Hi, My name is Rohanpreet Singh and I am from Jalandhar, Punjab. There is a distributor of your product bikano namkeen named as (Juneja enterprises) located at Mai hira gate, jalandhar who sold us the product in bulk and now the product is expired and he did not taking it back from us nd not refunding our money. This going for more than 2 months. And also, , leaving the expiry stock aside, neither any salesman is visiting our store (Laddi bakery) located at opposite petrol pump jandu Singha road Jalandhar. I also tried calling the helpline number [protected] but they are not responding properly. I hope u will listen to my problem and give me a solution ASAP.

Sir I have taken some of sweets and namkeens from your branch aaya samajh road Karol bagh New Delhi. Your cashier tries 4 times by card. That time it was refused we have gave him 272 rs cash.
Now I got massage from my bank. 4 times 272 rs debited from my account.
Please send me my amount back.

We have ordered 2 plates Chole Bhature and found plastic wrapper in Chole. Its hazardous to my health. I have complaint to on spot manager, but no action was taken. This is huge disappointment to me as i'm regular customer of Bikanervala.

Hi Team,
I visited govindpuram ghaziabad bikanervala outlet. I found Mr Bharat Kumar was keep on licking fingers and touching food salad every thing with same finger. I asked him and he said he is checking carrots.
On complaining to manager he asked him to wash hands.
This is purely unprofessional and unethical that you are delivering food in such manner.
I hope bikanervala management will take appropriate action.

Complaint regarding spl. Packing thali

As per Thaali the food stuff not served to me it was mentioned there they have tawa paratha mandatory but we don't get served on getting enquired with Rati Gupta she said we serve the same only with take away and not having dine at outlet ...same with gulab jamun portioning
Question comes why this Thaali serve at dine if the same is meant for take away only

Moreover Rati Gupta inspite giving me a solution looks more to be careful for her mobile phone...?????

Serving spoons were not cleaned on this she said having limited man power it's not possible n we are welcome for any feedback ...

Sry but not professional approach looks no training has been given to staff... They were busy in their hangouts!!!

Also washroom are e stinking like hell
Cubicles were dirty sweeping duster placed just with washroom entrance door

Yes one thing is good table got cleaned at regular intervals

Due to lack of time not been able to post photographs!!!

But yes one thing is sure outlet is not being take care by management as no proper S.O.P looks to be care of by the staff and floor manager had to spend time either sitting just like that or with mobile but yes not taking care of outlet n customer requirements and this whole goes on weekends!!! It's alarming for you people... Else carry on like this... Choice is your!!!

You are using plastic bowls for such hot food. You also know plastic is so harmful for health, it should not be used. You have earlier stoped the use of plastic but now the usage of plastic has been started again. Govt. has also banned the plastic things.
As you are using the paper cups and wooden spoons so why cannot you use the paper or wooden bowls.

I found a metal earring while eating. I thankfully chewed on it and spat it out instead of ingesting the dangerous and probably someone's infectious earring. I'm highly concerned about my safety and the safety regulations of your packaging and employees. I still have the product and the smashed earring .

I went to Rohini East Delhi Bikanerwala and ordered Brehni with Aloo sabzi. All Sabzi was not good. I just complained and lets see what the response comes. This is such a good brand and how come this simple thing can be ignored. This is same concept as road side Dhaba. I have just taken 2 pudin hara and i think i cannot eat my lunch. Feeling so bad.

Bikanerwala shop from indigo igi airport metro station selling mixed rajbhog product of 5-6 month old. Inside the can it's smelly not eatable and rajbhog are some original some are low quality small size Raj bhog. Shame on manufacturers from sonipat.

I went to bikanervala punjabi bagh outlet on 14th feb with my family. When we ordered snacks the cashier didn’t mentioned any last order timming.It was 9:50 pm when I went to order main course and the cashier was like kitchen is closed sir. Even after requesting he didn’t showed any courtesy. After discussing the issue with manager his tone was also bad.He said we can’t do anything. At last we had to go somewhere else

The staff of the Sector 18 Noida outlet did not get any training to talk about how to talk to the customer, which type of people do you work with as a team.
People of very useless type. I am laughing, I will not go to any of your outlets from now on. And after today I will not think of bringing anything from Bikaner.

On 5th of feb 2021, i have visited this bikanerwala sec 54 chowk gurgaon at around 6 pm and unfortunately i have left my wallet over there and went out at 6:45pm.When i came to know about tha same i returned back to bikanerwala at around 7:15 pm and informed staff about the same.I was taken aback, , their staff is highly irresponsible and unprofessional, , i am seriously very disappointed with bikanerwala.They people are not helping me out as there were important documents in the purse alongwith the money.I ll post this thing on social media too.

In saket branch ur employee behavior is rude nt satisfactory.just behaving like we r taking everything free.Haldiram is better option .food quality and service is better there.no body cares about complaints I know.i will post in public too...

I have purchased 5 winter special packets along with 1kg of Gajar Halwa.
When I opened the packet of gajar halwa few spoons I've eaten along with my family but afterwards I've found 2 insects in it and me and my family members got ill as have vomiting and loose motions. Currently also, Me and my family members are suffering from stomach infection. I have tried to get in touch with the shop but no one picks up the call and customer care number also didn't connect.

The shop address is Plot No. 12, Sector-5, Rajender Nagar, Sahibabad, , Ghazibabad, Uttar Pradesh 201010.

Further, I'll not purchase anything from Bikanerwala and escalate this issue to consumer court if not satisfied with your response from here.

I had just bought Bikano 1 kg pack from Smile store Selakui Dehradun two days ago but its test is absolutely bad oil test.And sir had taken a packet of 200 grams from another shop, its test is good. Smile went to change the store, then he said that first talk in customer care, then please solve some problem.

Very bad experience at Bikarnerwala Sector 18, Noida.We have been a regular customer to Bikarnerwala but today it was disgusting to know that there is no value of customer at your place.We ordered executive thali, food was tasteless and cold.There were no napkins..when we complained the manager about it..He was ruthless.He had no manner of talking, instead he started arguing.This was extremely saddening.I wonder if we will ever consider going to Bikarnerwala again
