Incident date - 13 sep 2020
Incident time - 8:23 pm

Payment failed though amount of rs.2000 for cat 2020 deducted.
I scanned the qr code from billdesk upi and paid using googlepay, money got debited from my account but it's showing payment failed on the application form.

Please resolve the issue as the deadline for the application date for the cat form is 16/09/20.

I sent a email to both BillDesk and cat helpdesk. Billdesk replied that they received my money. Cat said it will reflect after 48-72 hr. Form submitted after 2 days.

    The money got cut for cat registration, i had used upi for the payment (Gpay) but the application form didn't get through. Request you to refund 2000 rupees.

      I made a payment of rs 2000 via billdesk upi and the transaction is indicated successful on googlepay. however, on iimcat server the payment reflects failure and my form which is seeing a deadline on 16th september remains unsubmitted.

        I was paying the application fee of rs.2000 for cat 2020. I scanned the qr code from billdesk upi and paid using paytm, my sbi account got debited (Reference number[protected] but it's showing payment failed on the application form. Requesting an immediate refund. Please resolve as soon as possible.

        Have you made the payment again in order to submit the form? Or will you be waiting for 2 days for updation of payment status since registation is closing on 16/09/2020.
        I have faced the exact same problem and I camt understand if should repay and submit application or wait. What shall you do?

        Same here, i tried calling the help desk but no one is picking the call. I am confused whether to do the payment again or status would get updated...or should i wait for the refund first...
        Even my payment was failed on[protected] at around 10pm and raised ticket for the same. Will wait for few more hours and will decide accordingly.

          While submitting the CAT 2020 form, the transaction was successful, but the form was not submitted. I resubmitted the form with a new transaction. The form was submitted then. However, the money was deducted twice from my account.
          Kindly look into the matter and refund the money as early as possible.

          I have attached the screenshot of the transactions for your reference.

            I have submitted my payment of my cat form by scanning the qr code and paid the amount of ₹2000. The transaction was successfull at my end but the payment status is shown as unsuccessful in my application. Please refund my money so that i don't have to pay any other unnecessary amount.

            It has been nearly 20 days. Haven't received anything from your side nor have I received my money.. There is no other way of contacting you.. It's frustrating.. I think I may have to lean towards some strict measures to get my money back.
            When can I expect this problem to be resolved? When can I expect my money to get back

              I paid cat application form fees of rs 2000 through billdesk with the help of bhim upi by scanning the qr code provided and the amount is deducted from the account but it is showing payment failed in cat application form. Please resolve my issue as soon as possible.

                  I was doing the cat 2020 form on 9th September. 2000rs was deducted from my SBI bank account but didn't reached the concerned administrator's account. I have done my payment through phonepe. There the status shown is successful payment.
                  I have screenshot of payment deduction.

                    Sir, i've made my property tax payment through your bill desk app amount is 1055/-.. Money has been deducted upi i'd[protected] but it's still showing unpaid in my property tax bill... Your customer care no/toll free no are not useful some were not getting connected & others not even answering calls... Very pathetic service.. I want my money to be refunded in my a/c.. Very bad service i hv ever seen...

                      I had to pay the amount twice to cat because the first time i scanned the qr code then the payment was sucessful but the form submission failed,
                      2 nd time was sucessful because i had entered the upi i'd manually

                      Please refund my amount asap

                      My fee was 2000 and i had to pay it twice please refund my amount

                          I tried paying the cat 2020 fee of rs. 2000 though google pay on 11th september, and the amount got deducted from my bank account. However, the application form says transaction failed. Please credit rs. 2000 to my account

                          Got the refund. Took about three days(including Sunday). Amount got deducted on Friday, and refund came by Monday night.

                              But in payment site after entering my card details and submit the error message comes as pbe10002.
                              Why bill desk is not entertaining the sbi debit card?
                              I assured that the domestic usage is enabled in my card.
