For UP BED 2019 college fee payment I have been using net banking, while using net banking on dated. 14.06.2019 the site or server was down and amount 46250/- debited from my account. Transaction showed on the UP BED site is unsuccessful and payment is not done and due to failure transaction allotement letter did not issued..It is requested to you please to resolve this problem...

      I pay a fees of RS 46250 on 13/06/2019 to up bed through Bill desk the amount debited from my account but at the same time failure error message appears in bill desk window the SBI transaction I'd is IGAGIREVR5. I several time mail at [protected]@billdesk.com but no complaint submitted mail received even after 24 hours please try to resolve my problem as soon as possible so I receive my refund

        I booked a ticket for AI 764 date 17.06.2019 from Delhi to kolkata. Payment was debited from my bank account but ticket not generated yet. My payment confirmation message is as follows:
        Dear Customer, acct XXX099 has been debited for Rs.9979.00 on 14-Jun-19 towards linked billdeskpg.[protected]@icici. UPI Ref no[protected]

        I tried several times to contact Bill desk customer care and airindia customercare for two hours but lines were not working or always busy. At last, I again booked another flight ticket in same flight due to my urgency and limited availability of seats in that flight.

        Kindly refund my money immediately.

          I paid LIC premium using bill desk. I see amount of R26, 906.71 got deducted from my ICICI bank account. But it is not credited to my LIC Policy#[protected].

          Please help in doing refund or apply the amount to my LIC Policy.

            Today morning while paying an admission fee towards Dinabandhu Andrews College, Kolkata. I completed the payment as I have received a confirmation message from my bank and the receipt displayed to me on my screen was blank with no transaction reference number written on it. Kindly let me know how can I regenerate the payment receipt provided that I have no transaction reference number. The payment was done on 12th of June 2019 at 10:36 am.

              Online payment not forwarded to Tata Sky
              I had recharged my Tata Sky account with Rs 1, 000/- on 03-May-2019 through online payment (google pay). I received a confirmation for the same. But my Tata Sky account was not credited. and then i called customer care regarding this issue they said wait for 5-7 business working days the amount will be credited back to your account . Till date the amount is not credited to my Tata Sky account. So I had to recharge the amount again in my Tata Sky account. Request you to refund me back the Rs 1, 000/- which was deducted from my bank account on 03-May-2019. Transaction ID[protected] dated 03-May-2019 for Rs 1, 000/- is not credited to my Tata Sky account.

                      When I initiated the payment I typed the correct amount.

                        I recharged my bsnl mobile number on today (6/6/19) morning using bsnl website with bill desk as security gateway. The amount deduction process was completed with highly security OTP. The amount was deducted and msg received on my phone with reference number IGAGHIBFC1. But the recharge is not yet received.                           This is to inform you that while trying to pay my kolkata municipal corporation (Kmc) property tax online, the amount got deducted from my bank a/c but this did not get credited to kmc a/c due to failure in online transaction. I have checked kmc website and it is still showing the amount as unpaid. Even i enquired with my bank and they confirmed that they have released the amount from their end. Please see the details below.

                                    I had made a payment to the bkgc (Bijoy krishna girls college), for admission application on 28.05.2019 at 11:05 pm. Now that time the payment processed and the amount was deducted from amazon wallet, and then at the college website it showed "canceled transaction, try again". And till this date, the amount is still not refunded, so i seek help.

                                        I used billdesk for electricity payment through smart bijlee application. There are two instances amount got debited and the electricity board havent received it. I used billdesk on my google pay app. First i payed 4428 and still my electricity bill was not cleared. Second is on 23 may i payed 6265.16 rs which again did not cleared my electricity bill. I am attaching the screenshots of my transaction. U people say it takes 3-4 days for refund bit in my case its been 5 months. Kindly resolve this issue as it is a hard earned money.
