Sbi card customer care told me to contact merchant!

      Rs. 16890/- from has been deducted twice from my icici bank a/c no.[protected] vide ref. Nos. Bil/[protected]/delhi to patna/indigo_fici4454 & bil/[protected]/delhi to patna/indigo_fici4454 on 01/05/2016. I received ticket by the latter transaction. I have contacted indigo airlines. They have claimed to have refunded through pgi reference number fici[protected] on 04/05/2016 itself but my icici account has not been credited so far.

      4 days have passed. Kindly look into the matter and resolve it.

            I wish to bring to your kind notice that an amount of Rs 4980/-(Rupees Four thousand Nine Hundred Eighty) was debited by Canara Bank on[protected] at 11.15 AM towards POS withdrawal done by you to recharge Vodafone which was never requested by me. The matter is already taken up with Canara Bank with the help of Police department(Cyber Cell-Bangalore City) where a complaint is already registered to apprehend the culprit.

            I request you to co-operate in the investigations which is already underway. If this transaction has taken place by oversight and by mistake, the amount(Rs4980/-) may be reversed immediately and the matter will be dropped without further complications.Otherwise I will be compelled to pursue the case to reach its logical conclusions

                            On 16.04.2016 i made online fee payment for jharkhand combind (Jceceb) exam regstration id-3600155 registration of rs.1109/- (Including charges) through my sbi debit card. My transaction was failed with error "reasons: sorry!We are unable to process your transaction.Please contact us at [protected]@billdesk.com for any queries". But the payment is done successfully by txn#[protected] and the amount is debited from my account. But the hard copy of filled application form was unable to print. And after login for several times the payment option window is open again and again to make payment and i am unable to print hard copy of application form so what should i do now? .Please reply me at my e-mail mentioned below.

                                      Recently i have done a payment of 8, 900/- to my hdfc credit card through billdesk. The transaction got success initially but later i got mail like it got declined.

                                      Both my sending and receiving accounts are active.

                                      Following are the details:

                                      Payment amount (Rs ps): 8900.00

                                      Kindly act immediately and refund the amount asap.
                                      BillDesk customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
