I have ordered medium pizza to velachery location 508 amount got deducted but didnt received any notification after that. Called to the dominoz customer care they said no order received with my contact number. I lost my amount dont order with foodbox app(all food app in one) and dont order in dominoz - they are not taking any responsibility.

    What is the point in asking my hdfc account balance with regard to this complaint. Senseless people. And then disconnect the call on top of it. Can't even track this transaction with the reference no. given in bill desk receipt. What non sense. Resolve it ASAP!!!

      I was trying to do a fee payment through upi on billdesk of 106.90 rupees on nsdl website against the token no-[protected] when the transaction was done the status shown on upi app that is your transaction is successful but when i again visited on the nsdl website it shows to payment again after that i tried to contact billdesk and nsdl through mail but they didn't reply after that i contacted to bank they suggest me wait or contact billdesk but billdesk is not replying please solve my issue as soon as possible

              Hello, rs.650 amount has been deducted from my account to sun direct at 9 pm, 08/11/2018. But still not recharged, done online recharge by sun direct website. Please recharge or refund the amount as soon as possible. The payment is done by using debit card of axis bank we got referral number amount deduction status as message instantly but not recharged. Even called customer service of sundirect but still no use, please resolve for the same.

                        While making a payment of rupees 18760/= on date 7.9.2018 to pspcl by online rtgs through my dena bank account no[protected], the txn was completed in two attempts. The same amount ie -18760/- was debited in my bank a/c on both occasion but reference no is issued once.

                        Mean to say that -18760/- is debited in my a/c two times and single entry reflects in pspcl a/c.

                                      I have recharged my Jio plan through Google pay bill desk portal on 24-Oct with 449rs plan. The amount is deducted from my Kotak bank account with successful transaction but still the Jio Sim is not activated.

                                      I have written a mail on website of Bill desk on 29-Oct, as there is no customer care contact number. But there is no any response on email. Even I have raised a query on Google pay & it says that bill desk will get back on this. Also a terrific line mentioned is that it generally takes 2 weeks.

                                      It's a very annoying situation & head paining dispute as there is no response & I can't recharge my Jio Sim as if it will be waste of money.

                                      Please do not make any payment with Bill desk gateway.
