I am trying to pay the property tax on on kolkata municipality, from the past 3-4 weeks, while trying to pay the final button to pay, it calls billdesk portal and never returns the billdesk page,

The property tax payment for Kolkata Municipality, using below uRL.
https://www.kmcgov.in/KMCPortal/KMCPortalPDPaymentAction.do

Once, clicking the OK button, I am getting below error for past 3-4 weeks.

This site can’t be reached
www.billdesk.com took too long to respond.

    Between the transaction process error message displayed. Spoke to icici bank, they said transaction status is success. Try to contact bill desk help line but no respond.

    Pls. Solve the issue, due date is around the corner.

A message has been recd stating that the amount Rs.924 will be credited to my bank account within 3 working days. still it is not credited. pl resolve my issue.

          I made a payment of Rs 1787-88 fvg TSSSPDCL towards Consumer No. VZ088393, Azambad, Hyderabad on 7-06-16 from Canara bank, Internet bank account. The amount was debited to my account but TSSPDCL recept is not generated. Normally whenever we make payment receipt is generated automatically. Whereas in this case, no receipt / pop up has come when payment was made and my net bank account was debited.

          My grievance is to send me official receipt of payment.

                    Today through netbanking on apepdcl's app i have paid for service no.[protected] an amount of ₹439+net banking charge. And second one is service no.[protected] an amount of ₹60+net banking charge. The bank page says for these two transactions transaction successful. But, apepdcl receipt was not generated and an error has come and it say web page not available and timed out.
                    So, do the needful in this regard

                        I paid property tax through my credit card (Citibank) on the 28th may 2016 - 8pm.

                        The bbmp application numbers are :

                        Both the times i immediately got confirmation from my cc that the payment had been processed succesfully - however, the landing page for billdesk after the payment gave me an error - saying site cannot be reached.
                        Please either give me confirmation that the payment was processed or else reverse the transation.

                              On 10May2016, I tried to recharge my tatasky account using billdesk billpay. The credit card payment was successful and my citibank card was credited with INR420/-. Then Billdesk sent me the following email:

                              Please note that Recharge Service from BillDesk BillPay could not process the following recharge payment.

                              Payment Amount (Rs Ps): 420.00
                              Payment Date: 10th May 2016

                              We request that you please make the payment directly to the Recharge Company.

                              Please contact us at [protected]@billdesk.com for any assistance that you may require.

                              I waited till 12May16 for Billdesk to reverse the money credited to my citibank credit card. When that did not happen, I wrote an email to the address provided in the recharge failure intimation.

                              I got a reply on 16May16 saying:

                              As confirmed with the biller, reversal for this payment has been initiated and you should receive it within the next 5-7 working days.
                              [protected][protected]end of quote

                              When the amount was not reversed till 23May16, I sent another query, for which I got a response on 24May16 stating that:

                              As confirmed with the concerned department, we request you to kindly forward us the scanned copy of your bank statement from the date of transaction - till date showing the non-refund of the amount so that the same can be forwarded to the concerned department.

                              I do not want to share my transaction details with anyone. That is my private info. I will not share it with anybody.

                              When the recharge transaction with Tatasky failed, my money is with Billdesk. They are just twisting my arms to avoid paying it back to me.

                              I just want my money back. I will never again use Billdesk Billpay. I do not trust them any more.

                                I made a payment of rs. 613.74 for probationary officer for sbi entrance test.
                                Payment got debited and i am still getting no payment record found nor i have got receipt or application for this transaction.
                                Deadline for forms are 24th may, so i again made the payment by using debit card mode and this time the payment is successful. But the problem is that i got debited twice.
                                Kindly reverse the amount of first transaction via netbanking.
