    I paid my bill on TSSPDCL online bill desk via debit card.

    Bill amount is INR 3535
    I was debited INR 3572.47

    When I initiated the payment I typed the correct amount.
    When I received a payment confirmation from the bank the amount was different.

    Can someone help me understand why I was charged more than bill amount?

      I recharged my bsnl mobile number on today (6/6/19) morning using bsnl website with bill desk as security gateway. The amount deduction process was completed with highly security OTP. The amount was deducted and msg received on my phone with reference number IGAGHIBFC1. But the recharge is not yet received. Please do necessary actions. I send an email to both bsnl and billdesk. They didn't reply yet.

        This is to inform you that while trying to pay my kolkata municipal corporation (Kmc) property tax online, the amount got deducted from my bank a/c but this did not get credited to kmc a/c due to failure in online transaction. I have checked kmc website and it is still showing the amount as unpaid. Even i enquired with my bank and they confirmed that they have released the amount from their end. Please see the details below.

        Request you to investigate from your end and let me know what action has to be taken from my end.

                  Dear sir/madam,

                  I had made a payment to the bkgc (Bijoy krishna girls college), for admission application on 28.05.2019 at 11:05 pm. But the payment failed the transaction id is txnid p[protected] for the amount of rs.407.08. Now that time the payment processed and the amount was deducted from amazon wallet, and then at the college website it showed "canceled transaction, try again". And till this date, the amount is still not refunded, so i seek help.

                  Now i request a refund of the amount.

                      I used billdesk for electricity payment through smart bijlee application. There are two instances amount got debited and the electricity board havent received it. I used billdesk on my google pay app. First i payed 4428 and still my electricity bill was not cleared. Second is on 23 may i payed 6265.16 rs which again did not cleared my electricity bill. I am attaching the screenshots of my transaction. U people say it takes 3-4 days for refund bit in my case its been 5 months. Kindly resolve this issue as it is a hard earned money.

                              Payment was made to tamil naidu registration e-payment portal. Status is still showing as pending. Payment was made using sbi paynet billdesk.

                              It has been more than a month. Running after the bank and e-payment portal. Issues is still not resolve.

                                I have made a transaction on 8th may 2019 for college transcripts. I needed them at the earliest. However, the money was deducted from my hdfc bank account

                                I am not sure how to get the refund as neither bill-desk nor jntuh are responding for my queries.

                                Such irresponsible vendors and merchants. Not sure why are they not sued for such transactions or hold for money for such lengthy duration. I wish our consumer court was more sensitive to such matters.

                                I have read so many complaints on bill-desk lately, yet there is no one to take action and these kind of frauds keep on happening.

The message from HDFC Bank arrived that the transaction was complete but the app still said that the payment was still pending. Kindly arrange for a refund ASAP.
