Today (04.03.2015) i had bought sweets from bikanervala (p. k. delicacies pvt. ltd.,), yashwant place, chanakya puri, new delhi vide bill no. book no.12 s. no.002143 worth rs.3790. when i saw a hoarding mentioning that on purchase of sweets worth rs.600 you will get a packet of namkeen. when i approached the cash counter for free gift of namkeen, they refused to accede my request and told that as the bill has already been issued, it is not possible for them to give the gift of namkeen. It is surprising that the shopkeeper should himself had offered this scheme whereas he is refusing to offer this scheme. this is very shameful for such a big entrepreneur to deal customer in this way. this is a clear case of cheating.     During my third visit at your outlet at sector 18 in Silver city complex, I was badly disappointed to have the non standard and inferior quality of many products displayed for sale.Perticularly the namkeen products .The Manager Mr.Gaurung Behra and the staff sitting at the cash counter were also shown and were asked to taste two items .they all were not satisfied with the taste and the preparations . My advise to such a grate food chain company stop making fools & cheating to the people of India.Instead spreading and increasing the numbers of outlets you must improve the quality and the standard of the products displayed for sale.Not only this the product for which I visited the outlet was not available in the stock as it was not very extra ordinary but very commonly demanded and readily available all over ( Salted plain and masala namak para) even at small shops but was shocked to see the working of your staff that it is out of stock since last night. Pls look in to the complaint as you are not loosing me as a customer but a huge bunch of customers at least in Noida . ND Haswani Advt. [protected]

      I visited Bikanervala Restaurant on[protected]. I had ordered a gulam cham cham & Ghewar kesar malai. Ghewar kesar malai got served to me with a fly/insect with that.. fly was cooked with ghewar kesar malai. I have taken pic of that particular product with bill. The food was unhygienic in terms of food safty .

        Bikanerwala Rajauri garden, Near Rajauri Garden mentro Station . new Delhi .

        I WAS a regular customer of Biknerwala till yesterday when was misbehaved by the staff member s speacially the STORE MANAGER- Ghanshayanm .

        I asked for Spoons and he rudely replied its self service we cant get you one please walk up and get it however I saw him offering spoons to other members . Moreover no one was ready to take down a complaint and misbehaved with two ( females ) o[censored]s . I gave a written feedback and I noticed that they threw it ibn the dustbin the moment I turned around.

        PATHETIC SERVICE / I WILL MAKE SURE NONE OF MY FRIENDS OR FAMILIES VISIT BIKANERWALA EVER

          Dear Sir/Ma'am, The picture attached here is taken today at Bikanerwala, Haridwar. The order was placed approximately around 9:30 PM at your Haridwar outlet. We ordered 2 paper Masala Dosas, one of the dosa contained a cockroach documented with the picture attached here. We tried to show this to your Unit Head" Mr Khre". Instead of be apologetic, Mr Khre was very adamant and unapologetic on the issue brought in his notice. He rather chose to argue and put superlatives on our complaint. There were many other customers also who witnessed all this and testimony of what we have seen, observed, and felt. Apart from a good time one wishes to have a hygienic food at your outlet which wasn't happened at all and left us with a pathetic experience.We asked him to show his pest control reports but he was adamant to not to show this to us. Since, Bikanerwala is a big brand across India, i hope you would contact us and pacify us with the proper treatment we should have been given. Dr Bhupesh Vashisht [protected]

            I purchased packed sweets from Bikanerwala naraina vihar and it was mentioned on the packing box 'Burfi', i assumed it to be burfi but when i opened it i found 'Patisa' in it, which was totally discoloured and did not taste well. I called up the bikanerwala branch of naraina vihar from where the box was purchased. I had a word with the sales executive (Kapil) and explained him about the issue. He assured me the exchange of the sweets, but when i went to the store he and his manager turned hostile and broke there promise. They opened the box and distributed the sweets to their customers who were present at the outlet. I told them that i don't want money but want some other sweets in lieu of 'Patisa', but they refused and insulted me. My main issue is that i was be fooled that the box contains burfi as it was mentioned on the box that it contains 'Burfi', but when i opened it, to add to my surprise i found 'patisa' in it, with no tag or label containing the description of 'patisa'. The other point is, that patisa was discolored and had unusual smell and was in semi melted state. And not the Bikanerwala Naraina Vihar is troubling me and has refused to exchange it. Above all he has kept the sweets box with him and did not return or exchange anything. Request you to take immediate action ASAP. Otherwise i will not hesitate to raise the issue to the consumer courts. 'I even had a word with haresh #[protected] (bikanerwala naraina) and he is refusing to hand over the box of sweets as well.               I got Kaju Katli on 14th August 2019 from Bikanervala, (28/3/4, Site IV, Industrial Area, (on Dabur, Mohan Nagar Link Rd, Sahibabad, Uttar Pradesh 201010) and found an iron nail(Keel) in one of the barfis.

              This is an extremely disappointing experience and the vendor should not be spared for such negligence and action must be taken against such carelessness. This could have been hazardous for my family.

              I want full compensation for this carelessness.

              I modinagar bikaner they gave me dhola in foil paper and the quality is very low. Bikaner sweet modinagar is very bad in packing and quality product.

                a visit to bikanervala restaurant in Hyderabad will make you go crazy at time of payment
                You have your food
                an estimate invoice with all taxes is handed to you
                pay cash , card , he will get the change or charge slip to you and not the invoice
                if you walk away OK or else if you ask for invoice then he gets a proper bill , which is clear indicator that the estimate invoices are just junked of , no one cares , nowhere in India has a restaurant got an estimate after eating , his version will be just to ensure that all is correct , if some customer walks away with the estimate copy he will catch hold and ensure that it is taken back
                This is clear cheating and I doubt if the concerned department is not aware about this new trick tomorrow the entire country can follow this trick then what

                  I had visited many times in Bikanervala for the meal in lunch or dinner but day by day food quality is going decreasing frequently even though while having some stuff at the I found "hair" in a piece of Paneer Bonda,
                  then again in Paneer Tikka sandwhich there was also a piece of hair inside it.
                  It was all over when I had Rajkachore over there but at the time of having I found a fly in the curd of Kachore of I had taken a snap also for that

                  These all complaints when asks to the floor manager they only change the or replace the item all the time
                  but this is issue for a cleaning and hygienic food where every person wanted to have some hygienic food in some trusted outlets and Bikanervala is one of the brand for the best food

                  So I requested to please do something if there is also these kinds of things happen then at some time there will no difference between a Bikanervala and Street foods

                    This about my latest experience in Bikanervala branch on Indira park. I went there on Sunday around 5 p.m.

                    I ordered few stuffs there on asking for the bill of my purchase they ask me that i have to pay an extra taxes implied over it. on agreed to pay the taxes but demand for original bill they refuse to give it as they do not have it. They do not have the bill receipt on demand they write it on piece of paper and hand it over to me.

                    this is a illegal activity going on that branch. this is how BLACK MONEY is accumulated in India this is only the black money as it is unaccountable. Government do not have any account of it.

                    I am not quite sure that official are not aware about the illegal practice going in there store.
                    Or they intentionally let it go on in order to deceive the Indian government.

                    use of used oil in south indian dishes

                    I am a frequent visitor of your Pallavpuram Meerut branch outlet. I have observed that oil used in south indian dishes is either used oil or of poor quality.there are lots of flies in dining area making it unhygeinic

                      Today as i opened Bikano Matar masala(costing Rs5) packet to eat , i got shocked to see a big piece of Glass in it which is very dangerous for health and one can even get serious health problem .If this type of carelessness company shows towards customer safety then i would be happy to Protest against this Company. I want you to take serious action against company policy so that no one would get hurt and Customer Safety can be enhanced .

                      I have a complaint of bikano restaurant newly open atrewari. Ie the orders are packed in banned polythenes, and 3 rd class also. It's shame to bikano . I had a painfull experience to collect items
                      in 3rd class polythene bag and come out from bikano.

                      2. Yesterday, vide order Invoice No. 06/17181014 / 2055 dated 14-10-17 at 21.06.19, we had ordered ONION RAWA MASALA DOSA & MOONG DAL HALWA. As mentioned already above, that the RAWA DOSA, was badly made, badly packed and the sambar was hot water with big fried red chillies, put on GATTA/BOARD, WITHOUT GREEN BASE NAPKIN, packed badly in an open pizza box? Shocking to look at! The moong dal halwa, was two spoons only, with half of dibbi floating with ghee? The weight was of ghee only! All this has caused food poisoning!
                      3. Prior to this, two days ago, I had ordered two Rajkachori, but the packaging had fomented curd? I had made a complaint to the outlet on phone! 4. Prior to this, I had ordered VEG MOMOS, which were packed badly, without red chilli sauce, and momos were smelling bad! Complaint was made to the outlet!
                      5. Prior to this I had asked for Kaju biscuits, and got Kaju barfi? Complaint was made and the order was changed, after much arguments by one Kishore, and manager! It's disgusting!
                      6. Prior to this, an order of Veg. Seekh kebab, roomali roti, paneer tikka, in which roomali roti never came!
                      7. BEFORE THAT, THE BRAND OF BIKANERVALA, QUALITY CONTROL, UNIFORMITY OF PRODUCTS COOKING, GETS TARNISHED, I THOUGHT TO BRING IT TO YOUR NOTICE SO AS TO TAKE ACTION AGAINST THOSE WHO INDULGED IN REPEATEDLY HARASSING THE CUSTOMER AND CAUSING HARASSMENT AND HEALTH HAZARDS. 8. AFTER LAST ORDER, WE GOT FOOD POISONING, VOMITING, RUNNING STOMACH INFECTION!
                      9.I am sure that you would look into this complaint seriously, take action against THE RICH AND POWERFUL BIKANERWALA.                         I booked the Bikanerwala Banquet Hall at Sector 29, Gurgaon for my daughter's wedding on October 19 2012 and paid an advance of Rs. 20000.
                        I was issued a regular receipt for the amount. However, due to unavoidable circumstances, I had to cancel the booking.
                        I notified in person the cancellation as early as August 7, 2012 about 2 1/2 months before the booking date and it was
                        duly cancelled in the register by the officer in charge Mr.Sharma. He assured me to process the claim after talking to
                        Head Office. Till now, no communication is received by me though he promises to call back after talking to higher
                        authority. I am tired of calling him and waiting for the confirmation.

                        As the amount is not a small amount and I am a retired person with limited income, I request Bikanerwala process my
                        refund early. If the refund is not processed, I would be constrained to go to consumer court and other appropriate forums.

                          I purchased Bikano Khus sharbat but i realized that the sharbat does not contain khus as the packaging claims!

                          Ingredients include WATER,SUGAR and CITRIC ACID!

                          They could have named it just a "GREEN coloured drink" , why claim it to be Khus sharbat when it does not contain khus as the ingredient!

                            I was SHOCKED to see this pathetic food and my trust in
                            your brand was shattered.

                            I have found 1 hair inside the gulab jamun (Thali meal)which was
                            purchased from your chandni chowk branch.

                            Hair being quite thin may not be properly visble but i have clear pic with me.

                            This matter is liable to be publish in media. You have to give
                            explanation regarding hair in your sweets.


                            I have sent an e mail regarding the same on 11 jan to customer care of bikanerwala,,, but no received any reply!!!!

                              This complaint is against DHARMENDER TOMMER workig in Bikanerwala in Faridabad district as a Manager. we ordered a Bhalla Papdi their and hair found in that. Than we ordered a Rabdi fauluda and a dead fly found in that,and when we were complaining about that to the Manager(Dharmender Tommer),he listened nothing us. Opposite asked us,why this happening with you people.
                              First he is serving very poor quality food
                              And second misbehaving with the customers
                              Very poor experienced,visiting in Bikanerwala.

                                  This is with reference to the disappointing service of Bikanervala, Sahibabad that I faced on Saturday, 31st July 2010. After being a loyal customer, I was given the treatment of a beggar and nobody. I was like a customer pleading to be heard and understood, but nothing fructify.

                                  On that unlucky evening of 31st July 2010, when I shopped for Rs 200 worth of sweets, I gave the biller my Citibank debit card to swipe. Happily, I came out unaware of what blunder has happened. Next day morning, Sunday 1st August 2010, I receive a message from my bank (CitiBank), which read that Rs 500 has been charged from account as activation charges. When I immediately called Citibank Customer Care, I was shocked to know that this is the error of Bikanervala because the biller, instead of choosing saving account chose current account. This resulted in activation of my overdraft facility. So, Rs 200 (for sweets) plus Rs 500 (Activation charges) plus tax of Rs 51.50 were deducted from my account. Over & above this, Rs 200 which was used from my overdraft is charged at hefty 18% which is levied on 1st day of every month.

                                  Upon rushing to the Bikanervala, spoiling my weekend, I came to know that the Manager is not available & it was already 1pm in the clock. After a telephonic conversation from the Manager, I got the response that these kinds of manual errors do happen & Bikanervala, Sahibabad refunds the amount to the customer. He assured me that he can meet me after 6 pm. So, I went there again in evening. He started arguing with me justifying that he can comment on this only when he will see his weekly statement. I clarified him that he will see only Rs 200 which got credited in Bikanervala’s account. Extra Rs 500+51.50 = Rs 551.50 are deducted from our account as activation charges. So, he will not be seeing the transaction in his records. I also assured him that I can show him my statement and let him talk to my bank’s executive, which the Manager refused to do. Instead, he advised us to go to bank, take a written letter stating that it is Bikanervala’s fault. Now, I raise a question that on Sunday which bank will issue a letter to me. And even after that, why should I rush to different different places for my own money? After trying a lot to avoid & discard us & to save his fault from being open to public, he threw Rs 500 on my palm. Not to forget, still I was not paid extra amount of taxes (Rs 51.50). I know that it is a small amount, but this is my hard earned money after working for the whole month.

                                  Needless to say, I want to say so much, but neither the medium is proper nor space is enough. So, I would appreciate you to please help me in dragging these kinds of illiterate billers and irresponsible managers who don’t know how to deal with a customer who is already paying hefty sum for their expensive services plus charged with these unjustified amounts due to somebody else’s manual error. I can’t go directly to a court as I am a small service class man who will not be able to afford a court with money and time.

                                  I hope I will be heard of from this medium after failing to be heard in the unruly, money snatcher and fraud Bikanervala! I want justice from such kind of people who are making our nation corrupt, selfish & untrustworthy.

                                      This incident happened at the following location:

                                      Bikanervala
                                      30, Aditya Arcade,
                                      Preet Vihar, New Delhi -110092

                                      This is How it started;
                                      Due to wet floor a child fell down while taking the roti's to his table where his parents were sitting. No one from your staff came to help him in this a gentleman helped him in collecting the roti's and he gave it back to the counter from where he got the delivery of his order. the man at the counter who aled himself the manager asked him to comeback after 5 mins for the same order. I thought this is the Kindness and excellent service being given by Bikanervala to its customers.

                                      now the main thing:

                                      i was observing all the matter, your staff member who was on the delivery counter hide the plate which has these roti's that have fell down. after 5 minutes he quickly changed the plate and the manager( i don't know the name - he can be recognize as he was bald) pressed the buttons for call fr the machine i was observing the whole thing with my father, i was shocked to see this happening at your ISO9001:2000, HACCP and SQF2000CM certified restaurant . the child came to collect his order i stopped him as asked for the manager now Mr anand singh came into picture in support of his staff asking me to calm down i explained and asked all the consumers to come forward to know this cheating happening at your so called respected outlet.

                                      this is shameless and disappointing that the companies that we think are the benchmark in quality food and service are doing these type of Mal practices. In against this i also canceled my order and have the copy the canceled bill. the Family to whom this incident happen also supported me and canceled me.

                                      I would like to take this issue to the food & adulteration department. for Your information i am VP marketing in a software company and many times organize get together and order food for my office staff and meetings approximate billing in a month would be between[protected] INR . I would never ever come to this kind of restaurant where customer is being offered adulterated food. I don't understand for only saving 100 rs company like you put the brand equity on stake that too when media is highly active and has fire
