Today I ate at Bikaner vala and as was about to finish my meal, I saw a mouse running in the kitchen. This was the Rajender Nagar branch. Another lady pointed out the same thing. Also the food quality was not good and chole were way salty. It was a bad experience over all. Now I’m having stomach pains.

I bought 8 pcs of cheena toast and 500 gms dry rusbherry from your bikanerwala outlet jalandhar punjab I took it home after opening boxes at home after 20/25 mins i found some foul smell and diffrent taste of chenna toasts and dry rusbherry was absolutely fine. !!!
Same moment i called that store i told the problem to the staff and he said If this product is made today and is sold on next day ( it means it was not fresh at all ) and said pls wait i will call you back after discussing with my senior
I didnt recieved any back call from them
Then i called after 2 hours he showed a very cold attitude and said we have checked it there is no problem in our product !!! And cut the call !!!
As it was not fit for consumption my wife throw that away
They are fooling theor coustmers

I purchased Half Kilograms of Gujia Sweets today in the evening. The quality of the food is bad. It is so dry that one is not able to even chew it properly. It is not juicy at all. I wanted to order the sweet with sugar coating so that it is soft & juicy and I asked from the staff present there and even they confirmed about it, but when i opened the packet, the gujia I received was totally dry. It had no sweetness and all I could taste was the fried dough.
When we are purchasing from Bikanervala, we expect a quality from them, but even after so much confirmation, i received the order which was not much edible. I request the concerned authority to address my issue and replace my order or give a refund because the product received is not what I wanted and also not what the staff told me they are giving.

The complete resturant is having the fliers that on 749 asured gift is there and on checking they informed this is from tommorow

Yesterday on 20th Feb, i purchased Makhni Rasgulla from Bikanervala Rajouri Garden.

In evening when we ate those along with my relatives, these was black powder coming in mouth.

We saw inside the rasgulla and saw lot of black particles.

Having a sour throat after having that half.

I bought a besan Laddu ( sweetened chickpea flour ball) and found a plastic piece inside one of them and they market it as premium quality product as a adult I checked it before if a child have consumed it would have been very harmful for them.

I had a very terrible experience. I found a hair inside the Bikano packet, with three small pieces of Bhujia hanging inside it. I did not understand how could this have happened, because we trust big brands like Bikano.

Kindly look into this matter at the earliest. The details of the product are

I have also attached the image of the hair as well as Bikano Bhujia pieces inside it. I have sent the images to Bikano customer care but have received no response. Also, I had bought this product from the only D-Mart in Amritsar.

moreover poor and rude behaviour of waiters, by throwing plates on tables.

I have just received the order at my address. The order is missing pudina mathri and kaju katli box. This is very unfortunate because i got an expired box of milk cake as attached in the pictures.

Your team sucks.
The worst ever experience with your sweet box, then the similar kind of customer services.

I think now, i will never buy and product from you.

I went with my mother to have lunch there but staff not folloing CARONA SOP no secutiry guard there not only that when we asked for help from staff no one helped

I opened a new pack of bikano khatta mitha bhujia and it tasted so bad as if it was expired. The taste of the peanuts in it was bitter and also the bhujia was not crispy and had absorbed moisture.
Really disappointed by such a bad quality product from Bikano.
I would like you to take this complaint into consideration and take appropriate action.

We purchased 22 tin boxes of kaju katli of bikano from reliancr mart greater Noida West. The quality is so poor and worthless. Why they are selling cheap quality ?

Tax Invoice no. C[protected] dated 20.10.2021. Order was placed for 30 boxes of Laddu special of 900 gms each plus 30 packets of 4 Laddoos each.
One Kg of your Laddus pack contains 28 pieces and the same were supplied in 4 pieces pack also, for which packing material was charged separate @ Rs. 5 each.
The weight of 30 packets thus comes to 4.285 Kgs, whereas i was charged for 4.8 Kgs (mind it that packing is charged separately).
Further, there was no gift wrapping and ONLY 27 packets of 900 gms. were delivered, as against the order of 30. Only on pointing out and insisting upon, the balance were given. by your Indirapuram outlet. I demand a written apology and refund of wrongly excess charged money ASAP.

Just visited bikanerwala gajraula outlet and was surprised at their pathetic service
I ordered half kg kaju katli ( 2 packets) and they kept on sending me from one counter to another even after complete payment was done.
Moreover they quarreled among themselves as to who should deliver my order.

Went to the Sector 86 outlet with family on 09th Oct'21 Morning. After the first round of orders, we wanted to order vada sambar. Even after we paid using PayTm, they refused to serve saying that the payment has not been received. I asked if they would refund the amount once they receive the same. They refused to do so. This is pure cheating. How can they ask for extra money and refuse to pay back once they receive the money in their account. We showed them that the money got deducted from our account.

In addition, the service standards are very poor. We waited for more than 10 minutes to get the tables cleaned. We had to go to the counter and request to send someone to clean.

As a next step, if this is not resolved amicably, will file a complaint with the consumer court for cheating and poor customer service.

I have dined in Muzaffarnagar outlet. They have not cleaned our table for first 10 mins and after that they have not attended our table for next 15 mins. There waiter were passing from our table and completely ignoring us.

Then after ordering our food we have received our food and utensils in parts. They didn't had spoons, glasses and water. They delivered our cold after we have finished our meal.

When asked about delayed order one of their staff said it will come in it's own time and was laughing. What kind of service is this.

When I asked about manger for feedback he came after 10 mins and said this is the best service you are going to get at this time and when I have asked about customer care details for feedback he said I am the owner and do whatever you want to do.

He also said that we have given you complete order that's the most we can do.

I mean what kind of service are you giving for such high prices and what is with this attitude. It's like they are giving food as charity.

I am awaiting response on this and strictest action against the responsible person.

We went to Bikanervala Yesterday 22.09.2021 at Rajouri Garden Delhi. Their last order is at 10Pm.
We reach at 9:50Pm they take our last order but when we received a order at 10:05Pm they switched off A/C, Fans, lights and kept all The chairs up. We Were Rather Eating our food and 90% servants walked out.

I bought dokhla 250gm on 3.9.2012 at 8 pm from karol bagh gurudwara outlet after coming back home when i open pkt it was smelling and the taste of the dokhla was not good.I m very disappointed with the food quality.plz look into the matter.thanku

Yesterday I have purchased gulab jamun pack in 1 kg std qty 12 nos but I have found 10 nos this is a critical issues because I have paid 12 nos pay but observed less quantity so please take necessary action for counting.
