On 15/06/2020, i tried to pay my municipality tax through bill desk payment services. The amount of rs. 12, 374.80/- has been deducted from my account but bill not paid.

Here are the following details of the transaction:
Bank name: union bank of india
Transaction date: 16/09/2020
Transaction amount: rs 12, 374.80/-

    rs. 2000 payment via upi not reflecting on my cat form

    I made a payment of rs. 2000 on my cat application form using billdesk on 16/09/2020.
    I used upi payment method through phonepe and it shows the transaction is successful but it is showing payment unsuccessful on my cat application. Kindly look into the matter because i'm not sure whether to make another payment or not.
    And if another payment is made, how long will it take for previous ones to be credited back?...

    Amount of 2000 has been debited from my account while paying registration fees for CAT 2020. But the registration was not successful. It's been 48 hours and there is no refund credited. I was paying through Google pay. Please fix the problem as soon as possible because I'm unable to decide to repay or not.

      Dear sir,

      I filled my cat 2020 form and did payment through upi id.
      The payment was deducted from my account but it is not updated on the application form. Kindly look into asap as tomorrow is last date of registration.

        While registering myself for cat 2020 on[protected] at around 9:30 pm, rs 2000/- got deducted from the account but still a message was displayed on the screen stating that "transaction was not successful". I raised ticket for the same but no response yet..!! I tried calling since today morning on the given number but no response..!! I mailed them but no response...!!! Such irresponsible people...!!! I got stuck that whether i should go for another payment or wait till tomorrow morning and then act accordingly. It seems that this is very common problem that other students are facing too. I'm requesting you'll to kindly look into the matter and would be much appreciated if i'll be provided with a solution.

        Here i'am attaching some screenshots that stands as a payment proof from my side.

            Sir/madam i was paying my cat 2020 application fee, when i paid my fee of 2000 through upi amazon app it was showing payment success to [protected]@hdfcbank but when i checked it on cat 2020 website it was showing failed payment status so i tried paying again via debit card and this time it showed payment successful to iim.

            Payment that failed 1st time details are as below :

            So sir/madam kindly look in this matter and refund the first time debited amount of 2000 as soon as possible, thank you.

                Paid rs 1000 for cat, it's showing transation successful in my phonepay app, but it's showing transation failed in the cat application, kindly look into the matter.

                    I paid my cat application fee with the help of bill desk it was successful and amount was also deducted from my bank account but when i logged in to my cat login id there it is still prompting me to pay the application fees and shows last transaction was unsuccessful please resolve this asap because its already last date to fill the form.

                      Respected sir/madam,

                      I was paying my cat 2020 application fee. When i paid my fee of 2000 through upi mode of payment, it was showing payment success to "[protected]@hdfcbank" but when i checked it on cat application form it was showing failed payment status.

                              On 14th sept 2020 i made payment of 2000 for cat 2020 application form through billdesk via google pay app the screen shows payment approved but application not submitted. Will i get a refund? Should i repay for the application? No one from iimcat helpdesk and billdesk is responding to my calls and mails please help me.

                                On 15th september, i paid the amount 2000 for cat 2020 registration. The money got deducted from my bank account but in their site it shows payment is unsuccessfull. The last date for registration is tomorrow that is 16th september. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible as i only have one day left.
