Yesterday we brought dry rasbhari as it was festive day, but the quality of rasogulla's we get was very poor. .even they are not well cooked, from inside some of them are half cooked, its the first time we have seen such a poor quality of products from bikanervala. It ruin our night, if anyone of your employee want to check we have preserve the sweets, you can come and see how poor these sweets are, we are not satisfied with item we get, , its a totaly fraud you can with us because we had paid for best but not get even normal quality, so thats ur brand name'' bikanervala'' thats what you sell.     I am disappointed at our most recent experience with bikanervala online services. As rakshbandhan is most important festival for we indians. It’s very panic that i could not send rakhi to my brother, which i have booked online on bikanervala website. They have, t deliver and replied that shipping address is in non serviceable zone than why the merchant has taken order.
    Its very disappointing that bikanervala, a big name in indian market is giving such kind of services. The merchant has not reimburse amount till now.

    The customer support team has not replied after many complains. I called many time but they hold my phone for 5-6 minutes. Its big harassment.

      I bought a rakhi and sweets package on aug 14, 2016 and paid with e banking to deliver to my brother in hyderabad. They deducted money rightaway and didn't confirm about my order evenin 24 hrs. I contacted them via email, query on their website link provided and no body bothered to answer. I tried to reach their customer care number which was not picked up as well.
      Highly disappointed with their unprofessional behavior.
      I would never buy anything from them and will spread the word with friends and family.

        Wrong delivery of rakhi special order no. [protected] and your shipment no s[protected]
        Sir.
        They have delivered the order at a wrong address. it was to be delivered at bangalore nd have been delivered in lucknow.
        It was a rakhi special and it wasn't delivered it on time. so i want to cancel it.. and claim for refund. i have given the order on 14th nd today they have delivered. and now the sweets are just not eatable.
        At least before giving delivery they should check the address details and contact details.
        They have spoiled all my surprise for my brother.
        And just because of your wrong nd late delivery i could even send him rakhi.. now
        I want it to cancel it and want my amount back..
        And their service provider delhivery people didn't come to visit the address given nd gives the feedback as consignee not available.. seriously.

        Sir, I have purchased 9 units of bikano rasgulla pack, from CSD canteen, after opening one unit I was surprised it was stinking.
        It's manufacturing date 1/9/2016. And expiry date is 1/9/2017

        Today' s date is 23/10/2016
        I have purchased them as a Diwali gift and what would have been or image after giving such rotten sweets.

          I had made online purchase of sweets from www.bikanevalaonline.com.On 8/8/2016, when I purchased the sweets for (Rakhi ocassion) my brother, confirmation of delivery shows till 15/8/2016 .But till date rakhi along with sweets not delivered.My order no is [protected].They give the tracking code no- S[protected]Delhivery courier).On it shows that they dispatched my order on 11/8/2016 but till 14/8/2016 its reached till gurgoan.After 4-5 days any eatable packed item should not be able to eat.I am corresponding through mail ( [protected]@bikanervalaonline.com) and phone also.but no response of mail and they are not picking up the phone.[protected].Through mail I request them to cancel the order and refund the same.but waiting of reply till.

          I request you to kindly look into this matter and do needful.

            I had purchased sweets (rasogolla) from gupta store, sector 15, noida, having smell and poisonous.
            One of my family member eaten it, and multiple times vomit happened. on packet of sweets (rasogolla) expiry date mention (best before) 03/06/2017.

            I have tried many times to connect customer care for my concern & feedback but no any responsible person there to pick call.

              I am deeply disappointed to find extensive fungi in one of bikano papad packet.

              I am attaching some pictures where someone may find extensive greenish fungal growth on papad. It's extremely disappointed to find such poor and unhygienic product of bikano.

              The papad packet was closed one, as usual they are from supplier, but after opening it in kitchen, the papad were in shameful situation having too much fungus.

                Complaint reg. raj nagar ghaziabad manager - mathew. mr. mathew behaved extremely rudely with us. his behaviour was completely irresponsible. my car headlight was broken in bikaner parking when guard guided us wrongly. bikes were parked wrongly outside designated area by guard. but mr. mathew started blaming us & shouting at us in public. he bluntly said that he & guard are not responsible for anything.instead of handling situation politely & maturely, he humiliated us in public, blamed us, made fun o[censored]s & shouted at us. such kind o[censored]nprofessional behavior is not expected at bikanervala outlets. we will never go at this outlet again & definitely suggest others the same.

                  This is very unfortunate that I have to write this for bikanervala

                  I am a regular visitor of it's restaurant(preet vihar branch delhi-92 since last 10-12 years and i visit twice or thrice a month and instead of improving their standards and qualities they are decreasing it.

                  yesterday night i visited their restaurant with my family and when we were enjoying the food, my mother found a cockroach and some mosquitoes in her meal and this is not the first time that has haapened with us in their restauarant inspite second time first time it was a fly in raj kachori. my mother and I were feeling very ill since last night and had food poisioning.

                  Just wanted to know if they charge so much for your products and charge also a handsome amount as service charge so is this their service????

                  When I informed about it to their manager he told that what can we do for mosquitoes, so want to ask if we have to eat mosquitoes in their so called high class vegetarian restaurant why should not we eat at outside thelewala food.I mean they have the same standard as theirs now.

                  It has broken my vegetarianism which is not acceptable at any cost and I am going to public all these facts to different social platforms.

                    I visited this so called sweets and breakfast provider today morning with my girlfriend. Trust me the people who work there and people who manage them are just horrible, uneducated, rude, unprofessional. We ordered one breakfast buffet and one plate puri sabzi. They keep on repeated the same thing that sharing is not allowed. We did not ask for any thing extra.. Whatever food was given to us, we were eating half of it. We never asked for extra food which actually will mean sharing. A guy who works there comes again and says that we are not supposed to share. I asked for the manager who is available. He says break fast buffet only one person should eat.. The other one cannot even have a bite from my plate. REALLY... THIS IS REALLY INSULTING. We do not pay money to get insulted early in the morning. Would request you to remove the current staff immediately and hire people who actually know customer management. This happened at bikanerwala which is located opposite to taj banjara.. Near banjara hills.
                    We had to pay 453 rupees for this insult. We walked out of this food court as we got insulted. Please take necessary action on this.

                      Hello!

                      I had purchased rasgulla (Normal -4, rajbhog -2), i thought rajbhog will have dry fruits in a small quantity, as a shock, there is only one pistachio in the center? That one rasgulla is priced at -34 /- i did not understand what is the difference between this and normal rasgulla.

                      I am not satisfied at all. Its not about price, its about the detail you said me. I was told that there would be dry fruits in the center.

                      This is clearly robbing of money.

                      Iam not satisfied at all!!!

                        but today when i visited urplace i was very disappointed to see the behaviour o[censored]r manager mr sanjay kumar singh. firstly when i was giving the order i asked him whetheru are giving any offer or discount on food like others such as Haldiram etc . i was shocked to hear his reply and i am sure u will also be shocked as i when u will here his comment, he said go to haldiram we have not invited u to come why u came. is this the way and tradition of a reputed business house like urs. although i over looked that incidence as it was 11 in the morning and i was not interested in fighing with thar gye. i purchases few items vide ur retail invoice no 0000fsp[protected] dt 19/3/16 of rs 481.00
                        after that i gave some other order vide retail invoice no 000fsp[protected] dt 19/3/16 of rs 57.00 when my daughter went to the counter to take delivery of the second order ur honourable mR manager sanjay kumar Singh was standing there and said yaha se jao bina paisa yaha kuch nahee miltaa and my daughter replied that papa has already paid he told ek baar me samaj me nahee ata kya chalo hato yaha se paisa leke ao
                        it was very hurtingto me so im writing this complaint to u hope u will do the needfull

                          This is to inform you that i have placed order for tomorrow on 11th February in for delivery. Your order ([protected]) booking guy not book same day order so he has give another manager number for booking order. I call to Mr. Om Prakash-[protected]. His not reply in properly talking manner & he cannot response properly with customer, and he is fighting with us and talking loudly. I do not know why. I think is seating on manager seat so he cannot listen any excuse or place order for next day.
                          he said given payment advance and collected order from counter, what is meaning of "free home delivery".
                          My request is only my order quantity should be available in house because my order is little big.

                              This is with reference to my purchase of 50 packets of sweets from Bikanervala, sec-29, Gurgaon. their people loaded the packets in my car. in reaching home i saw that it was 48 packets instead of 50 packets. on raising the same issue when i visited them after 2 days, they blatantly denied. infant the manager even refused to talk to me, just stating that if i have any problem i can mail to the customer care. finally i had to leave when i saw that no one was interested in my problem and mailed the problem to their email id. yet after a week there has been no reply. its not the question of 2 packets of sweets but the service that the company gives to its customer s and their blatant confidence that the system will not be able to bring them to book and they can go by their self made law rather than the law of the state Purchase made for Rs 26, 105.00 through American Express Card No. ***32006 at BIKANERVALA on 06/11/2015 at 09:02PM IST.

                                Today i visited bikanerwala karol bagh for lunch. When i started my lunch i saw one big rat was on my table. I was to pathetic. People are coming in bikanerwala because its known for hygiene. But today i saw a worst place where i spend my money and i am really disappointed and when i complaint to floor manager (Mr. Singh) they were try to bribe me wheather i take money or they provide me fresh food.                                   Hi, I ordered samosas, kachori and dhokla today. 1. They served with bare hands, in front of my eyes...one guy behind the counter picked up the samosas with bare hands, gave to the other guy, who was standing outside the counter and then he put it on the plate and served us. Both the men were continuing touching other stuff before and after serving. 2. The dhokla was worst in taste. I asked to get a taste for it and they said it's Rs. 25 / plate which I had to buy. Since my kids were hungry, I ended by buying one full plate of it. Whereas it was very bad in taste with water flowing down in it. On mentioning this, the person in-charge started talking rudely and arguing. This was a very bad experience for us. I don't understand how come such a good name of "Bikanerwala" is having these kind of people working/managing for then. Thanks, Brijesh

                                    Me my family was taking breakfast at bikanervala rajouri garden on monday 25may 2015 near about 1 p. M we found half melted plastic spoon in our masala dosa we asked the manager mr ghanshyam to bring the complaint book he only give us a simple plain register to launch a complaint Again we requested him to give local food inspector to register complaint but he refused to giv us You are kindly requested to take necessary action

                                      Dear sir, it was today when I ordered 2 bikanervala deluxe thali with 2 chapatis, but as I opened one of the deluxe thali I found chapatis in such a drastic condition as I posted in the photograph below(further they were hard, very hard[we had to throw them all away] I a m a regular customer of bikanervala and i felt very sad and disappointed.                                         Today (04.03.2015) i had bought sweets from bikanervala (p. k. delicacies pvt. ltd.,), yashwant place, chanakya puri, new delhi vide bill no. book no.12 s. no.002143 worth rs.3790. when i saw a hoarding mentioning that on purchase of sweets worth rs.600 you will get a packet of namkeen. when i approached the cash counter for free gift of namkeen, they refused to accede my request and told that as the bill has already been issued, it is not possible for them to give the gift of namkeen. It is surprising that the shopkeeper should himself had offered this scheme whereas he is refusing to offer this scheme. this is very shameful for such a big entrepreneur to deal customer in this way. this is a clear case of cheating.
