    I successfully filled Form for CCC course on NIELIT website dated Oct 31, 2018. But when i paid fee of Rs 590, amount was deducted( screenshot attached) but the billdesk page took too long to load and then failed to load after 20-25 min. And now in form status it is showing as fee unpaid. Please help. Details are provided below.

        I tried to pay my mess bill but when money has been debited and made successful payment to Bill desk, network error has been occured and it has been not paid as my mess bill. I'm in need to pay my mess bill tomorrow and it's very urgent so please take this complaint in consideration so far.           Hi,

          I have recharged my Jio plan through Google pay bill desk portal on 24-Oct with 449rs plan. The amount is deducted from my Kotak bank account with successful transaction but still the Jio Sim is not activated.

          I have written a mail on website of Bill desk on 29-Oct, as there is no customer care contact number. But there is no any response on email. Even I have raised a query on Google pay & it says that bill desk will get back on this. Also a terrific line mentioned is that it generally takes 2 weeks.

          It's a very annoying situation & head paining dispute as there is no response & I can't recharge my Jio Sim as if it will be waste of money.

          Please do not make any payment with Bill desk gateway.

            I had made a payment of Rs 42734 on 29 oct 2018 threw billdesk of my HDFC credit card. I hadn't receive any confirmation in my mail regarding this, as i received previously. The amount is debited from my Bank of Baroda account but its not showing in MY HDFC credit acrd account. I don't know whats the issue with bill desk this time? I am very much tense because of this. I made this payment at 10 :55 AM, but still hadn't receive any confirmation in evening today. attaching here the receipt of the transition made.

                I have made a payment of 6681 rs on billdesk website for my electricity bill and the amount has been deducted the same time and i got the ref no as well but no information to the electricity dept and their people. Refund me the amount asap. I think it is very common thing with the billdesk, why they are talking people's money and not providing the service.

                  But still the amount is not credited to my nps account. Kindly let me know the status of payment.

                    Bill Desk not find my transaction But bill pay done
                    BillDesk customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                    On 22-Oct-18 I made online electricity bill payment to TSSPDCL (through website https://www.tssouthernpower.com/) using BillDesk option. The transaction has errored out, but the amount has been debited from my bank account, paid to BillDesk and not paid to TSSPDCL.
                    How to resolve this issue? can anyone help me please.

                            Details: recharge for jio number tried and the recharge was not done but account has been debited with amount of rs:149. The payment was tried through bhim app.

                            Amount deducted from bank but electric bill not paid..please refund the amount
                            Made 2 payments of 8000 & 7000 respectively on 12th October for HDFC credit card through billdesk. Receive the Transaction success message in the browser after the payment was successful. But still, in my HDFC credit card account, these payments are not credited. Neither I have received the confirmation email against my payment

                                    Sir, on 11th oct 2018, I paid 1325.26 Rs. through net banking on mgvcl.com as my electricity bill, but an error came by stating that the process can not be done this time, but at the same time amount has been deducted from icici bank.

                                    Today is 16th oct, 2018 4;15 p.m. I again checked my balance, but unfortunately, it has NOT been reverted in the bank again.
