Dear sir/madam,
I paid the premium for my lic policy thru online from lic website (Thru' billdesk), from my icici account. The amount (Rs. 25116) has already been debited from my account but the lic site does not show the payment against my policy. Transaction id : [protected] on 18th nov'18 at 12:35pm. The next transaction done at 12:42 was success. The amount is deducted from acc both in failed and successful transaction. Please look into the matter.

      I have made a payment to tneb for consumer number [protected], through google pay, this transaction was carried out on 12th, nov. The money got deducted from my account, but the status in google pay shows as failed when i enquired my bank they have given me a confirmation that money has reached the beneficiary, tneb portal states i have unpaid. I am struck up now, bill desk has not responded to me, now tneb states that i have not paid and my connection is liable to be cut. Please can you resolve this, can bill desk understand the pain for being penalized? Please try to respond and resolve issues then and there

      FYI&A, I have been writing to [protected]@billdesk.com from 16/11/18. As well as raised a dispute via google pay on 14/11/18. Please, certain subject matters the response has to be swift, What happens if TNEB disconnects my connection, why should I suffer and be penalized for nonpayment, when I have paid?

      Look at the order of Events, how does somebody stay composed

      Payment made to TNEB via Google pay - 12/11/18
      Money deducted from my account but payment failed- 12/11/18
      TNEB portal states I have not paid by bill-12/11/18
      Checked with my Bank ICICI, as per them the money has been successfully received and provided with the reference-12/11/18
      The dispute raised via google pay-13/11/18 - Dispute will be resolved in 3-5 days
      Desperately writing to BillDesk from -16/11/18
      Billdesk requests me to provide screenshots-20/11/18
      today is 23/11/18, I don't have my problems resolved.

            I have used bajaj alianz web services to buy a health insurance and they used bill desk for payment processing. I used my paytm wallet for payment and payment was successful on paytm side as amount 15256 inr has been deducted from my paytm account. However same not recieved to bajaj alianz, i contacted both bajaj alianz and paytm and they asked me to contact billdesk.

            I have tried to contact bill desk customer care but no one picking phone, below is detail of my transaction

            Initially I contacted bill desk customer care number however that never get replied. then i found their support email id and after 1 follow up they have replied that money would be reverted in 5-7 days. and I got my money back in 1 day instead, so although their support system is not quick but I guess they have strong technical system to identify such issue and resolve it quickly.

              Which today is day 3 and till now dish tv india officially declines payment is not received

              Need explanation for delay by bill desk or why the payment is not pushed by bill desk (Payment is being hold for no reason)

                I have made a transection through my paytm wallet to dominos but wrongly post by paytm to billdeskfood1 through order id ppt[protected] by paytm at 9.55 pm dated 12/11/2018 by paytm transection id [protected] of inr 899/-. Paytm has refused to do anything until it is confirmed by billdeskfood1.

                Request you to trace my payment as per above transection id & kindly refund the same urgently.

                I paid through my paytm wallet today(13th Nov, 2018) and the amount got deducted once but Dominos didn't receive any order, though INR404 was received by BILLDESK.

                I've placed an order at domino's and I payed through paytm but I received a message that my money was deducted and instead transferred to BillDeskfood1 with order Id PPT[protected] at 6:7pm, my order is not booked and I don't know how this transfer happened but my money was deducted..                 Made a payment online using paytm of amount 2360 to NMAT by GMAC, paytm showed that the payment is successful but the NMAT by GMAC showed the status "transaction failed".

                      On tuesday morning i. E on 13th november 2018 i ordered dominos pizza from shanti nagar jabalpur cost of 498.00 though paytm wallet. My amount deducted from my bank but dominos told that they didn’t get payment. From paytm i received the confirmation message and the order id is ppt[protected].

                      I called paytm also they are telling payment showing done. And now aftere telling please contact the billdeskfood1 customer care team for further confirmation.

                            I was trying to do a fee payment through upi on billdesk of 106.90 rupees on nsdl website against the token no-[protected] when the transaction was done the status shown on upi app that is your transaction is successful but when i again visited on the nsdl website it shows to payment again after that i tried to contact billdesk and nsdl through mail but they didn't reply after that i contacted to bank they suggest me wait or contact billdesk but billdesk is not replying please solve my issue as soon as possible

                                    Hello, rs.650 amount has been deducted from my account to sun direct at 9 pm, 08/11/2018. But still not recharged, done online recharge by sun direct website.
