I have paid LIC policy premium through online payment gateway of LIC - BillDesk from www.LICINDIA.com
premium of 2 policies amounting Rs. 14008 was cut through ICICI Netbanking.
Refer ICICI Transaction ID [protected] dated Jul, 15, 2019 at 10:34 hours
Payment was successful from ICICI however message from Billdesk appeared as 'your request cannot be processed'. Hence premium receipt didn't generate. Request billdesk to look into this issue at the earliest and arrange to refund the money.

Complaint marked as Resolved The complaint is acted upon. At present not sure whether billdesk or LIC did the corrective action, but the request is now processed.
Instead of money refund to my bank account, the LIC premium is accepted and receipt generated.
