Facing worst service in Kolkata Big basket. Order has cancel without intimation. After calling [protected], PPl are less bother to help even given the wrong information. Even call disconnected from big basket end.

I am the regular customer of bigbasket. 06th March, I received my order including boiled rice. When I saw the rice, I thought why it is very yellow colored. But, I satisfied with company name.
