I paid hdfc credit payment through billdesk.com, i paid through the yesbank interbanking and amount was debited from my account but got error on the page when it is redirecting to again billdesk.

Please let me know whether payment was success or not, i tried calling the numbers.

    Complaint regarding my land line bill payment my land line no is [protected]. transaction has not been successful but bill amt deducted from my bank account twice on 13 feb 2016. if the amount is debited it should be refund with in 7 working days till date amount has not been credited in my account

      Hi, I paid Chattisgarh State Electricity Board bill of Rs.410 through BillDesk on 03.03.2016.Transaction reference number is FHDF[protected]. Bill reference number is[protected].
      But when I open my account in CSEB it supposed to show bill Already paid.but it is not showing already paid & asking to pay. Already money has been deducted from my HDFC account.
      Please look into this issue & get resolved.

                            I mad an online payment of fees to aiims for entrance exam but the sbi payment gateway showed error and also debited Rs.1015 three times. My payment is still not done and i cannot proceed with my application. Please return me my money. My candidate id is [protected]....

                            AIIMS MBBS 2016 online payment
                            made but on candidate dashboard
                            still showing pending status
                            I had registered online application
                            form for AIIMS MBBS 2016
                            entrance exam on site
                            www.aiimsexams.org and i got my
                            candidate id - [protected] on
                            19.2.2016.made online payment
                            through debit card and amount of
                            Rs.1015.00 has been deducted
                            from my account on
                            21.2.2016.But still candidate
                            dashboard is showing my payment
                            status as pending.so cannot
                            proceed further for city choice
                            option and further cannot finalise
                            my registration process.please look
                            into the problem and settle my
                            complaint.
                            Such type of irregularity cannot be
                            expected from such a prestigious
                            institution like AIIMS.Its
                            'HORRIBLE'.

                                Non refund of double LIC premium amount. My husband has auto registered for LIC premium payment of myself Jyoti. The premium of 2 years auto debited from his uco bank account. The problem occurs due to payment by my side. I also made a payment for both the years by cheque and the husband has forgotten that he had registered for auto debit of premium. The LIC PCMC has sent a mail for refund of both the premium paid twice from our side but Bill desk is not releasing the money.If they really refunded the amount as per their last mail to me then where is the amount. Bank must credit the same if they get it. Bill desk trying to cheat me.

                                Rs. 10006 debited for two years from my husband uco bank account by Bill desk and the same refunded by LIC. Bill desk not released the payment. Payment ID [protected] and [protected] on 29.01.2015 and 28.01.2016.

                                I want refund of total Rs. 20012 by Bill desk along with interest if any for delay in release of payment.

                                  I made a payment of 4045 to NTR university. My form has not submitted and money debited from my account. Bill desk asking me for transaction number they said transaction number starts with four letters and remaining are numbers, but bank says that no transaction number starts with letters they gave me transaction I'd all are numbers. Bill desk refusing it so kindly solve it with another way.

                                    Hi Team,

                                    I paid my HDFC credit card bill [5k] on Jan 29th 2016 through bill desk.
                                    On Feb 9th i got a call from HDFC credit card team saying that there is an amount due on my credit card.

                                    I shared the transaction details with HDFC team and i came to know that there are no transactions on my card with those reference no.

                                    When i checked with billdesk they are saying the transaction is already processed on Feb 1st 2016. Then i asked them to provide the complete card number to check with HDFC team and file dispute form. But they are saying they don't have any information.

                                    Being payment gateway Bill desk should be having all the information required to process the transaction further.But they are advising me to check with HDFC team.

                                    HDFC already charged a late fee and still no clue where the money has gone?
                                    Payment through bill desk really sucks and there is no transparency, poor customer support.

                                      Last 7th February I filled up form Of wbjee ad I did the payment through BILLDESK.. After payment of wbjee some amount has been transacted two times through BILLDESK and even no message of that transaction is sent to mobile to inform us and I suspect that even the informations about our debit card has become known to others through BILLDESK.. Under this circumstances I want to refund the amount that was transacted without any information and any permission...
