    I was doing an online transaction for LIC of INDIA to pay my daughter's policy premium of INR 34965.42/- around Indian standard time 13:35:43, where the LIC of India website is showing that the transaction has been failed due to reason PBE10002-Issuer not available but my bank account has been debited with the amount of INR 34965.42/-. i hope this issue shall be solved with the immediate effect.

              I had made a UPI payment to emitra.[protected]@hdfcbank using of INR 510/-. The amount has been deducted from the bank but does not receive by the third party.

              I am filling the form of Rajsthan High Court JA, JJA, Clerk 2nd Grade form. During the payment step of this application this thing happens to me. I had made a payment by Paytm UPI using my bank account and amount has been deducted and after that I had neither receive a Payment Receipt nor the status of Payment changed I had try to refresh many times.

                  I was paid through my net banking of HDFC Bank online for sbi credit card ending 0793 Rs. 25000.00 16.10.2020 via Transaction ID VHDF[protected], Transaction Status show Pending . But the agonising fact is that Sir, the transaction was not paid to and the credit card amount of Rs. 25000.00 has been debited from my bank account. Please look into the matter and do needful at an earliest. Thanking you.

                          INR 50000 debited from my bank account to [protected]@hdfcbank UPI but not credited to Merchant. I did transactions to upi address [protected]@hdfcbank 50000 INR around 4:04 pm IST 16th OCT UPI transaction id[protected] debited from my bank account and not credited to third paty marchant. Also not refunded back to my bank account either. Tried emailing [protected]@billdesk.com but no response for my emails. please help to resolve. attaching my google pay screen print and bank statement print.

                            I have registered in a website DOST https://dost.cgg.gov.in/ for student registration and done a payment amount is to Rs.1000/- and the transaction is failed. After that i had retried but again tha amount Rs.1000/- is debited for the second time. At last i have paid for the third time and successed.
                            MY ISSUE IS: my amount was debited for twice and failed transaction. I am requesting you sir to verify my transaction and claim my amount which is debited for twice.

                                  I have done an online transaction (INTERNET BANKING) for Rs. 2093 for payment of property tax, (Vizianagaram Municipal Corporation, Vizianagaram Dist., Andhra Pradesh) on date:11/09/2020 and time: 12:09:55 pm.

                                  The above said amount was deducted from my account, by was never received at the receiver's end. when I contacted the bank (Canara Bank) they lodged complaint and issued a letter stating that it was a PAYMENT GATEWAY FAILURE TRANSACTION.

                                  The TXN detail is APFIND-BILLDSK-SCNB[protected]-CLIENTCOD

                                  So, kindly look into the issue seriously and refund my amount at the earliest.

                                  I'm also attaching the transaction copy including the statement issued by the bank regarding the issue.

                                    Sir/Madam,
                                    I, TARAKESWAR BERA would like to inform you that, on 13.10.2020 ( Tuesday) I have paid my electricity bill to CESC through SBI INTERNET BANKING. The billed amount ( total Rs. 2160/=) has been debited from my bank account but the status of payment is showing "PENDING" in the Transaction Summary [Payment ID-SSBI[protected]] .
                                    Now neither the debited amount has not yet been refunded to my bank account nor it has been paid to CESC .
                                    Please take the necessary steps either to adjust the debited amount to my electricity bill or to refund the debited amount to my bank account immediately.
