I have made a payment to tneb for consumer number [protected], through google pay, this transaction was carried out on 12th, nov. The money got deducted from my account, but the status in google pay shows as failed when i enquired my bank they have given me a confirmation that money has reached the beneficiary, tneb portal states i have unpaid. I am struck up now, bill desk has not responded to me, now tneb states that i have not paid and my connection is liable to be cut. Please can you resolve this, can bill desk understand the pain for being penalized? Please try to respond and resolve issues then and there

Updated by bidduramana FYI&A, I have been writing to [protected]@billdesk.com from 16/11/18. As well as raised a dispute via google pay on 14/11/18. Please, certain subject matters the response has to be swift, What happens if TNEB disconnects my connection, why should I suffer and be penalized for nonpayment, when I have paid?

Payment made to TNEB via Google pay - 12/11/18
Money deducted from my account but payment failed- 12/11/18
TNEB portal states I have not paid by bill-12/11/18
Checked with my Bank ICICI, as per them the money has been successfully received and provided with the reference-12/11/18
The dispute raised via google pay-13/11/18 - Dispute will be resolved in 3-5 days
Desperately writing to BillDesk from -16/11/18
Billdesk requests me to provide screenshots-20/11/18
today is 23/11/18, I don't have my problems resolved.
