. The bigbasket people's intentionally damaged the manufacturing date & delivered it at my home. Really very serious issues on consumer point of view for such a small value of rs. 169/- (Snap shots of the product already sent to you yesterday).

                                It shows that such a big brand supplier i. E. Bigbasket not so much serious about their services before delivery it to customers.

                                In view of above mentioned circumstances, the top level executives of bigbasket are requested to kindly do the needful immediately under intimation to me in writing that why not legal action should be taken against bigbasket under the consumer protection act.

                                Wtf? i even used my gps location for order. if it wasn't in your serviceable then why the hell you accepted it at first place? if you cant deliver to my pin code then just remove it from your database. and refund money next day not after one week. my pin code is 410208 and its in taloja navi mumbai, 15 minutes from kharghar.

                                  I ordered 2 soul olive oil pickle of green chilly and red chilly with 4 pkt of maggie noodles. when the product came i realized that the smell coming up from green chilly pickle is not good, it smell worse when i tasted the product it was not good because its an expiry product. its not about the money which i spend, its all about trust.in future i will never order a product from your website and will never ever recommend you to my friends and i will make sure that i will mention the same on social networking websites as well to aware them.

                                    I placed an order yesterday (i.e 27th October, 2016) with the order no. 17334962, for which the delivery slot was allotted as 7:00 pm to 9:30 pm but my order doesn't only get delivered but also got cancelled by the Bigbasket Team. When I called them on their customer care number today (i.e 28th October, 2016) in the morning, so they were unable to justify the reason for the cancellation of my order and also I requested them to transfer my call to the supervisor but they informed me that the supervisor is busy right now and will call you back within 1 hour but I didn't received any call and they did it twice in the same day.

                                      We are getting material in different shipments and also facing the difficulties in taking deliveries and making payments.
                                      One - time schedules
                                      Second - making payments as delivery boy is keeping change. Card payments having concern on the chip cards only. Then, issue is limitations on available cards.

                                        On 17th Oct we ordered, we got the vegetables and fruits on 18th and those were well below expectation of average quality and standard, out of those there were 4 items which were not usable and requested for replacement, we got those which were again very old and not usable and less quality wise then what was supplied at first instance.

                                        We are customer with Big-basket for last more than 1 year and we are trying every quarter and finding that quality has deteriorated day by day and now taken decision to disqualify this website and even spread the same with all family and friend group.

                                        Advertisement done by Shahrukh Khan is totally meaning less.

                                        Hope some one at senior level look into this and see how best can be done at least in Pune region, I am not sure about other.
