    Sir,
    I have done two transaction for payment for Lower Division Assistant/Clerk Rs. 451.46 (225.73 + 225.73) through my STATE BANK OF INDIA Net Banking o[protected] but an error message was displayed twice showing "Sorry we are unable to process your transaction" the transaction became unsuccessful, But Rs. 451.46 (Tr. ID[protected] has been debited my account.

    Please help me to refund back the unsuccessful transaction amount of Rs. 451.46 (225.73+225.73) into my A/c in STATE BANK OF INDIA.

      Hi Team,

      My User ID is : [protected]. i have been charged unnecessarily for disconnection which was never intimated to me.

      Today is the last day for my bill payment and i am chasing your billing desk since 6 days and had no positive response.

      Today i again called and raised a ticket : 1-[protected] (Kiran).
      till date i spoke to several people (Samidha varkud, shoib koya) and got many fake promises such as waver and correction in the bill.
      However, nothing seemed to take place till date as i did not get any email confirmation.

      Kindly suggest should i pay the bill or discontinue the services?

          An amount of rs99/- towards the bsnl bill dated 19 march 2016 for mob number [protected] due on 07 april 2016 has been paid vide sbi netbanking through bill desk . Amount debited to my account in bank..Ref number is fsb[protected]gobrpgun8 dated 21 march, 2016. The amount is not credited.
          Another amount of rs226/- towards the bill dated 19 march 2016 for mob [protected] due on 07 april 2016 has been paid vide sbi netbanking through bill desk .The amount is debited to my bank account.Ref number is fsb[protected]gobrphak0 dated 21 march, 2016. The amount is not reflected as paid & credited. Please reconcile & credit the amounts to bsnl.

The fee amount got deducted from my bank account. Can I get my amount back or get transaction ID.

              On 17.03.2016 i made online fee payment for tspgecet exam registration of Rs.800/- through my SBH Debit card. My transaction was failed with error "Reasons: sorry!We are unable to process your transaction.Please contact us at [protected]@billdesk.com for any queries". But the payment is done successfully and the amount is debited from my account for two times because i have applied twice and 1600 is debited from my account .So what should I do now? .please reply me at my e-mail mentioned below.

                  While I pay fee of West Bengal public service commission junior engineer post through internet banking, they get me through my bank of Baroda net banking to Billdesk pay fee option.after I pay, 165.73 rupee deducted from my baroda account.but the pay transaction was unsuccessful.                         I was trying to pay the amount 225 rs that was required . I tried 3 times but each time transaction failed ..but the money got deducted .total of 775 rs got deducted from my account .but didn't receive anything further .It kept showing failed transaction .I called up the bank and made sure that the transaction was successful at the bank ... now they are telling me that biller can help me solve this problem ... they have some process ..please help me to resolve this issue ... my account no is [protected] ..and my bank is Bank Of India .refund process is initiated by the bank .kindly take necessary steps and help me get my money back .thank u :) my regd no [protected]

                            I have to make payments thru Bill desk for various bills. At present i am in USA and not getting connected to bill desk though net connectivity is good.
                            BillDesk customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                            As the due date is nearing please advise me as early as possible.
                            Billdesk does not seem to work most of the time. Not working for me from the US for paying on HDFC Life or Bajaj Allianz websites, both of which get stuck at the same place, when connecting to Billdesk. Indian banks need to use alternative providers which actually work.

                              Hi, I'm RAKESH from chennai.I did a Online recharge for my friend thro your gateway today (10.03.2016) around 8.30 pm.Though the amount is taken from my bank account I dint get the recharge done.I tried to contact you thro a landline number given in ur site but there was no response.Pls do respond to me and do the needful.I dint expect this kind of prob from you people.Do take necessary actions as soon as possible and tel me the details I need to provide and provide me with refund atleast.
