I made an online payment for bsnl recharge for rs 187 through sbi billdesk on march 10. The amount was debited from my bank account at 12:56 pm but the balance was not credited till date. It showed "sorry, we are unable to process your request right now. We apologize for any inconvenience.". Can you please refund the amount?

I am attempted to pay my bsnl land line/broad band bill through bsnl portal. When i click on the option "pay", it asked me, which way you want to pay either by credit card or debit card or by bank. I selected the option by canara bank net...

I made online payment for nptel online exam on 12.03.18 at 12:00 am through my south indian bank bank debit card. But my transaction was unsuccessful due to technical problem. But my amount of rs. 1100 was deducted from my account. No transaction id was not found. So i want to refund deduction amount. I request you to fulfil my wish. I will grateful to you......

I made online payment for railrbothdrcard, mumbai on 10.03.18 at 16:46:03 hrs through my bob bank debit card. But my transaction was unsuccessful due to technical problem. Today i tried to pay my landline/broadband bill through bill desk gateway on bsnl website. I provided my debit card informations to bill desk page and clicked submit. But it returned a message “reason: sorry! We are unable to process your transaction” amount of 1649 was debited from my syndicate bank account. They also didnt send mail about the transaction....

I have made the payment for my electricity bill and got the text sms from bank of the same transaction to dhbvn as well. However, the transaction did not complete due to some network issue and the payment gateway page was stuck forever and did not proceed to the receipt window for a long time.
