I have paid my HSBC credit card bill, but not generate transaction I'd no.i have called couple of time in billdesk customer service but they are not pick the any call .worst supporting customer service center. I am thinking if today not responding I am going file case anginest my mobile no [protected]

      I have filled my sbi clerk exam on 25 january 2020, but due to some error the payment was not accepted at first attempt. So as mentioned on that page to make another payment and my old payment will be sent back to my account within 2-3 working days i made another payment. But it's been a week i haven't received my money back. I made the first payment by sbi debit card which is to be reflected back. And second payment using google pay from uco bank account which was accepted. Please respond to this.

        I have done my payment via axis net banking on 21/01/2020 for my bajaj part time loan payment. Transition completed, amount duducted from my bank account, but amount not reflected to bajaj account. I have contacted customer care number, they told to mail same and transition id, i have mailed the same on [protected]@billdesk.com and [protected]@billdesk.com
        But no response yet. Kindly help.

          I renewed by mediclaim insurance on oriental insurance and made payment through paytm. Paytm in turn used billdeskutil to make a payment. The transaction was declined but amount is deducted from my account. Paytm says the amount was paid to merchant and is successfull. But oriental's side payment is in pending state. Billdesk has my money and is not reverting back the money also. Their customer care numbers don't work too. E. G. Vadodara is out of order.

              Hi, I made a payment of INR 199.00 for a month of Spotify family premium via UPI payment, which was charged by some Indiaideas and payment was completed/successful. I was charged through my bank account on 10.03.21. To my surprise I wasn’t upgraded to Spotify Premium and it has been 2 days now I'm still waiting for the same. Would appricate it if you resolve this. Thank you!

                I did airtel prepaid recharge amount of 1498rs through google pay application to the airtel number - [protected]. But the amount was deducted and that mobile wasn't recharged till now. I raised the dispute in google pay application also and i tried with google pay call back also. Till now i didn't find any updates about the amount that was deducted fro google pay application.

                    Today i was paying fee to kendriya vidyalaya 1 roorkee online then billdesk provide a link and options for payments. I select bhim upi then a request appeared at my bhim app then i make a transaction of rs. 1800/- then i check the billdesk link that was showing busy in processing. Then i wait for some time but it was consuming so much time. Then i cancel it. Then i go back to school fee payment window that confirm that fee was not paid.
                    My net was slow that may be the reason that on line payment not done properly. Now send my fee amount rs. 1800/- back to my account.

                      Sir i have paid 2400 rupees fee of kv of 23 brd chandigarh on 15/01/2020 at 10:17 pm for the 4th session, but due to some problems my transaction got failed sir i'm requesting you to refund 2400 rupees in my account. Otherwise i have to visit consumer court with all screenshot and proof. There is urgent need of money. Payment is made through upi utr no[protected]. Transaction id rhd[protected].

                        My friend submitted a dmrc form with no. (Attached herewith). He was unable to pay online fees, that's i why i thought of doing online payment for him. I resubmitted his form and selected to pay fees using upi option on bill desk payment gateway. Payment window got opened, upon which i saw an option to pay fees of rs. 500 using upi mode. As i clicked on upi mode another window popped up saying to enter vpa address (Virtual private address) and there was another option in upi mode which was "scan qr code", i thought of paying using qr code method. I opened bhim app on my phone and scanned the qr code in bhim app, it showed the request of payment of rs.500 requested by '[protected]@hdfcbank', and i did paid. After payment nothing happened on the webpage for almost 5 mins. I was waiting for the page to respond to my payment as i did on app, but nothing was happening and eventually it got cancelled. But money got deducted from my account and form was still not submitted.

                        Last date of submission of form is 13th jan 2020, so i retried payment with my another account and paid successfully by again using upi method but this time i entered vpa address instead of scanning qr code. And now form is successfully submitted.

                        But money which was stuck on 11th jan 2020 payment has still not been refunded in my account. I urge you to please initiate a refund against this transaction.

                        However I did not got a satisfactory reply from Bill Desk as they were saying to contact the bank for the refund. But I waited for 5 days and money got reversed/refunded in my account.

My bank account confirmed that the money was debited.. But credit card team says they have not received the amount.. Please help me with more details about this transaction...                               I have done a payment of 75 plan for my jio number but haven't received the recharge and amount was Deducted from my paytm wallet. I haven't refunded. Paytm coustomer care says.
                              In case, BILLDESKutil denies the transaction/Payment, kindly share the consent mail with us from the merchant end against the failure transaction. Both billdeskutil and patym is doing nothing.

                                  I have applied for rbi assistant through ibps website. I choose paytm bhim upi barcode scan method as payment option. I have paid rs 450 fees.in my paytm account passbook it shows money successfully sent to the merchant ibps billdesk (Ibps. [protected]@hdfcbank) but ibps page shows "transaction had failed as it was not approved by your bank".

                                  Please do the needful, resolve my issue asap.

                                    I dattu biradar i had made payment of sbi credit card from icici bank gateway on 31.12.2019 the amount of the bill payment is 1, 32, 538/-but this amount has been not credited in my sbi credit card instead of this that the same amount has been credited in unknown persons account. This is the big mistake of bill desk people s so i requested you to help me to get my money refund as soon as possible.

                                    The proof of screen shot fund has been trasfferd to this person attested.

                                      Sir,
                                      I have recharged my jio number with Rs 300 and selected google pay as payment method. The payment was not successful in google pay because of selection of wrong mobile operator and the recharge is failed. I didn't received any confirmation from jio. No sign of successful recharge. But the money was debited from my bank account. Please revert the payment. I have contacted my bank and they told they amount was successfully sent from their side and they cannot do anything regarding this. please refund as soon as possible.
