Hello sir/mam,
I have participated in 1st round of counselling o[censored]pbed 2019. So, i have submitted rs.5000 advance college fee along with counselling fee of rs.750. And i don't get the college of my choice. So according to the rules specified by the conducting body i. E. M. J. P. Rohilkhand university, this fee is refundable but till date, i don't get my fee. So please help me to refund my amount.

    I had made an online transaction on 31st august using icici net banking to lic of india, through billdesk gateway. The amount has been deducted from my account but it did not get transferred to lic of lndia. The transaction id is [protected]. The amount is rs 27090. I got message from billdesk that there was error during the transaction. I would appreciate if the amount is refunded back to my account as soon as possible so i can make the payment again.
    BillDesk customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

        I tried to book an airindia ticket from chennai to port blair for my father jakir hussain. On august 28. The ticket was not booked and i have got no confirmation about the booking. The ticket amount inr 3, 419 was deducted from my indian overseas bank savings account by bill desk. I want my deducted amount to be refunded as soon as possible.
        I 'm asking you to refund the deducted amount back to my bank account. Please kindly accept my request immediately.

          We were opening a new account online at axis bank, for which an amount of ₹ 10000 was sought, which we paid with phonepe upi transaction id: - icid79293e3d63a4a808a5d4de950966d66, my bank successfully paid here done, but due to payment gateway server, payment could not reach axis bank here
          i also went to axis bank branch, they say that no money has come to your account. If money is received in your account, your account will be activated.
          and i have also talked to axis bank customer care, they say that no money has come to your account.

          The humble request is to resolve the issue, or refund the money to our account.

            Tried to book air india tickets online through sbi atm card via bill desk payment gateway on 26/08/2019 vide txn# no. Qt [protected] around 4.30 p. M. The amount rs. 7284/- has been deducted from my sbi account but no confirmation of ticket booking. There is a message for sequence error. Kindly return my amount as early as possible.

              I have made a transaction of rs.4800/- towards payment of my bajaj rbl credit card on 22nd aug'19 through billdesk. Usually the transaction takes just few minutes & i get confirmation from rbl that they have received paid amount over my card. But yesterday the payment receipt shows pending status & the amount is not yet credited to my rbl card.

                I am trying to recharge my tatasky service from canada via an canadian credit card and it is declining with a 'pbe10002-transaction not authorized' error. My bank says i am authorized to make international payments online. I have tried a number of times both from my credit and debit card but it still fails. My services are down for more than 2 month now and despite repeated attempts i am unable to get my subscription back up.

                      I have tried to pay for my nptel exam on 19th August 2019 but my payment got failed due to web server error but the amount has been debited from my account! Without knowing it, i have again paid for the exam and it got successful! But the failed transaction amount was not refunded!                         On 16/8/2019, i made two attempts for renewing two wheeler policy of oriental insurance company, but both have failed and my sbi account has been debited with amounts.

                          Tried paying the fees for the examination online through netbanking method. The amount for the same being 1517/- got debited from my account. However, nptel shows the payment to be still pending. So i tried another payment which was successful. I would like to know by when the refund would be generated and by when will it be reflected in my bank account. Requesting for the same at the earliest.

                            I have done a recharge in jio of 399 at around 2 today and money is deducted from my account but recharge is not received. Earlier it used to take few minutes and today it's been almost 8 hours and neither the recharge is done nor did I get refund of the amount 399.So please look into the matter as soon as possible.

                              I’m manika tyagi, roll no. 45027159, state rank-48647
                              I did counselling registration in phase 1 round 2 and paid ₹5750 as the counselling and advance college fee but due to some reasons no college allotment was done in that round.
                              After that i did registration again in pool counselling and paid total fee of ₹52000 and got admission in a nearby college but the fee i paid earlier did not come back to my bank account.
                              So this mail is in regarding of refund of ₹5750 counselling registration fee paid in second round.
                              Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.
