Dear sir/mam,
We have booked 2 ticket of msrtc shivneri, from pune to nerul for 20th may 2016 through kotak bank, net banking, while linking, the website gone slow for some time, & it was showing under process only. After that i cancelled the transaction & booked through other bank & its done through sbi, but now which transaction i have cancelled of kotak bank it is got debited but no ticket booked, so how can i get the payment reversal, if it is possible, bank details are as follows...
