Yesterday we ordered some snacks (samosas, bread pakodas, dhokla)from bikanervala Rajnagar Extension through zamoto. The food delivered wasn't just bad and stale it smelled when opened to take a bite pakodas were freezed as if they've been in the fridge and samosas smelled when taken a bite, dhokla was utterly stale with freshly pickled green chilles to give it a fresh look.
The issue was raised on zamoto then and there and we were compensated with a wholesome amount of 9 rupees to an order amounting to almost 400 rupees which is not something that one can feel compensated with compared to the humiliation one faces in front of their guests.
A call was also made to the same franchise the next day, where we got the response that it cannot be the case and the person was bewildered as to how can this happen and suggested that we should file a complaint to zamoto only.

I have a complaint that Jhansi store has never been consistent as far as the taste is concerned.
Today I ordered Masala Dosa as the last experience of ordering a masala dosa was good enough.
But today I got some mixed vegetable as masala stuffing in dosa and it had really poor taste as the mixed veg (Masala ) was half cooked with excessive oil in it.
I could guess that banquet hall must have had enough servings of mixed veg so lastly thrown to the last minute customers.
At last I had also thrown that crap to garbage.
Had 5-6 times such kind of experience.

I have bought Laddu Special from Bikanerwala Noida, it square building knowledge park 3 namoli, on 11/08/2022 at 7: 29 pm . Withing 24 hours laddu got fungus even after normal refrigeration which should last at least 2 days as mentioned in your bill. This is very disgraceful . my order number is 329 . We bought 1 kg ghevar from Bikanerwala, Sahibabad store last night on 03rd Aug 2022. My dad ate it in the night and in the early morning complained of having uneasiness, vomiting and bodyache. Unaware of the cause of the problem I also ate some Ghevar in the morning just after waking up and as soon as I finished eating I felt something in my stomach. Later it developed into uneasiness, discomfort, vomiting and body ache. We have a complaint about the store but they are not listening to our complaints hence would like to file a formal complaint against the store. I would like them to take away their product, apologies for their casual behaviour and refund for the sweet.

I bought a packet of chatpat papad of Bikano, and the weight listed on the product was 25 g but it felt heavier.
I have not opened the product yet, but it feels like there is something unusual in there and not just the papads.
I bought the packet yesterday i.e., 28/07/2022.
I would like a manager or a service man from Bikano to open the packet in front o[censored]s and record the same.
I don't know what's in there but I'm pretty sure it's not edible and could be harmful.

today I ordered small Ghevar from Bikanervala store Sector 18, but they packed Ghujia instaed of Ghevar.

Purchase on 11/07/2022 at 2: 20 pm 250gms of angoori petha. Kept it in fridge. Consumed it in evening found it smelly and tingy in taste. It was rotten. I rushed back to outlet at 7 :30 pm . Executive amar checked my box Nd also the left out stock in the outlet. He admitted that it was unfit to be consumed and yet still was displayed to be sold . I am feeling uneasy and vomiting after consuming it. I am not accepting refund from the outlet. I want written apology from the higher officials of company and strict action against the company.

Surprisingly today we paid the money through QR code at Bikaner, Japanese Zone, Money was deducted and same amount was debited from Bank too but as per manager nothing was recieved. As a result of it they didn't gave sweets. Such services definitely gives bad impression about Bikaner Be carefull.

The food sold was infected with fungus

I bought 1kg desi laddoo from bikanervala lucknow and when i opened it, the box was rat bitten from 2 places and its very wierd also to eat from that box as its bitten

My mother, my sister and I visited to your Bikanervala Gurgaon Sector 56 golf course road outlet at 10:30 PM. My sister was standing at your queue at the cash counter, one of your CUSTOMERs barged the line and came to the front. When my sister objected, he said ### to her. She came back and told us the incident. When I went back to the cash counter and asked who said ### to me sister to your staff at the cash counter, that CUSTOMER started laughing on me and said I said what will you do. He created whole chaos and said “zyaada mat bol main hindi mein gaali dunga, main Punjabi hun and gaali dunga” and worst thing your entire staff was watching the entire show and didn’t even come to the rescue and rather they were entertaining that guy. We asked your staff to get involved and help as it is not our fault. Rather they chose to be silent and mum. I request you to kindly stop your midnight 3 AM service if you can’t ensure women safety inside your outlet. Your entire staff, including your guard didn’t even try to help. I request you to kindly take a serious necessary action to ensure women safety inside your premises, else I shall be forced to take severe necessary actions so that this episode is not repeated with any other lady in future. Your staff really needs some serious training and crisis management skills else you shall be going some serious negative branding in future. Also, for your knowledge, this is a pattern in Bikanervala suncity store that people keep skipping queues and directly go at the front for billing. And your staff doesn’t even object it. I often avoid it but my sister objected as we follow protocols and don’t directly go in the front. . Had your staff ensured this in advance and objected to the guy, this scene wouldn’t have happened.

My self Mr. Nishant I go there on dated 4th June 2022 at your branch that presented at rohini west metro station unity one mall first floor New delhi. I am giving to order to the accountant for 2 samosa but his told me " niche jao khud le lo" that means his not taking my order all other people that seen all things ok sir..
This is too much like misbehavior with me and I am not happy with the services please take a suitable action against him.

Bad behaviour of staff and food quality of branch sonepat.
I ordered butter masala dosa from this branch
And dosa was made of refind oil instead of butter.
After talking with there staff that give me another dish and take dosa back, they rudely said we cant take this dosa back and you have to pay for this also.
I never expected this from bikaner such a big food chain in India.
In future i will never walk in you resturant.

Pls try to maintain decorum of bikanerwala. CUSTOMERs reached there because they get GOOD SERVICE and good staff . but sorry to say janakpuri branch had not good staff or maybe have but to whome i met he was a illitrate useless guy bs thakur.. useless immature . do not keep this kind of staff .. this will fimished slowly slowly your image..i[censored] ask me i will never go to janakpuri branch .. i ### on this branch .. i purshace 6/7 boxes of mithai cvery dishearted .

Shame on Bikanerwala. Charging a bomb and not taking care of Customer health. I order White sauce pasta for my daughter and after finishing half, we saw a worm coming out of the Brocoli in pasta. This is a serious concern and has damaged our Mental health also.. This is serious and im concerned for a 4 yrs baby who has eaten this pasta. There License should be cancelled

I ordered food from Bikanervala at kanpur kakadev branch . It provide me bad quality food after 40 min and some of the item that i already billed they don't have in store . Now I am not came back to 3rd class outlet that is bekanervala at kakdeo kanpur

We bought a 500g box of Imartis on 17th of April 2022 for more than Rs. 330. The Complaint is that the Imartis were immensely dry and they were really hard as well. Please take the necessary actions.
