Hello sir/madam,

Today i had done online payment through lic india and payment gateway is bill desk.

After providing all banking details, a message came - "reason : sorry. We are unable to process your transaction. We apologise for the inconvenience and request you to try again later."

Whereas amount is debited to my icici bank savings account, but not credit to lic premium.

Following is the transaction confirmation message received from icici: bank:


Bill desk bpc
You have made an online payment of inr 6125.0 towards bill desk bpc from your account
Xx327 on dec 31, 2019 at 14:47 hours.
The transaction id is [protected].


Request you to refund the amount to bank account or credit to lic premium against which payment is done.

Sir I have paid my LIC premium through the LIC app On 02/01/2020. In that LIC app I have done my payment through the phone pe wallet. My amount was debited from my bank account. Still I didnot get my receipt. I have checked In that Lic app, but showing no transaction. My Lic Policy no:[protected]

    We did't receive any receipt from tsspdcl.

      I booked a ticket from sindhanur to bangalore on 29.12.2019 12:51pm bust ticket was not confirmed and 703 inr money was deducted from my bank acc from karnataka bank plz give any suggestion r refundable... I think it's too waste... N not yet confirmed my ticket... This the first time ever i faced the problem... Don't trust the billdesk... Even there is no proper customer support

        Sir,

        I have made a quotation payment (Application no. [protected], for new connection) of 7 octoomber 2019 for 1225/- via billdesk payment gateway, for bill pay. Amount got debited from my bank account but still showing payment remains in pending stage in lic portal. I contacted wbsedcl (Lic), but companies responding that payment is pending..

        Wbsedcl (Lic) informed that the said payment has not been received wbsedcl system, amount not shown in wbsedcl (Lic) account.

        I have paid my quotation amount for new connection on 07.10.19 through billdesk payment gateway, for wbsedcl. But still payment is not showing in portal.

              Sir,
              I have made payment of my contribution of rs. 30, 000/- to my nps tier-1 account a/c on 24/12/2019 through online using your payment gateway from icici bank. But i didn't get any acknowledgment no/ receipt of this transaction.in my bank the transaction details showing as npstrust/xbcmfnps. I have not received any refund from billdesk.

                  I renewed my car insurance policy in royal sundaram and used bill desk payment gateway internet banking from my icici savings account. The amount is debited from the account but the vendor i. E royal sundaram has not received the payment yet. While i approached them, they suggested me to raise a complain with bill desk.

                  Please refer the transaction confirmation mail below received from the icici banking.

                  India Received a call from this number asked for the debit card details including CVV and card expiry date to refund the amount. This is the first update I got. Is this portal really a trustable one ??

                          I am jio prime member and i have done a recharge of 99 from jio phone today 20 december 2019 @ 12:56 pm. I received confirmation message from paytm side too. Paytm advised me to contact with the bill-desk and take confirmation from them in order to take further actions.

                                  I tried ordering from kfc app and chose my airtel money wallet as the option to make the payment of rs.332.50 on 1712 hrs on 13th dec 2019. The payment was made successfully to the billdesk but kfc did not confirm the order nor the amount of rs. 332.50 has been refunded to me till date.

                                        I used to recharge my bpcl petro card account through your billdesk system.
                                        On 04.10.2019, i have done rs.50000.00 transaction for recharge but that is not credited in my bpcl account were as in my bank account debited rs.50008.26

                                        Kindly check the above transactions and do the needful to pay back 50008.26 to my bank a/c at the earliest.
