I have done payment for cat application form via billdesk. Payment was successful from bank but status is showing payment failed. Please help me asap as deadlines are very near.

      I have paid the application fee by choosing billdesk option and i paid through upi rs.2000
      Amount has been deducted from my account but the transaction shows failed in the cat website and asking us to make payment again.

          Upi transaction id[protected]. Payment receipt is attached with this complaint.
          I used gpay qr scan to pay the amount for cat registration. The payment is deducted but the payment is not reached cat authorities and the registration is not complete. Please find attached the payment receipt.

          I registered a complaint on National Consumer Helpline against Billdesk and CAT for not responding to the grievance by email or call. After sending them a mail with that complaint id and mention of legal action against them in the email subject line was enough to get the payment issue resolved.

              I made a payment for my cat 2020 form using upi (Specified - gpay) using qr method from billdesk. My amount got debited but the same was not reflected in my application form and the status is still reflecting as failed.
              It happened on 6 th september. So i am requesting you to look into this matter and refund the money as soon as you can....

                        I tried paying the registration fees for cat 2020 using billdesk upi qr code. The amount got deducted from my account and the transaction status is being displayed as 'purchase confirmed' on google pay app. But as per the official cat 2020 portal the transaction was unsuccessful. I saw a lot of complaints regarding the same issue here. So i hope that it's gonna get resolved quickly keeping in mind the fast approaching deadline.

                                I have done HSBC CC payment through bill desk on 1st Sept 2020.
                                After doing the transaction reference ticket no not generate and amount has been debited from my account which is still not received to banker till date.kindly let me know further process.
