I am the regular customer of bigbasket. 06th March, I received my order including boiled rice. When I saw the rice, I thought why it is very yellow colored. But, I satisfied with company name.

07th March my wife cooked the rice, that time very bad smell producing the rice. That time we switched of the gas stove and poured the rice into swage canal.

I very much felt out about this bigbasket company.

How to accept his product quality promise.

    I ordered few groceries on 2nd march 2016 however till date i have not received my order and the status on Bigbasket.com shows that it has been delivered. It seems to be a big cheating network. I would like to report the same and please take all possible action

      I placed an order with them on 3rd of march which i asked them to cancel and placed a fresh order..but they cancelled the second order too...After several complaints they agreed to send the products by 7-9.30pm on 5th of march.

      I received a call at 10.45 at night on 5th asking for my address by the delivery person, i sent them back stating that its too late for me to accept it.

      Then next day i complained about this to the bb team and they placed another other with only few products in my list and scheduled the delivery again in 7-9.30pm on 6th..I saw the mail and warned them that my order is incomplete and also make the sure the delivey person reaches on time..And today i get a call around 10.30...Now they are not refunding money back to the source(only BB wallet)

        It seems the Big Basket Team has getting irresponsible month on month .

        i have never expected the BB has started cheating the customers .Inspite of the fact i am regular customer .

        On 1st March 16 i placed an order BDVO[protected] were in i have placed order of 1 packed McCain Potato Cheese Shotz - Crunchy Nuggets Of Potateos & Cheese 400 gm of price 180 /- but in place of this i am delivered the product Mc Cain Vegiee Finger of price 95/- .

        when i called the customer care today i am told we cannot help us out ??? as the u have opened the packet,
        i am unable to understand were is my fault as my maid opened the packet as shee was not aware .

        i need the resolution of the problem .

        else i need to action for the cheating .

            I'm a regular customer of big basket and I hv been noticing how spoiled vegetables they deliver most of the times but we're ignoring since it's handy n easy to get the things right @ the doorstep.But today it's just gone out of my mind and I was really shocked! Along with some other things I ordered 1kg grape and I packet was torn and there was probably less than 500 gm of grapes!! I'm writing this to notify to the concern hoping for a solution to this. If you guys r continue doing this I'm sure company will be on a toss very soon!

              We ordered 18 items on Monday early morning and scheduled to come on Wednesday evening -7:30 - 10:00 instead of Tuesday morning because we work the nights . Because of high call volume i couldn't get connected to their customer service and the delivery did not happen. I received an email after 11:30 pm Wednesday that the delivery is scheduled for next day- Thursday morning- 7:30 to 9:30. They also modified my order by cancelling around 7 items. I also didn't receive any proper response through the communication hub, the window they have as chat response. Even though a ticket was created as 5436520, i didn't receive any resolution from it.
              The delivery was not made even on Thursday morning, and on the call made to customer service, i requested them for full refund and cancellation of my order. Instead the executive assured that with her team's confirmation they can deliver by same day evening. The reason for not delivering in the morning was the products are out of stock(veggies).But the App was still not showing any out of stock sign on the products when i checked for new order the same time.
              And even 3rd time they didn't deliver, said instead all the products are not in good condition, so cannot deliver until Sunday.

              But with my experience it is evident that 2 out of their 3 moto is absolutely deceiving.
              They were happy to cancel my order by the end of Thursday and till the end no courtesy email was drafted to me.

                Made an order for almost 4000 bugs which included some of party stuff, order was suppose to be delivered 7:30pm called, till 7:30 no one called back so had to call there customer care who said its delayed and the guy is like 2 km from my place said will be there in 15-20 min i was like ok that fine. till 8 no call no delivery called back again guy said sorry sir its delayed will be there by 8:45 pm i am making a promise and all those nonsense .again no delivery called again at 9pm spoke to supervisor said will track the delivery and call me back in 5 min same story no call back done .. had to call again and there were my friends sitting hungry so finally called at 9:30 pm spoke to mithesh ask him to cancel the order he said upon cancellation i have to wait for 7-8 days for refund. without knowing some one might be on a budget 4000 rs is the entire months grocery. said to do it anyway he said it can't be done at all at last the entire evening calling them at last, thanks to 24*7 store in delhi atleast i could feed my friends with something.. worst service ..worse then groffer's ... should never buy with these online store's the . the grocery store around the streets are ways better then them.

                  I have ordered ( Prestige Deluxe Plus Baby Handi - Red 2 ltr, quantity 1.00: order 7299408, price - rs 855) on 13th feb 2016 and they accepted the order along with rs 20 delivery charges. They cancelled the order for not supplying in time and moved the money to the wallet (Funds Credited due to Cancellation of order for J-BBFO[protected]. Amount credited for not delivering item) instead of crediting back to my account. Again I placed the order on 1st mar 2016 for the same item using the wallet amount (Prestige Deluxe Plus Baby Handi - Red 2 ltr, quantity 1.00: order 7830393). They cancelled it again for the same reason (Funds Credited due to Cancellation of order for J-BBFO[protected]
                  Amount credited for not delivering item ). Now the amount in wallet shows rs 835. I have lost rs 40 now and more over the product i wanted is not received and the money is also not credited back.

                  This is the worst company I have ever seen and they do not care to respond to customers. I have requested for the refund but it is not happening.

                  Please help me in this regard.

                    Wrt OrderID: BCVO[protected], I've not received RedLabel worth of 95/-. For this i made a call to the customer care twice, once during the delivery time and later the next day and they have promised that the amount would be refunded into my wallet, and wallet is not updated yet..

                    I payed the complete amount through online and I've received all the products except Red Label. So, i want a refund of the same. Why are you not refunding the amount even after making repeated calls?

                      I have placed three orders on 31st December 2015.I have received one order and cancelled other two orders because of delay in delivery. But I got refund amount for only one order. I have been calling customer care for last 2 months so many times, they always saying that we will check with back-end team and get back to you. But till now there is no resolution. It looks like big basket is not maintaining orders information properly.

                            Very sorry to state that I have ordered fish yesterday night(08/02/16 at 9.08 pm) and the slot available was on 09/02/16 5.00 pm to 7.30pm.
                            The order was not delieverd neither did anyone called me from big basket to inform me about it.
                            Twice i called customer care number [protected] (7.38 pm & 8.40pm ) and both the time i was told that i will get a callback within 10-15 minutes.
                            But i did not receive any call or any other intimation about it.

                            At 10.16 pm 09/02/16, i get a sms that "For items returned by you for order ORDER MBO[protected] Rs 33 has been added to your wallet."
                            But nothing was delievred to me, so how can i return it.

                            Your services are disgusting and the worst part is that the complaints are not acknowledged by you at all.

                                I had placed an order on 3rd feb'16 and had selected time slot for 4th feb'16 5-7pm for the delivery.delivery was not done without any intimation.received an appologies call 8:30pm and promise was given for order to be delivered the next day 7-9AM.Again the same story.no intimation.i callee to check for my order at 10..no track..Akshata personally promised to look into this matter and promised the delivery would take place before 5 pm...no delivery done..
                                No calls..instead in the meantime i received msg of order cancel without my athority.received a call from akshata..she asked to ignore the msgs.
                                Today is 6th feb..15:35 hrs.i have not received the delivery nor the call.

                                  I had ordered certain products from the portal and it was scheduled to be delivered by Sunday 31st Jan, 2016, I had made payment online. They cancelled the order without informing. I requested them to deliver by Tuesday 2nd Feb, 2016 if not possible I would like to cancel entire order, and they committed to do so. I didn't receive any call and they cancelled the order. I called up them next day and inquired about it and they said they will deliver by Thursday 4th Feb, 2016. They again did the same without informing cancelled order and same was repeated on Friday as well. I had to waste my cellphone balance calling them around 20 times and was made to wait for 10-15 minutes on the call. Kindly help me out with which department I need to take this complaint.
                                  I am frustrated with such behavior and wasted my time and peace of mind.

                                    Today i ordered for products worth rs 540, many products were in good condition but one thing im noticing is that from past few months they are intentionally mix rotten vegetables with good one specially in potato&tomato, two of the potato that we received out of 10 were smelling, water was oozing out of them&they were fully black& that is happening with us for past few months and it always happen with vegetables, i dont want to return the products since it is of less than 25 rupees, but i want you (big basket) to know that we order products from big basket so that we get products which are good and because we have confidence in you, but please dont play with our emotions and dont cheat us, because its only you who will be at loss not us.thank you

                                      I had refereed many of my friends and colleges and they have completed their first order above 500 rs, as per the terms and conditions bigbasket have to add 100 rs to wallet for each one but not giving, i called customer support team, they are asking orders ( whome i was refer ) . its not at all correct, how can i ask there order id, for calling customer team i was spent more than 200 rs till date. the wrost service never seen any where . my details are

                                        I ordered items on 24jan.2016 for rs.288 via
                                        order no.Bho[protected] and handed the delivery boy rs.300, instead of returning me the change of rs.12/- he told me that the 12 rupees change he will deposit in my account wallet of big basket and ran away.

                                        It is not a question of rs 12/- but the way he lied and pocketed the money and did not put even 1 paisa in my account is vexing me, i feel cheated, probably he thought i am a senior citizen and i may not report this.

                                        I wonder, to how many people he will be doing this trick by telling he does not have change and the same amount will be deposited in the wallet account of big basket.

                                        This should be stopped. The big basket authorities must return the change back to consumer as they are running such a big super market chains without chains and giving the delivery boys a chance to cheat gullible people and prosper on dishonesty.

                                        Big Basket is the worst company seen so far for online purchase.They provide PATHETIC Service.

                                        I found a coupon in which it was mentioned Rs 250 Off on when purchase done from SBI card (refer the attachment) in the coupon it was clearly written that code is applicable on all SBI DEBIT/CREDIT Card. but after talking to customer care they denied telling that its only applicable on SBI Credit cards.Why to display wrong coupons then???? If hadnt contacted them, i wouldnt have come to know that it is applicable only on credit cards.

                                        I will take this matter to higher authorities and all the possible strict action because this is not the only case i have faced other issues also with big basket.
