I did the cat application payment using Scan and pay feature from Google pay via billdesk.
The amount got debited from my account but the payment on cat form is still shown as failed.

      I made a payment of my cat 2020 form using upi and qr method from billdesk. My account got debited but the same was not reflected in my application form and the status is still reflecting as failed.

        I have done HSBC CC payment through bill desk on 1st Sept 2020.
        After doing the transaction reference ticket no not generate and amount has been debited from my account which is still not received to banker till date.kindly let me know further process.

          I have done 200p/-payment for CAT 2020 via Billdesk. The money has been deducted from my bank account but the payment has not been reflected in my CAT 2020 application form.

            I have paid the application fee for CAT 2020 using billdesk and the payment was successful and money was aso debited but the transaction status is being shown as unsuccessful in CAT website. The transaction was made on 5th september 2:57pm

            the company has mailed me from [email protected] which is the official support email for payment gateway queries and i provided them the details and they processed the information and application form was successfully submitted

              I got an email from billdesk stating that the amount was transferred to CAT and whatever the issue is we have to contact CAT helpdesk about it but CAT helpdesk number hasn't been attended by anyone since yesterday.
              I think it's better to forget about those 2000 now.

              same here. i received a mail from billdesk stating that they have shared the transaction id with CAT. Even i tried reaching CAT helpdesk but there is no response.

              Thanks for the update mentioning that your application form is submitted. I tried calling helpdesk again after going through your comment and i was able to talk to one of them working there and my form status is also updated and the form is submitted automatically

                    Rs 2000 deducted from my account for cat application via billdesk using upi qr code scan. Later 2000 again paid via billdesk using netbanking. Please refund 2000 in my account which was deducted.

                    Rs 2000 deducted from account for CAT 2020 application.Amount transferred to BILLDESK account rather it should go to IIM-BILLDESK account.I had to repay the amount through other mode of transaction to fill the CAT form successfully. So I request BILLDESK to refund Rs 2000 amount in my account ASAP.

                      Rs 2000 deducted from account for cat 2020 application. Amount transferred to billdesk account rather it should go to iim-billdesk account. I had to repay the amount through other mode of transaction to fill the cat form successfully. So i request billdesk to refund rs 2000 amount in my account asap.

Your application number is 20141260 which can be used for all future correspondence."Please look into it. It is important as the final dates are closing in.

                          Try to call CAT helpline number at 9am in the morning and wait until the call gets disconnected automatically.

                              As I submitted the fees amount of CAT form. It is showing that the fees status F which means fail. And the amount is deducted from my UPI.

                              As per previous Failed status i have to agian make a new payment from another bank account through different gateway and hence I have to pay again. I don't understand why this problem happens with Billdesk.

                                  Yesterday afternoon(5th September), I filled CAT Application form and after doing the transaction for fees payment got deducted from my bank, but Transaction status at CAT Application window is showing it failed.

                                    Product not delivered although rescheduled by ekart boy on 2nd sept by phone.. After that complaint registered at flipkart portal.. Still no improvement observed.. My flipkart order no is - od[protected] and tracking id fmpc[protected]. This is an exchange order that's why i can't give you the sms which i have received on my phone from your office after reset factory setting. I m sure the parcel is still at cooch behar e kart office. Pls do the needful and deliver it asap. Pls feel free to contact me.
