I done ts dost registration and made payment of 400/- rupees through billdesk, my money got debited from my account but registration payment is not successfull. please refund my money as soon as possible.

    I syeda rumana paid rupees 1000 for dost ts online self reporting fees through bill desk on 27/09/2020 at 07:35 am and my dost ts id number ti[protected] hence money was deducted and transaction failed...Please help me...

              While I was paying the electricity bill online(AP state), the screen showed error. So I reentered my debit card details to make the payment again after which it said payment successful. When I checked my messages, payment was made twice and double the money got deducted from my bank account. Kindly fix this problem and return the amount in excess of the given bill.

                      Date of Incident : 28th September 2020
                      Time of Incident: 20:07(Time when I got Message that Money got debited from the bank)
                      Made a Mobile Recharge of Rs.1999.00 from BSNL portal through BillDesk Payment Gateway, Where the money got debited from my bank but transaction did not completed. I have done my Payment through Debit Card of IOB bank. I have already spoken to BSNL people, they said they haven't received the payment. So, Money have to be with BillDesk only.

                      I request you to please refund my money as soon as possible.

                            I made an online contribution of 20000 to National Pension Scheme(NPS) on 1-0ct-2020 by using bill desk although money has been debited form my icici account but after making payment I got error screen although money has been debited form my account. Now it is more than 3 day but still i have not received my money back into my account. Please look into this ASAP.

                                      My electricity bill is getting auto pay from the credit card.
                                      I want to delete this from my billers option from the bill desk site but the option is not reflected.
                                      also, I have de-registered auto pay from cards option.
                                      I tried to contact on given contact numbers but the numbers are not valid.
                                      I did mail but no satisfying option provided.
                                      I logged in to net banking and went to my billers but it's empty.
                                      and after all these processes my electricity bill is getting debited from credit card
