I made a payment for my cat 2020 form using upi (Specified - gpay) using qr method from billdesk. My amount got debited but the same was not reflected in my application form and the status is still reflecting as failed.
It happened on 6 th september. So i am requesting you to look into this matter and refund the money as soon as you can....

I tried paying the registration fees for cat 2020 using billdesk upi qr code. The amount got deducted from my account and the transaction status is being displayed as 'purchase confirmed' on google pay app. But as per the official cat 2020 portal the transaction was unsuccessful. I saw a lot of complaints regarding the same issue here. So i hope that it's gonna get resolved quickly keeping in mind the fast approaching deadline.

Amount debited but transaction unsuccessful in CAT 2020
I have paid the application fee for CAT 2020 using billdesk and the payment was successful and money was aso debited but the transaction status is being shown as unsuccessful in CAT website. The transaction was made on 5th september 2:57pm

the company has mailed me from [email protected] which is the official support email for payment gateway queries and i provided them the details and they processed the information and application form was successfully submitted

I got an email from billdesk stating that the amount was transferred to CAT and whatever the issue is we have to contact CAT helpdesk about it but CAT helpdesk number hasn't been attended by anyone since yesterday.
I think it's better to forget about those 2000 now.
same here. i received a mail from billdesk stating that they have shared the transaction id with CAT. Even i tried reaching CAT helpdesk but there is no response.

Thanks for the update mentioning that your application form is submitted. I tried calling helpdesk again after going through your comment and i was able to talk to one of them working there and my form status is also updated and the form is submitted automatically
I have made payment through UPI bill desk but the application form status is not updated and it is showing that the transaction is failed though money is deducted from my account.

Rs 2000 deducted from my account for cat application via billdesk using upi qr code scan. Later 2000 again paid via billdesk using netbanking. Please refund 2000 in my account which was deducted.

Rs 2000 deducted from account for CAT 2020 application.Amount transferred to BILLDESK account rather it should go to IIM-BILLDESK account.I had to repay the amount through other mode of transaction to fill the CAT form successfully. So I request BILLDESK to refund Rs 2000 amount in my account ASAP.
