One day ago, i was trying to make a payment of 22820 rs. With punjab national bank netbanking to rbl credit card bill payment through billdesk. But its stuck in "do not refresh or press back button" for 4-5 min. And then it automatically says error. Now i am in trouble and worrying also about my payment. Please help me.

I am pay loan amount kreditbee loan apps I am payment upi tranaction rs 8138 my upi [protected]@upi my Canarabank APPROVED the transaction Id[protected] date 6 November 2018 time 01:57:50 Am kreditbee not loan. payment not receive.
While making payment to LIC the transaction has failed but the amount has been deducted from my bank account. How long it will take to refund/credit the amount to my bank account.

    I have made payment of punjab state power corporation ltd, punjab bill for rs.27500-00 on 02.11.2018 through bill desk to account
    No.[protected] and transfer reference no. Pobc[protected]
    But bill receipt not generated amount rs.27500-00 already debited to my bank oriental bank of commerce g. T. Road phagwara. Please credt same to my bill a/c no.[protected] r. S. Lali. Please lodge my complaint and rectify the error and inform me accordingly.

    Today at 12.11 PM I was recharging my Tata DoCoMo no [protected] on Tata DoCoMo website on the the payment option I paid through the Phonepe Upi successfully but the recharge was not done so plz consider the matter for better understanding I also attached screenshot of successful transaction

      The brief points are —
      While making a payment of rupees 18760/= on date 7.9.2018 to pspcl by online rtgs through my dena bank account no[protected], the txn was completed in two attempts. The same amount ie -18760/- was debited in my bank a/c on both occasion but reference no is issued once.

      Mean to say that -18760/- is debited in my a/c two times and single entry reflects in pspcl a/c.

      Requested to refund -18760/=

        paid electricity bill twice for the same consumer number

        I have paid twice for the same consumer number. I have attached both receipts of the bills. I have waited for 20 days but I didn't get any refund. Please solve my issue.

                    Hi,

                    I have recharged my Jio plan through Google pay bill desk portal on 24-Oct with 449rs plan. The amount is deducted from my Kotak bank account with successful transaction but still the Jio Sim is not activated.

                    I have written a mail on website of Bill desk on 29-Oct, as there is no customer care contact number. But there is no any response on email. Even I have raised a query on Google pay & it says that bill desk will get back on this. Also a terrific line mentioned is that it generally takes 2 weeks.

                    It's a very annoying situation & head paining dispute as there is no response & I can't recharge my Jio Sim as if it will be waste of money.

                    Please do not make any payment with Bill desk gateway.

                      I had made a payment of Rs 42734 on 29 oct 2018 threw billdesk of my HDFC credit card. I hadn't receive any confirmation in my mail regarding this, as i received previously. The amount is debited from my Bank of Baroda account but its not showing in MY HDFC credit acrd account. I don't know whats the issue with bill desk this time? I am very much tense because of this. I made this payment at 10 :55 AM, but still hadn't receive any confirmation in evening today. attaching here the receipt of the transition made.

                          I have made a payment of 6681 rs on billdesk website for my electricity bill and the amount has been deducted the same time and i got the ref no as well but no information to the electricity dept and their people. Refund me the amount asap. I think it is very common thing with the billdesk, why they are talking people's money and not providing the service.

                              On 22-Oct-18 I made online electricity bill payment to TSSPDCL (through website https://www.tssouthernpower.com/) using BillDesk option. The transaction has errored out, but the amount has been debited from my bank account, paid to BillDesk and not paid to TSSPDCL.
