    I am jio prime member and i have done a recharge of 99 from jio phone today 20 december 2019 @ 12:56 pm. I received confirmation message from paytm side too. Paytm advised me to contact with the bill-desk and take confirmation from them in order to take further actions.
    The following is the message received after payment.
    “ paid rs. 99 to billdeskutil on dec 20, 2019 12:56:04 with ref: [protected]. My amount has been deducted but service has not started yet.

        On 17 december 2019 at 3:37 am i have made payment for transcript at jawaharlal nehru technological university hyderabad through bill desk with sbi debit card when i entered otp i got session expired and money got debited from bank of 5225.94 rupees

            I tried ordering from kfc app and chose my airtel money wallet as the option to make the payment of rs.332.50 on 1712 hrs on 13th dec 2019. The payment was made successfully to the billdesk but kfc did not confirm the order nor the amount of rs. 332.50 has been refunded to me till date.

              I had made a payment to renew my aviva policy online. Below are the details of the payment.

              Aviva has not received this payment and my policy has not been renewed.

                  I used to recharge my bpcl petro card account through your billdesk system.
                  On 04.10.2019, i have done rs.50000.00 transaction for recharge but that is not credited in my bpcl account were as in my bank account debited rs.50008.26

                  Kindly check the above transactions and do the needful to pay back 50008.26 to my bank a/c at the earliest.

                          I booked a bus ticket at ksrtc website using billdesk as payment gateway. My money got deducted from paytm account but ticket not booked. Paytm is showing the payment as successful but the ticket has not been booked at ksrtc website. I initiated a request at paytm to refund my money. They are asking billdesk to share service request number. Please see in the matter and do the needful as soon as possible.

                            I was trying to pay lic bill through paynet on 6th dec 19. Paid rs.30, 965.40/- through my icici account. Amount was deducted from bank but the system has shown failure status of trasaction. Please process the payment and credit the payment to lic or refund the same amounts to my icici account.

                              I have recharged my jio number using myjio app and selected google pay as payment method. The payment was successful in gpay but the recharge is not done in myjio app. I didn't received any confirmation from jio. No sign of successful recharge. But the money was debited from my bank account. Please revert the payment. I have contacted my bank and they told they amount was successfully sent from their side and they cannot do anything regarding this.

                                billdesk rbl bank credit card payment failed and not affected in account

                                My name is sandeep kumar, i paid rs 50000/- towards my rbl credit card using bill desk, the transaction processed and amount deducted from my account but credit card bill was not paid.                                 I have done rbl credit card bill payment on 2nd december 2019. Process completed successfully by billdesk. But i did not get confirmation from rbl for payment recieve. Kindly
                                Process it as soon as possible. It was last day for payment so there no problem from my side and i will not be paying any penalties. Resolve this as soon as possible. Give confirmation messge.

                                  On 30/11/19 around 12.45 am i tried to pay electric bill on wbsedcl through united bank of india internet banking. An amount of rupees 1140.36 is debited from my account but not credited to wbsedcl. Gateway of this transaction was billdesk. Kindly check the matter and respond me as soon as possible. I check my status on wbsedcl site and it's a failed transaction.
