We have a placed an order for 40 snacks boxes containing few item for home delivery from BIKANERWALA, KAROL BAGH, NEW DELHI bearing order no K 2448 on 29.06.2017. The company has taken the full amount and after the time lapse, the company has not sent the order and on contacting they denied of sending the boxes at the desired address and also hung up the call on us.

On being contacted they have also told that they do not have manpower and delivery bike to send the requisite boxes.

This is utter nonsense and consumer harassment. THIS should definitely be addressed and this malpractice of looting customers should be checked. Also all the people working in the sweet shop are rude and extremely impolite.

    I am very old customer of bikanervala jalandhar since it has opened. But now from last 2 tyms the man who took order is of different behaviour i am standing in front and he is not taking order and afterwards giving excuses. Last tym i complaint to manager but it happend again. Please look into this complaint and take appropriate action, now they are becoming arrogant day by day.

      Sorry to mention but my experience with Noida sec 18 branch is worst ever.have been a regular visitor at sahibabad branch of the same but never ever experienced this kind of product quality.
      All the items sent in d delivery package i ordered were worst on taste and veg noodles were stale.
      Feeling unsatisfactory this tym.
      No value for money.
      Behaviour of the person taking order was very casual.
      N taste seriously worst.

        Although visiting bikanervala gk-2 branch is always a delightful experience but since few occasions when we are visiting in breakfast hours, the staff at coupon counter simply says that certain items like idli, vada sambar are over. This has been an instance 3 consecutive times. At one occasion the same was declared at 9.30am, 9.45am and today at 10am. As a customer we understand there is rush in your breakfast hours but then you have given a cut off time of 11.30 am so question is that is not the staff expecting crowd and prepared with eatables and it's appropriate quantity? Secondly, one person is packing 20 packets of idli, vada which a customer cannot be stopped from doing as they are paying for it but then there should be enough quantity to give all customers till atleast committed time. Thirdly, i have also been to haldiram's breakfast and one can clearly see that the food arrangement is proper and keeping contingency in mind. Also they have much large varieties as compared to bikanervala, they have even incorporated items which they earlier did not have taking idea from bikanervala. They even have chola bhatura in breakfast menu which gives a pleasant diversification. Hope somebody takes these suggestions and complaints seriously as after all it's a competitive market where aware customers will be pointing out such unsatisfactory lapses in open forums too. Fourthly, there is no proper provisioning on website to register customer complaints or suggestions or feedback.

          I was standing in queue for billing in rdc rajnagar branch.
          I was standing for last 10-15 min after that i asked why are u not taking my order then he replied very rudely to me... I also asked for manager... Then he bravely took me to him... And manager response was again shocking he didn't responded to any thing to me he was quite i also told him that i will not come again here... And he still said nothing to me... He was okay with that... Seriously disgusting behaviour... Not expected from you guys...!!

          On 5th July, while coming from Delhi via Expressway I purchased white Rasgullasa at Bilbao at Vrindavan exit. I reached home in one hour and when we took the rasgullas, they were smelling foul.

            Dear Sir,

            Today 07.05.2017 i had visited the Bikanervala manesar NH8 and ordered Paratha, The butter served was full of fungus and smell of the food was also bad.

            For this I inquired with the manager he was very casual ablut this issue that it may go bad.

            Being one of the largest chain the country i don't expect this type of quality and service.

            I will never visit this chain again and even not suggest somebody for this.

              I had purchased Bikano Aam Panna Syrup last week and on opening the seal, I found the rim of the bottle broken. There were no pieces of broken glass on the cap, which definitely means that the bottle was broken at the time of packaging and the glass pieces probably got mixed with the syrup.

              Such extreme level of carelessness and negligence is utterly shocking. This is absolutely NOT what we expect from a big brand as yours.

              This is a really serious matter. I was about to consume the syrup, and it could have had grave consequences had I not seen the broken rim.

              I have mailed the company twice but to no avail. My money, time, efforts got wasted. I have yet not got any response from your end.

              I am hereby attaching the pics of the broken bottle for you to see for yourself. Some corrective action should be taken regarding this asap.

                Hi there,

                I've visited your cafe (Bikano Chat Cafe) in muzzafarnagar (UP), in duty unit manager was Satyendra Jain.
                The whole staff was taking customers for granted, I've ordered a tea and they were not ready to put extra tea leaves as I requested. The verbatim was " jaisi hai ye hi hai pini hai toh pijiye nhi toh refund le lijiye" its not at all appreciated. When I had wordd with the unit manager he was also acted in the same (rude) manner.
                My concern is, in this hard core competitive environment would you be able to survive with this kind of attitude? The cafe was on Highway so customer cannot go anywhere else that is why they were allowed to behave like that?
                Many other dissatisfactory things were there like tissue papers were missing in washroom, unclean washrooms etc.

                Kindly let me know if you take any corrective action or if a cuatomer's feedback is not important.

                  My office has given me coupons of bikanervala. It amounts to fraud as the same are not being accepted by the karol bagh counter. The manager namely mr. Tiwari does not know how to attend the customers. The ans given is that they do not have any information regarding the coupons;concerned person is in his village. Its a pure Fraud...
                  I have ordered dinner with bill no.381 on 2/05/2017, at around 8:00pm, they didn't provide invoice, and when requested, mr. Iswar Prasad have token slip and was rude.i request you to please take action else this will be further taken as per laws.

                    I stopped on Bikanerwala on my way to delhi from Jaipur. At 14:00:37 i ordered a fresh lime soda and bhalla papri chaat. The cashier told me the amount to be 135 but i was charged 735. Everything can be validated from the bill details at the exact time i mentioned.
                    This kind of service is not expected from a brand like bikanerwala and when i called up the counter they informed me that nothing can be done.
                    I am attaching the amount charged on my credit card on 13th Mar for your reference

                      I bought Bikano navratan mixture namkeen having batch number B1ACF17 from Amazon under Rs. 99 super saver pack.
                      Today I opened and started eating, suddenly I got a very hard hit on my teeth. I was surprised, a giant stone was in namkeen.
                      Now what I expect hygiene if they are unable to set aside stone from namkeen.
                      God knows what a is there internal quality check.
                      Food Department of Government should check its quality instead of sitting idle after issuing fssai certificate.

                      Food Safety dept.will act based on the complaints received only. It is upto the manufacturer to follow good manufacturing practices to avoid such foreign matter inside packed stuff.
                      We buy sweets from your name shop just because as a gorm of trust and purity but. What we are geeting is ginding insects in out sweets this type of service will not be appreciated . As from now will not look forward to but stuff from your shop and will tell others also not to do soo .

                        I visited your bikanervala at EF-3 MALL faridabad for dine in.but, I really feel dis satisfied with your services. We have ordered 5 items out which 3 items deliver as per regular time but Rajkachori and chola batura reach once our meal is finished inspite of 2-3 reminded to your manager. Once I finished my meal I talk to your manager and after saying sorry for incovienence he arrange the balance items.
                        It really feel embarrassing to take my guest to your outlet with such a bad pathetic service.

                          Respected Sir/Madam

                          I recently purchased your product from local store i.e. 4 pack of Bikano in which the quality of box of Rasogolla is very poor. Its smell is bad and taste is worst. Batch No. Of your product is B31BAA and Expiry month is Aug 2017. I would like to lodge a complaint regarding the poor service/quality of product. I am writing this letter to convey my extreme displeasure at the faulty product and lack of service, as this simply will not cut it in the future.

                          I do not believe that I am asking for much in return for my time and effort, as all I want is my money back or to have this product replaced with one that works properly. I will gladly return the defective item to you, should you send a postage-prepaid box to my house.

                          I do not feel that I am being unreasonable with my request.Please confirm.

                            Today, 24th Jan 2017, we bought 'Sweet Chocolate Cake from your Suncity, Sector 54, Gurgaon outlet. The cake is not at all fresh. And this is not happening for the first time. On previous occasions also, this has happened.
                            Though the manufacturing date is 23rd Jan but its not a fresh one.
                            Yours is good brand name but such experiences are shaking our trust in you.

                              I visited the BIKANERWALA Raj nagar, Ghaziabad branch today and I am really upset and dissatisfied by the service. Firstly the menu was wrong. The prices printed in the menu are different from the prices shown at the billing counter which just creates confusion and it just lead me to order the wrong thing. I wanted to order the Special packing thali the cost of which written in menu is Rs. 205 but at the counter the board shows that the executive thali costs Rs. 205 and in that confusion I ordered the wrong one. And I was seeing this printing error from last few times. Also from the last few times the quality of the food is also degrading. And this time the quality was worst. The Dal Makhani was tasteless. I am really really dissatisfied and I think I will hardly go to Bikanerwala again. Please look into this matter.

                                  I purchased your celebration pack which contains the 500g rasgolla can in it which is full of bad smell that it cannot even be consumed. I have been your customer since 16 years. Your company has always been a trustworthy and a customer oriented. This is not at all expected from your company.

                                    I have purchased sweets pack on diwali.in which there is rasgoola tin and it is smelling... And taste is also bad... Earlier also i have such bad smelling and taste experience with bikano. I dont know why these people don't check the quality.

                                    This time i really don't let my money go in waste.

                                    Please suggest a way so that it will be replaced other wise i have to make a consumer complaint... As you are playing with the money of common man.

                                      Hi Team,

                                      I have been calling the customer care team of Bikanervala from last 9 days and have raised query several times on their email ID's([protected]@bikanervalaonline.com, [protected]@mail.buildabazaar.com) too but no one has replied till date.

                                      I have ordered the Gift vouchers for Rs.1000 on 26th October and neither I have got any confirmation nor have received the coupons till date. My money has been deducted from the account and till now no response has come from their end.

                                      I personally visited their store but no one had any clue about the online services. I am really disappointed from the services and the customer care as they never respond and even the store employee was too arrogant when I checked with on the same.

                                      Would request you to kindly look into this complaint at the earliest.

                                        I ordered a Diwali gift package from the company's online delivery website to be delivered before Diwali in faridabad. I made the order on 23rd Oct with the understanding that if I ordered before 25th Oct, the company would guarantee to deliver the package before Diwali (as mentioned on their website). My package was delivered at the wrong address (in Gwaliar instead of Faridabad) and the poor customer service did not take my complaint seriously. As a result, . my package arrived 2 days after Diwali and in an incomplete state.
                                        The package I ordered and paid for contained a box of sweets, a card and a candle but the late delivered package only had sweets.
