Okay.. this is with regards to account with the registered phone number - [protected].

Did not recieve any of my orders from the 1st of april.. all aorders were cancelled.
example -
4h april - slot selected 7:30-10am..
order gets postponed to 5th, then 6th april.. and at 8pm on the 6th i am told the order is cancelled.

I ask for a paytm account tranfer of all the money blocked in my bigbasket...

I placed the order on 18th apr to get my order in morning 7-9:30 am on 20th. It's already 10:30 and the customer care keeps telling me 20 mins, 10 mins...I have to step out to pick my son from school and I am stupidly waiting for this order. Even if you refund 10% on my order for late delivery (as big basket promised to compensate) it is not going to help me. Also I had placed the order to avail express delivery for 13 orders but everything...

I am thoroughly disappointed with food quality delivered by bigbasket. It has been more than 2 times that bigbasket failed to deliver frozen product in correct frozen temperature like meat and paneer.
Green vegetables are not fresh but yellowish. In this order we are talking about fresh coriander.

These guys trying to play with health of people. For home delivery of products...

Order number dx-bguo[protected] was supposed to be delivered by 10th april through express delivery but was never delivered even after full upfront payment of 267 rupees. I contacted bigbasket customer service several times. They acknowledged with ticket no:6192031 and said they are looking into it. No progress or update for more than 4 days. Very unprofessional service. This merchant is unreliable and definitely not to be trusted with...

Big basket may employ shahrukh khan for their promotions, but one day in your order you will face severe service issues, when you will be delivered rotten tomatoes (Shown in picturea attached); i think big basket wants to kill india by making us eat these rotten tomatoes;

We have placed an order of vegetables (order no-#MPC[protected] on 5th April and its been 4 days since we are waiting for this order to be delivered to us. I am extremely disappointed with the quality of service is being provided to me. During these days we even continuously followed up with customer executive and we got assurances each day. On 6th we got rescheduled to 6th evening, when we contacted on 7th morning it was again rescheduled...

I am a new customer of big basket, but badly disappointed by the services when placing my 2nd order. Order was to be delivered on 6th April (Wed evening: 5pm to 7:30pm slot). but no updates till 7:45pm.
1) i called customer care and was told it will be delivered in next 15-20 mins.

Idhayam mantra oil was charged more than 20rs from the actual MRP. It is illegal to make money more than MRP. How can the bigbasket itself assign some random amount and sellto customers? Idhayam normal oil was rs.179 instead they charged 184 as normal price. Even though i have raised the issue to their notice, no response from their side. I had placed order
# MGUO[protected] [Rs.1030] for which i had paid full online payment at the time of order.
But still, the delivery guy took cash from my flatmate in my absence.
She was asked for payment of Rs 1030, unaware that the payment has already done, and most of all having a trust feeling on BigBasket services, she paid in cash.
A day later as we realised that...

The time of delivery of my order was 7:30 pm to 10:00 pm. We waited till 9:55 pm and called the customer care of Big Basket to which they replied that it is not yet 10 and that your order will be delivered. It just didn't get delivered and neither were we given any intimation about the same. I called the customer care again at 10:30 pm and the auto-voice message was that the call centre is closed, please write to us at [protected]@bigbasket.com....

I bought vegetables for the first time in Big Basket. First, I was surprised to see capsicum in the size of a coconut. Today, I washed Spinach (palak) and was shocked to see water color turning green and the leaves were slippery. After washing 5 times, the water color still remained green which I believe has been treated with chemicals, hence the color. I also bought broad beans which was full of worms. As a customer, I am very disapointed...

After 3 bad experiences, I have decided not to order from big basket again. I once bought mozerella cheese and it was stale when i opened it just a week from when it was delivered. Thinking of it as a one time thing, I let that go. I placed an order with cash on delivery option, and they did not deliver it in the given time slot, they automatically rescheduled it and gave a slot that is inconvenient and i had to get it cancelled. I am not complaining, escalating or blaming you, just think what you are doing? Is this how you give the service to the customers?

I have placed a order for online grocery through bigbasket.com of 4355 and made online payment but still the delivery boy took cash from my mother in my absence. I have called there call center and launch complaint but it is now 10 days and nobody has contacted me back. I also posted a complaint on their website. Ticket no. is 5897733 .My order no. was WPVO[protected] ....

I Ordered for the first time and they did not deliver within 2 hours as mentioned in the Website. Called 3 times in 1 hour, every time they told they are tracking. And After 2 hours which is 4 hours from the time I placed the order I got a call to inform that the items which was ordered is out of stock. It is really disgusting and a very bad Customer Service...

Hi I'm not here to complain about big basket products or delivery, I'm here to tell the big basket HR'S and management, 4 months back a person joined in big basket as a cashier
In white field hub & is now working in ayyappanagar hub for fixed salary he was the person who joined work with empty hands and now by making fraud in big basket he has done by 45 to 50 lakhs amount, it may sounds funny but he with his colleagues made more forgeries...

I had ordered few groceries in the morning and the delivery was expected to be at 7:05 in the evening and it was delayed by 10 mins and I was happy enough to enough to receive the products but here is the problem, the company brags so much about packing and stuff when I got, it was the worst packing I've ever seen and the delivery person is giving the products one by one in hand and this company can't give a cover but they give enough ads...

Always deducting from wallet saying it's for weight difference of vegetables. .but when I order flour only they are still deducting....

Each time I by, they deduct from wallet saying it's for additional weight of vegetables. .but same happens even when I order flour etc and no vegetables or fruit..It is cheating...
