The product that I received does not taste like Aloo Bhujia. It has a sweet taste at the end when it is about to dissolve in your mouth, which shouldn’t be tasting like that.

Purchased one box of GULAB JAMUN BIKANO. On consuming one piece the taste is sour of the same and very bad smell is coming.Bill and defective product is stored as of now

Product was defective.unfit for human condition. Bad odour and taste of sweet(gulab jamun) was sour

I am regular customer of Bikaner stuffs. Two days before I ordered motichur laddo and kaju katli from bikaner through SWIGGY. Laddu quality is very nice as always but kaju katli is of very bad taste. As it is made up of spoiled material. We are very upset and not expecting this kind of sweets from bikaner. Bikaner is such a reputed brand that it is not gud for their prestige. I bought 250gms of imarti from sector 18 noida outlet of bikanervala on friday, 9 oct. At 2:30 pm.
When i came home and opened the box, it had smell of oil and also imarti was so dry..

We have ordered a dish because of advance payment they take money first then they serve but the were not capable of serve the dish it had taken 40 minutes the reason behind it was they don't have that dish but they have created a bill and charged also when we ask for refund they were refuse to refund

We have purchase 10 pack 10*10 but bad small

I purchased bikano aloo bhujia 400gm - two pack last month and when i open them, i smelled bad quality oil from both of them. When i tasted that, the taste was very bad, just like very cheap quality ingredients was used to make it. It was the first time i found something bad in bikano. Now this month again i purchased bikano aloo bhujiya - batch no. - b1abhaa and i observed same bad quality oil and cheap ingredient taste again. I am not going to buy bikano product any more. I am not sure but i think this is concern of customers' health!

I ordered atta cookies from bikanerwala, naraina vihar outlet in new delhi. The very first biscuit i had a bite of had human hair in it. I am attaching pictures with this complaint.
Being a loyal customer of this restaurant chain, i expect hygiene and quality. I was so disappointed and disgusted to see this. Hope you perform better and ensure better working standards.

I have visited Jaipur branche yesterday and baught some stuff. Out to those when I checked Rajbog after reaching home, found spoiled, smelly and not in condition to eat. I have baught 10 pieces of Rajbhog. After from this 965 one mixed sweets and 10 malai rasgulla. Around 12:00 o clock I have visited.

I have purchased the onion kachori from your outlet ie, bikanerwala krishna nagar branch on august 08, 2020.
When i ate it, there is big stone inside the kachori which shows your quality provided to your customers.

I purchase a spunch rasgulla 1.25kg pack of bikano and when i opem the container a gas leak sound came n when i eat it feels they are spoiled and a bitter taste came... I made a complaint on 22june n its been almost a month n still i didnt get the replaced product... Batch no b3aja

We entered in bikano there we ordered 3 deluxe thali's in which we got cold food we called the staff nd they say sir "sir time lag gya thoda " then we don't mind that after that we started we found a insect in shahi paneer then we left out the restuarant and fill complaint in their complaint book worst experience ever

I would like to bring to your kind attention that i recently purchased bikano raj kachori, dhokla and rasmaliye date: 12/06/2020) after consuming few piece of raj kachori bymyself, i noticed that there was one cockroach inside raj kachori stuff, after that i order dhokla, i suddenly notice that there was one big size of human hair inside dhoka piece after that i order rasmalai and i notice one more small size of hair present in rasmalai. This is not the quality of food product that one would expect after paying a competitive price for it. And we had an incident, we told everything to the manager (Punit joshi) there and everything happened under his supervision

I would like to know to whom should i hold responsible for such a negligence in your manufacturing process and what if anything happens to the consumers of your unhygenic product? Therefore, it is in this reference, i would like to have a resolution to this problem at the earliest or else i would have to take a strict action in this matter.in pandemic situation of covid19 they serves a unhygenic foods to the consumer.

Moreover, i tried calling bikano customer care helpline a number of times but no one even bothered to pick up the call. I also mailed them my complaint but got no revert on the matter. This is extremely pathetic of bikano to sell such a substandard product after charging a competitive price. Bikano, how do you propose on providing a resolution to this problem? Who is going to refund the money i paid for the spoiled product. I have all the videography of raj kachori, dhokla and rasmalai intact for examination.

I order today choley bhature, but the quantity of choley is very less with two bhaturas so I request you to increase the quantity of choley.

I went to near gurdwara karol bagh delhi bikaner wala, where i paid for a food product, but product was not available with the restaurant, they ever tried to provide me the leftovers of yesterday. While i asked to refund they started shouting and making the conversation heated instead of being sorry. It is really very bad experience and the last experience.

I have spent close to 3000 Rs, and have received incomplete order I called up all the numbers and emailed but recieved no response. They seemed to be false website and the, matter should be escalated

I have purchased 1/2 kg samosa gujia but they packed dry gujia from narina outlet and i bring for my father in indrapuram i called them on outlet but in they don't bother for any compaint please tell me what is solution for this kind behaviour i am your regular coustomer never purchase any sweets or any other item due to best quality products.

Order id : 32067410, which consisted of 5 products, all paid for in advance on 12 january 2020. The products were delivered as expected by 17 january 2020. Upon opening the package, they discovered that a product, "bikanervala peanut chikki 750 gm" was missing. Not only have i fully paid for the missing product, but the bill provided with delivery package also confirms that the product is missing. Please look into the matter at the earliest and offer a hassle free resolution.

Product I purchase army canteen 5 Jan 2019.when I open this product on 7 Jan it's not edible. Batch no B3CJ dated 29/03 2020. so what I do with this product. What are your production manager doing. Now I going to complaint to fassai.this is not edible half of chips made properly, gur type items appear when I open the packet. Chips were not fried fully. Colour is also not as per standard.
