Time of Incident: 20:07(Time when I got Message that Money got debited from the bank)
Made a Mobile Recharge of Rs.1999.00 from BSNL portal through BillDesk Payment Gateway, Where the money got debited from my bank but transaction did not completed. I have done my Payment through Debit Card of IOB bank. I have already spoken to BSNL people, they said they haven't received the payment. So, Money have to be with BillDesk only.
I request you to please refund my money as soon as possible.
