Money deducted for CAT application form but the application form status is not updated
Hi,
I have made payment for CAT application form using UPI billdesk. Money is deducted from the account but the application form status is not updated as I m still able to edit the form. I received a message that "Your application form is not submitted. Your application number is 20141260 which can be used for all future correspondence."Please look into it. It is important as the final dates are closing in.
I have attached the transaction details.

Money deducted from bank account but online submission of fees is showing fail
As I submitted the fees amount of CAT form. It is showing that the fees status F which means fail. And the amount is deducted from my UPI.
please resolve this status and initiate the refund status.

Updated by sameerroy888 As per previous Failed status i have to agian make a new payment from another bank account through different gateway and hence I have to pay again. I don't understand why this problem happens with Billdesk.

Amount deducted by billdesk while filling the CAT 2020 application form by scanning QR code and the application form is NOT successfully submitted. Please look into thematter and refund the amount asap.

CAT form transaction, Payment got deducted, but payment status is showing failed
Yesterday afternoon(5th September), I filled CAT Application form and after doing the transaction for fees payment got deducted from my bank, but Transaction status at CAT Application window is showing it failed.

Product not delivered although rescheduled by ekart boy on 2nd sept by phone.. After that complaint registered at flipkart portal.. Still no improvement observed.. My flipkart order no is - od[protected] and tracking id fmpc[protected]. This is an exchange order that's why i can't give you the sms which i have received on my phone from your office after reset factory setting. I m sure the parcel is still at cooch behar e kart office. Pls do the needful and deliver it asap. Pls feel free to contact me.

I made a online payment to cat 2020 using upi billdesk. My amount got debited but payment status reflected as unscussesful because of which the form also failed to submit. The iim did not received my payment. I have done the payment on 3rd sept 8:22 am. Please look into it. It is important as the final dates are closing in. Please provide a refund or the payment status success. I have attached the transaction details.

I am bhasker tiwari had made payment of 5000 rupees for my rbl credit card yesterday 03/09/20 around 11 am morning but that payment did not get credit in my rbl credit card account.
I am attaching the receipt of my icici bank account through which i made payment by billdesk payment gateway.
Kindly do the needful at earliest and revert back that money to my icici bank account.

I have done a payment of 1320 for booking my ksrtc bus tickets but tickets have not been booked but the amount was deducted from my paytm wallet.
I have done the payment through billdeskutil merchant.
I have communicated with paytm and they have confirmed that thransaction was successful from their end and i need to contact the billdeskutil merchant for the refund.

I made an online transaction to apply for an examo online with upi through billdesk. The payment was unsuccessful but the transaction is processed and the amoung is debited from my account.

As I can see across various submitted complaints, students are trying to pay their IIM CAT forms through UPI bill desk but the payment is failing even though the amount is getting deducted from their bank account.
I faced the same issue when I tried to submit my CAT form and tried paying through GPay an amount of Rs. 2000 on 3rd Sep at 12:18AM. The amount was deducted from my bank account but never reached the IIM account due to which my form could not be submitted. I am attaching the receipt as a proof and request you to credit Rs. 2000 back to my account without delay.

Not yet. Still waiting for a resolution and amount to be credited back. Seems like many people are facing this issue since last many days on CAT website.
Did you receive any response mail from the helpdesk? Even i contacted them through mail but i didn't receive any response mail from their side and neither my application form status is updated.

Hi everyone, I wrote to the email address [protected]@billdesk.com regarding this and I received a response stating that the payment has been settled with the merchant.
My application also got submitted successfully. You too can try this. Thankyou :)
