1. I made a bill payment of electricity bill amounting to Rs 6000/- to Tata Power DDL, Delhi yesterday (on[protected] using my Andhra Bank Credit card through BILLDESK payment channel.
2. The payment was made vide transaction ID FCMP[protected] on[protected] at 22.30 Hrs.
3. However, the amount deducted from credit card was Rs 6253.32 p in place of Rs 6000/- as per the following message received by me :-
“ A transaction of Rs. 6253.32 has been done using your Andhra Bank Credit Card 4XXX3337 at NDPL-BILLDESK MUMBAI IN on 17-MAY-16 - 22:18:13 ”.
4. Accordingly, Rs 53.32 p were deducted extra from my credit card payment.
5. You are therefore requested to look into this extra charge deducted from my credit card and get the same credited to my credit card account.
6. In this connection, I may add that I have been regularly making is is the first online payments and at no time extra charge has been deducted. This is the first time ever that extra charge has been deducted with which I am dis-satisfied with BILLDESK pay-channel.
Hoping for early redressal of my complaint and refund of this amount to my credit card account.

    I, kunal chakraborty, filled up an online form of psc (www.psconline.gov.In) on 17th of may, 2016. When i was redirected to the payment gateway, which was powered by billdesk, i had chosen the debit card option of state bank of india. After entering the details, when i proceeded to make the final payment of rs. 215.73, it showed unsuccessful transaction so tried once more but once again it showed unsuccessful transaction. But when i checked my bank account balance, its showing debit of rs. 215.73 two times., i. E, rs. 215.73+ rs. 215.73.

    I hereby request to the concerned authority to refund my 'hard earned' money back to me as soon as possible.

      Since last month i have been having difficulty in making the hdfc credit card payment from other mode of payments (Say bank). The window does not open. I have tried different methods to approach the bill desk but all show the same indication that it is opening, but not. Last month after making a complaint to hdfc bank, it got resolved. Should i complain every time to them?

        Dear all Net Banking Customers... Payment failed is not so big issue all gateways faces this problem... if there any failed transaction with netbanking no need to call any other service ... It's all about banking ... so you have to register a complaint to your bank through telephone by using customer care numbers of your bank... they will ask you a/c no. your DOB on Pan Card, Registered email phone no. and address as well as your branch area... after that you have to provide them transaction date and exact amount of failed transaction... they will give you a complaint number, note that and your problem will be resolved as soon as possible... Thanks to make Net banking payment services...

                I paid this amount on 11.05.16, 7.30am.
                The amount has been debited from my bank, but I don't got any conformation message or mail.Again I got message from the bank stating that my EMI is due..but I have alrdy paid the amount.

                  On 14/8/2015 we had made EPF payment of Rs.41934/- through Canara Bank Net banking and the print out of payment receipt generate was also taken.But, unfortunately, it has got lost.
                  Now, EPF Deptt is asking us to provide proof of payment of Rs.41934/- made to them.

Bil/[protected]/delhi to patna/indigo_fici4454 & bil/[protected]/delhi to patna/indigo_fici4454 on 01/05/2016. I received ticket by the latter transaction. I have contacted indigo airlines.
