While i was taking admission in KKHSOU after the form fill up i was doing yhe payment but this error comes -

So this the error I'm facing and I'm unabling to take admission...in KKHSOU( Krishna Kanta Handiqui State Open University)... please solve this problem thank you.

    I have tried to pay for my nptel exam on 19th August 2019 but my payment got failed due to web server error but the amount has been debited from my account! Without knowing it, i have again paid for the exam and it got successful! But the failed transaction amount was not refunded! Kindly refund my amount in which the transaction got failed but amount got debited!

      On 16/8/2019, i made two attempts for renewing two wheeler policy of oriental insurance company, but both have failed and my sbi account has been debited with amounts.

      Amount of rs. 1454/- debited to the account twice, but unsuccessful
      Net banking ref. No. (I) qsbi[protected]igagusuil2 for rs, 1454
      (Ii) qsbi[protected]igagusuer7 for rs. 1454
      Subsequently i paid by using credit card.
      Portal. [protected]@oriental insurance.co.in have advised that the payments not received and if the account is debited, it will be refunded by bill desk. Till date i have not received the amounts

        Tried paying the fees for the examination online through netbanking method. The amount for the same being 1517/- got debited from my account. However, nptel shows the payment to be still pending. So i tried another payment which was successful. I would like to know by when the refund would be generated and by when will it be reflected in my bank account. Requesting for the same at the earliest.

        I tried ordering through KFC using UPI option from my number. The amount got transferred to billdeskpg.[protected]@icici but the order was not confirmed by the restaurant. I contacted the restaurant for clarification, they said to contact the payment portal for any query. I instantly tried calling your help desk number but didn't get any response.

        unable to download the receipt.
        payment is done to PGVCL
        pgvcl confirmed the transaction but says
        that this payment receipt will be provided by the site
        in which the transaction is done. no response from [protected]@billdesk.com
        12+ days passed. mail me the receipt.

        Amount deducted from my account and for that amount i didn't get any information. Again i have paid 500 for that exam fee. So my first transaction was failed with deducted amount 500.please please refund my deducted amount.

          I had paid the tsspdcl bill, unique service number[protected], money was deducted from my savings account but it was not credited to tsspdcl. Payment not confirmed. Could you please check the transaction status?

          can we know BillDesk customer support contact number in Hyderabad, Telangana state? no clue on customer care.
          I have done a recharge in jio of 399 at around 2 today and money is deducted from my account but recharge is not received. Earlier it used to take few minutes and today it's been almost 8 hours and neither the recharge is done nor did I get refund of the amount 399.So please look into the matter as soon as possible.

            I’m manika tyagi, roll no. 45027159, state rank-48647
            I did counselling registration in phase 1 round 2 and paid ₹5750 as the counselling and advance college fee but due to some reasons no college allotment was done in that round.
            After that i did registration again in pool counselling and paid total fee of ₹52000 and got admission in a nearby college but the fee i paid earlier did not come back to my bank account.
            So this mail is in regarding of refund of ₹5750 counselling registration fee paid in second round.
            Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.

                I made a payment to lic premium on 10th aug 2019 through billdesk option. The amount was deducted from icici bank, after the bank transaction went successful, the billdesk transaction failed and the amount was neither credited to lic nor credited back to icici. I have already sent an email to billdesk on this issue with the screenshot and have not received a responde yet. Merchant transaction number: 9813755

                        I have done my payment of reliance nippon from google pay upi service on 2nd august, payment of rs 9906 is not credit to beneficiary account but debited to my account and last date of premium is 12 august.                             I made an online transaction of rs 1648.44 on august 06, 2019 at 14:13 hrs transaction id : [protected] through icici net banking to kredit bee. The amount has been debited from my bank account but has not been credited yet to kredit bee. The amount is stuck somewhere in the bill desk payment gateway. The amount deducted was for my loan repayment and now when my amount has been deducted kredit bee is continuosly sending me message for the loan repayment which i have done before the due date but bill desk is responsible for such errors due to which the beneficiary account has not been credited.

                                I would like to inform you that i had making a online payment ₹51726 to pay my lic policy premium at https://ebiz.licindia.in with internet banking, the transaction was successful at the bank end, with the amount deducted from my account, however i got a jsp error https://www.billdesk.com/pgidsk/pgijsp/error1.jsp and the transaction was stuck.in lic the paymnet is not received.

                                The transaction was done at 10.12 pm on 4th aug 2019.

                                Kindly check and let me know how the payment will be reverted back? Whether it will be credited in my bank account or paid to the lic directly.
