I have done a payment via billdkstatebankcolle for updeled (Btc) seat allotment fee an amount of rs. 10, 017.70. I have paid by hdfc netbanking and the narration is qhdf[protected]-billdkstatebankcolle and reference no. Is[protected] on 02 august 2019. The above amount has been deducted from my account but the transaction was not done. It did not collect on source also. Updeled website is still asking me the payment for seat allotment.

Please provide me the status and action immediately.

My bank is hdfc.

Kindly do the needful.

    I made this transaction to pay vodafone bill and got following message from icici bank which includes transaction number.

    You have made an online payment of inr 900.0 with transaction id [protected] towards payee bill desk from your account xxxxxxxx5181 on aug, 01, 2019 at 18:33 hours.

    After money deduction bill desk website came back with
    Reason: sorry. We were unable to process your transaction. We apologise for the inconvenience and request you to try again later.

    Pl. Note money was deducted with priority pl. Resolve this issue.

      Dear sir,
      I have just water bill with the link which provided by you, i have done the payment threw bill desk with my debit card, but after payment done i am not received any slip, message or mail for payment done confirmation.

      Amount of 1688 is deducted from my bank account. Only bank amount deduction message received.

      After submitted the bill desk page with fill up all required details... Just redirected to the rajasthan.gov.in page...

      This message i have received

      Rs.1688.00 debited to sb-xxx2782 acbal:85144.52 clrbal: 85144.52 [ecom-emitr ] barmer on[protected]:49:43. Iob.

        rbl bank credit card payment through billdesk

        After paying money has been transferred but transaction failed given from bill desk..
        So please i request you to refund to money to my account... Bt i should pay money tomorrow.. On 1st august 19.
        Please solve my problem and refund money... Otberwise u can pay to rbl bank credit card...

        I didn't get any mail r msg from bill desk... I paid amount of 17000

          transaction failed but amount deducted from my account

          On 30th, i made a payment to my school hostel of rs. 7500. I got a message saying amount is debited from your icici bank account but then a page opened on the same tab of the browser saying my transaction has failed. Please refund my amount. My account number of icici is [i am asked not to post it so i can't] and it is a savings account. Please solve my issue....

          I tried booking tickets from air india website, and paid through upi, the transaction was successful from upi's end but the same time air india just displayed the 'make payment' page again. So i don't get my tickets, no reference number or anything and my amount was deducted. Upi confirmed that transaction was successful from their end. I want to get my refund back.

            Sir,
            My name is mahesh, for renewing my bike insurance by online, while the process i paid 1432rs amount through my phonepe app. Its shown that the transaction was successful. I am attaching the copy.
            But when i paid the amount, cash debited from my account, suddenly the site was down and showing an error message, and the process incompleted.
            I am not getting the renewed insurance, and also lost my amount.

            Please check and correct.

              I have made payment of SBI credit card of amount 16019 INR through ICICI Net banking on 27.07.2019 . However, the same is still not credited in SBI Credit Card account.
              All transaction details are given attached picture.

                I recharged my electricity meter today and i payed rs.1000 for it online, i received the prepaid payment receipt but it did not have a voucer code. My money on the other hand has already been deducted from my account. Please look into the matter and resolve it and do provide me with a voucher code as soon as possible.                   Hi, on 23rd of june i paid ₹15125 for government college fees on e-sampark (It's a website for chandigarh) which was using billdeks payment gateway. Money got deducted from my account, but fee wasn't paid and i had to shell another ₹15000 from my pocket for fees. All it said was "oops this website cannot be reached" something like that. What should i do now?

                      I had to pay my university tuition fee of 1 lakh rupees and I paid the amount from my university website. The university were using billdesk as there gateway for the payment but the University still haven’t received the money yet. The payment was successful and I’m kind of panicking right now. I want a refund from the billdesk asap in order to pay my tuition fee. Thank you

                        I have made payment of rs.62915.31 /- to my citi credit card vide transaction reference no. Qici[protected] date 24.07.2019 time 11:46:50 but the status shows pending. Please confirm asap, as my bank account has been debited already for rs. Rs.62915.31/-

                        I have contacted my bank icici in this case and they say the payment was scuucesfully made to bill desk where as billdesk is denying it and showing as payment pending.

                        Kindly help to resolve asap.

                          I had done my payment for mobile recharge through paytm upi from 'my jio' app and through website also and i had paid the money to [protected]@icici upi 2 time on 20th and 21 july 2019. The payment was successful and i got message that money was deducted from my account, but i haven't got my recharge. I had called the jio customer care but they said that they haven't received request for recharge. If the money was deducted then it will get refunded in 4 hours but i haven't got. Please refund my money.

                                I made semester fees payment online on 19 july 2019 with tmb online banking. The transaction was successful but the web page was not redirected to the payment portal. The page was timed out. However, the amount has been deducted from my account. I check with tmb, they said that they cleared the payment and it could be pending for clearance from the bill desk. My due date for fees payment is 24/07.2019. Request you to do the needful

                                  I was making kreditbee loan repayment online payment. I choosed upi instead of debit card. When i clicked upi it asked me my vpa which is virtual payment address. After i typed my vpa it asked me to login my upi app. When i logged into upi app i found one notification requesting 4129.80rs which was my kreditbee repayment amount. It was indiaideas @icici, ac no [protected]. When i transferred 4129.80 rs, amount was deducted from my account, but i didn't get any messages from kreditbee and my payment is not done. So please sir please refund my money...

                                    There has been a deduction in my bank's account of INR 226 with respect to the order I placed through Dominos pizza website but have not received any confirmation and acceptance for the same.
