There is big difference between idli rawa and normal rawa as former is made of rice and later of wheat.. How can you send samolina with a label of idli rawa.. You made me waste around a kg of samolina. I soaked it to make idli and it became wet dough.. What shall I do with it.. When you have least knowledge if some product please don't sell it.

    Purchased 1 Kg of Langra Mango but the mangoes are too hard and raw and also very sour in taste. I looked for but did not find any exchange policy in their website. They are selling the mangoes for Rs 100/Kg though the quality full mangoes are available in open market at Rs80/Kg. They are taking high price but it okay if they are charging for door step delivery but should at least the quality for their growth and recommendation. Request you (Big Basket) please take care of this.

      I had ordered vegetables on 5/6/15.The delivery slot was between 7-10 pm. I waited till 9pm and the delivery didnt come.therefore went out for dinner.at 9:30 the delivery guy comes. So ask hinto wait for 10-15 mins or instead finish wid other delivery and come back. But the delivery guy was not at all co-operative n instead kept say to cancel the order. My bill was already paid online and i knew i wont be avialable to get delivery tomo as will be working. So i still insisted for the same day delivery and asked to the delivery guy to wait for atleast min 5mins. But the delivery guy was very rude in behaviour and woudnt pay any attention to wht i said and went away. I was forced to cancel my delivery and didnt get the refund back to my bank a/c as i paid thru debit card. Im very furious and will never be recommending any one or no longer order from bigbasket.com

        order ID: BHFO[protected] Ordered 3 Sofit soya milk product from Bigbasket Ordered on 23rd May 2015 to be delivered on 25th May 2015 Received product on 25th May on which the MFD is[protected] It will be in good condition only for a week at maximum. Its an outdated expired product.

        Wrong delivery - Advertized for 12 pack

        Order #MPFO[protected] is cancelled on bigbasket.com since v ordered for a pack of 12 rolls but delivery was sent as pack of 4 rolls ?? Such a silly mistake. When questioned Charging same for 4 rolls instead pack of 12 rolls - thus had to cancel.
        Poor experience.

          I had placed the order yesterday and it was supposed to be delivered between 5 and 7:30 PM. I got an sms promptly saying it is out for delivery but the delivery guys never turned up! I called them thrice, they said they will call me back in minutes, but no one called me from the customer service. How unprofessional!! I think we have to pay for the products and also for the damn calls we make to the customer service who are totally inefficient and incapable. They said they were unable to trace the delivery vehicle and promised me a refund of 10% for not delivering on time. I have not heard anything about that yet. I told them to reschedule it to the first delivery the next day as i did not intend to receive it that late in the night. Finally they knock the door at 10PM!! and just drop the things and go, when asked why they were late, there was no response, they did not even ask us to enter the pin in the device that the delivery boys carry. We do not receive what comes free with the products. On 5KG wheat flour there was something available for free and it never came through, even if it is trivial, wont we get it for what we pay in the normal shops or even big bazaar kind of outlets? I had mailed their customer service, nothing comes back from them except the automatic response. They just do not respond to your query, no matter how many. I had ordered a few times from them and this is the first worse experience. What surprises me is that their warehouse is just a couple of kms away from my place and they could still not send it to me on time. i do not know what caused such long delays. My honest advice to all is that please use Cash on delivery option, it is not easy to get money back when you have already paid. They are just not reliable, not worth banking on.

              This is to bring to your notice about the issue in packing of products by Big Basket delivery service. Proper covering of products like condoms while delivering it to a house is very necessary and sometimes it is sensitive to the environment the house is related. especially a house having many members like children and old people. Displaying such items in front of them is inappropriate. So please ensure that such private products are delivered with neat packing. I am disappointed with Big Basket service in this regard. Please prioritize this issue and give necessary guidelines to Big Basket to sort out this issue up-to the customer satisfaction level. Also the delivery time advertised by the online store for the "Same Day Delivery" is not available at all for the items we ordered.
